Yes, it was really that long. There was no separation of new orders and pickup, so those who ordered ahead had to stand behind those who were ordering for the first time. When we finally got to the front of the line, 2 hours later, our order was still being finished in the back.... I know. You think it'd be done considering it was ordered ahead... Be careful when ordering around the holidays. People were extremely unhappy. My advice is for them to ONLY accept order-ahead orders during the holidays so they're not stuck helping those who procrastinated while those who planned must wait. I wish there was a sign stating if something was unavailable or they should've put away displays if items were not available. My friend wanted gelato because there was a picture of it displayed, but they said they didn't have that. Is it only a summer thing? Were they not serving gelato just for that day? I don't know, it was just unavailable. They really should not mislead customers by displaying the picture of the pretty gelato (the picture looked really good!).
