I would not recommend this salon. I came with my friend last week on Sunday. The prices we were charged were astronomically more than the prices reflected on their signage. I went in for a gel fill-in. I had my nails filled down to a medium length. When I arrived to this salon, I had XL brand new acrylic nails with designs on every finger. While at this salon, one of my nails had a crack so they told me I needed another new acrylic. In the process of doing my nails, the tech broke another one of my tips and I had to get a second. I got one design on both my middle fingers. The way they fill the nails here is with some kind of sculpted gel that burns your nails so harshly. My friend and I could barely sit through it because it hurt so badly. The nails that were replaced were crooked and had to be redone several times because it kept being put on crooked. It was a pain for my nail beds to be damaged by putting them off then on then off. The colors they have in the books were out of stock, so I had to change my color choice several times because they didn't have them available. At the end of my service, they said it was over a hundred dollars- for a gel FILL! When I asked for a breakdown of the price, they changed the price and opted to give me one of the tips (which the tech broke) for free. They said that they charge an obscene number for designs (I think 8 or 9 dollars) per nail- which I got two. Which even with the upcharge, it shouldn't have costed that much money. I've never seen prices that high for a few little gems. I have gotten my nails done all over the country and this is the most expensive fill I've ever received in my life. Within days of leaving, the nails that they replaced fell off in my sleep (?). I could understand if the craftsmanship reflected the price, but it did not at all. I got a simple design on two fingers. Every other nail was plain. I left with crooked nails, all different shapes, that literally started falling off my hands days later. All in all, save your money and time and go to a different salon. You will be spared the pain and stress from this salon. read more

I had a bad experience at this nail salon. They accepted me when the salon was closing, but I did not expect them to rush the service. My pedicure had to be 10 minutes and my feet were barely massaged. As soon as I paid for the nails, the lady who did my pedicure was shoving a sign in my face that said that they only accept tips in cash, venmo, or zelle. It was courteous of them to take me during closing, but they shouldn't have taken me at all if their rushed service is worth $2. A lady also told me my nails were "kinda done drying" and rushed me out of the salon. I noticed my nail chipped when I got home. read more

My favorite place to get nails, wax and massage. They will treat you like a friend, not just a customer. Everyone there is so nice and the place is always clean. They do the powder dip much better than other places in the area. read more

It was my daughters 10th birthday on Friday, August 4, 2017. I decided to treat my 2 daughters to a mani/pedi and figured I would also get a gel manicure and a pedicure. At first sight, I was pleased with the salon. Everything seemed to be going well, even though I felt the girl I got was rushing through my pedicure. I saw that I still had dry skin on my feet and just figured I would apply more lotion at home. However, when I got home I noticed she hadn't even scrubbed the bottom of my feet and my gel manicure looks ridiculous. Not only did she polish outside of the nail but one nail was sticky and extremely light. On top of that, my daughter whose birthday it was chipped 1 hour after we left. I paid $125.00 and tipped all 3 employees and I think it is absurd to have a hack job done at that price. I will not be going back again. You don't pay this kind of money to have such a horrible job done. **Update: after reading my review the girl who did my nails - Vanessa messaged me and asked me if I was sure I had gone to Tiffany's. I think I would remember where I went. She told me I should have gone back to get it done again. Sorry, but I will not waste my time. I must have previously gone on a bad day or had a fluke experience. I was pressed for time and they're near my house so I went there nearly two weeks ago for a gel manicure. It came out perfect! There is a man who offers massages WHILE YOU GET YOUR NAILS DONE! Yes, you heard me, while you are sitting and getting your nails done. It's the total pampering experience. I started coming here biweekly for like ALL of my girly grooming needs, and am super happy when I walk out of here every time! This is a family owned spa and so the atmosphere is pretty warm and welcoming. The staff is always nice and I've never had any issues with the services I received thus far. I usually request for Vanessa because she does my eyebrows PERFECTLY, but having experience most of the other staffs as well, they are all very professional and kind too! I definitely recommend this spa to anyone in the area skeptical of which one of the many spas should they go and pamper themselves.
