After trying a bunch of nail places in the area, this is my go-to nail place. It's so much more reasonably priced than everywhere else and they do SUCH a thorough job. They really take their time on your nails and are not stingy with their massages either! The owner is lovely and I've had great experiences with everyone who works there. read more

$18 for basic manicure/$12 for polish change and they don't even take credit cards?! Cash only to pay and to tip. Fine. But then they also do not carry a single OPI polish, just a few of Essie, and some other unknown brand. Nail polish bottles unkempt, some so crusted over they were unable to be opened, and colors not labeled. Manicure itself? Awful. Nail polish uneven and sloppy. Base coat- missed parts of nails, actual color itself- super thick on some nails (so they bubbled up after) and so thin on others that you can see right through it. Top coat left on skin around nails. And so rude! Pushing and pulling my fingers every which way. Yikes. read more

I always had a very friendly relationship with the owner since I live locally but today I was incredibly upset. The owner usually doesn't do my pedicure but today she did . She gave me a good one but didn't even massage my legs and feet which is included In the pedicure. I've been going here for two years and it is always included. Rather once she was done painting my toes not even with a top coat she immediately went over to another customer since she was there with her two small daughters who were all get Pedis done. I told her hey you didn't finish then another associate took over to finish the top coat. I was floored , 50 hour work week my one day to relax and I get left behind to service a small child ? When I brought this up she said no I put lotion on you I replied you didn't also she told me but I used the stones .. what stones ?! The ones molded into the sink ?! Unreal never again her nail polishes are also old used and the wax room Is filthy..I refused to pay for the whole service fully.. I don't think it's right to move from customer to customer when you aren't even done with the first one that's bad customer service I was warned about them too but she was always really nice to me I see the green money monster come out today read more

It is a convenient location if you live in Hartsdale. I was in a hurry and didn't need an appointment. I felt a bit rushed and not much attention to detail. Also the owner seems to only do manicures so I had someone do my pedicure and then the owner did my hand for a few minutes and then switched back. I would have preferred the same person to do everything. read more

OMG this place is amazing. My wife took me here and now gets mad at me because I go without her (shouldn't have introduced me into the world of pedicures, sorry ‍) The owner, Lina, is in my opinion one of greatest people ever....I've actually stopped in just to talk to her countless times but she knows everyone that walks into her shop and if she doesn't know you still greats you as if you've been friends for years. I'm really disappointed with this place. I walked in and asked for a gel mani and regular pedicure. It seemed a little slow so they took me right away. The pedicure was first and the lady did a half-fast job. No scrubbing or moisturizing, she put two coats of paint on and it looked like I had barely anything on my toes. Gel manicure next and I asked her to keep my nails long. She cut them all short except for one. There was no music or TV playing, it was very quiet and uncomfortable. All the employees looked bored as hell. Didn't seem like a good atmosphere to me. read more

I went in on a Sunday, which seemed a little busy. Fortunately there was an opening right away for my gel manicure. The woman who did my nails was lovely and we had nice small talk. She seemed to personally know all the guests there, as well as those who were coming in; as a first timer, seeing that people keep coming back to this place felt nice. The cost was $35 which is comparable to my usual nail salon. They're open all 7 days in the week, which is rare but super convenient! I've read some poor reviews of poor nail shape/polish job...I didn't experience that at all. I also feel like, you're close enough to see what's happening, so if you're unhappy you could speak up right away. I will definitely be back! read more

This is my go to salon, especially for gel. It's usually not too busy, but I have had to wait. They have a really wide selection of both gel and regular, and the staff is always attentive and friendly. A regular manicure is $10, and I think gel is $35. While the gel price tag may seem steep, the last one I got from here stayed perfect for THREE. WEEKS. I spent a week at a convention and a week as a crew member on a sailboat, and my nails looked like I had just gotten them done. They probably would have stayed longer, but it was time for a change. I contacted Lina, the owner of Hartsdale Nails upon the recommendation of a friend. I made an appointment. Prior to my appointment time I called, spoke to Lina and asked courteously if all people within the Salon must wear masks. She said yes. I just wanted to make certain so I asked both staff AND clients? And Lina said yes. Had she told the truth and said that clients may or may not depending on what they feel comfortable doing , I would have thanked her and not gone to her Salon for services. Instead, she lied to me. I drove all the way there, paid for parking, walked into a small salon and saw Lina with her mask below her chin and clients without masks. She denied telling me that clients must wear masks, became Angry and told me, there's the door you can leave. She behaved very unprofessionally. Lena has the right, as do other proprietors to make their own rules, BUT we as consumers require honesty to determine whether this business is the right fit. If Lina is dishonest during a Pandemic, I would never trust this establishment! read more

I live down the street from Hartsdale Nails, tried this place before and was disappointed with pedicure. I decided to give neighborhood place one more try, sloppy job on my nails, barely used pumice and she cut my toe so bad it bled for quite some time. I'm an idiot for tipping her $5.
