CONS: The price has gone up quite a bit the last few years, making Uber or Lyft a less costly choice if money is the deciding factor. They have tacked on a cancellation fee of 5% that they don't disclose. I recently booked a trip to the airport for the end of the following month. The trip was canceled within hours. the $300.00 had been immediately charged to my credit card, but it's more than a week since, and the account has yet to be credited. when I called I was told of the 5% cancellation fee. That should be disclosed in advance. Both legally and ethically. A reservation canceled within hours should not come with a fee. Since that is the only issue I have had in over 3 years of using the service I deem it a good transportation option over all.

A few minutes later someone showed up said he was the driver but the order accidentally fell on the ground. Wasn't on the ground in my driveway or the driveway they said they went to across the street. So they couldn't do the order.
