This was by far my best dining experience at Disney! The food was absolutely amazing every bite was full of flavor. The curry tasting was outstanding; it's honestly hard to describe, you have to try it for yourself. The catch of the day was sea bass, and getting it as a fillet was definitely the right call no bones to deal with, and it was perfectly cooked. The rice that came with it was also flavorful and complemented the dish really well. For dessert, we had the flan and chocolate mousse, both rich, creamy, and delicious. The service was great and fairly quick, and the atmosphere made you feel like you were in the wilderness, which added to the whole experience. read more

The bread service was really cool and definitely unique. I loved that they offered different kinds of bread that weren't just the typical options. I honestly can't remember what everything was called or what was in it, but I definitely recommend ordering it. The bao buns were just okay to me, but the pork chop was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. My husband loved it, so of course I had to try it too! During the bread service, our server let us know they had run out of some of the bread selections, so the portions wouldn't be exactly as intended. They ended up comping it and gave us what was still available, which I thought was really thoughtful since we probably wouldn't have even noticed the difference. Wish I could give 5 Stars but will explain. First of all, it's located inside animal kingdom park! We started with the table service bread (20$) but it's good! 3 kinds of bread and dippings! I chose the whole fried catch of the day, but when arrived, wasn't whole, just the fillets (so I assumed they run out of whole fish! But both tables beside me ordered whole fish and received the whole fried fish instead the fillet as I did, I didn't complain because we booked the last reservation, so kitchen closed after we ordered! My fish was good, but if I knew was fillet wouldn't order it. Wife ordered the Tenderloin which was the most expensive item on menu (59), was ok, nothing special but good! For our toddler we ordered kids menu, so this is an expensive place to eat at animal kingdom, for the price I would choose home or jiko at animal kingdom lodge. Took advantage of a Passholder deal and dined as a 2 top on a Tuesday. We first stopped into the adjacent bar for a libation while we waited for our 4pm seating. There are two themed dining rooms, either of which you pass a board full of photos that imagineers used as their inspiration for Animal Kingdom. Though it is a higher end restaurant it is still Disney, which allows casual attire. Alex was our waiter who was extremely attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about all Tiffins. Their mission statement along with every spice and ingredient in meal preparation. We started with fried cauliflower and onto Pork duo (pork chop and shredded) and filet. We followed the chefs advice for accompanied wine choices. Everything was fresh, delicious and cooked to order. We got pork belly bao buns as apps and they were tasty. I got the lamu alcohol drink and it had a floater on it. I got the tiffins burger and it was like no other burger I've had, mind you I always order a burger. The burger came with the crispiest waffle fries. My husband ordered the butter chicken, it had so much flavor and so did the samosa it came with. The chocolate pudding creme was okay and the flan was great. 18% tip is included. Excellent food, services, and amazing dining room filled with art displays . Taking one star off for the price. The hostess was super nice to lead us into the reception desk. And the receptionist gave us a bit history about the room and arts display in the room. Our waiter, John, was excellent. Walked us through all dishes on the menu. I went for the whole fried fish, older kid got the pork chop, and the younger one got the burger. We got the signature bread to start with and a cauliflower as the addition. The best restaurant in Walt DIsney World and we ate at all the top restaurants in the parks. What caught me off guard was the ambiance. It was phenomenal. I loved how quoted and upscale it was inside. It really took you out of the hustle and bustle of the parks. It was what I was hoping for and why I made reservations at a sit down restaurant at each park. I have to address the price. It's expensive. This was a once in a lifetime trip so we budgeted it in, but it still caught us off guard when we saw the menu. I had planned on eating a heavy lunch and just getting the bread service soup, salad, another appetizer and dessert here, but we were so busy in the park and had a heavy breakfast that we missed lunch and was ready for a dinner. I was afraid if we ordered two entrees and the bread service would be too much seeing the size of the bread service so we ordered one entree and the bread service. We loved Tiffins Signature Bread Service ($20); Thai Red Curry, Milk Bread, Pao De Querjo, Papadam, Coconut Curry Sauce, Java Sauce, Ginger-Pear Chutney. My favorite was the Chutney and the bread it paired with. There was so much bread it was thought to finish, but we did. As an Appetizer we got the Coconut-Ube Cauliflower Soup. Miso Carmel, Roasted Cauliflower and Mushroom, Fried Garlic. I was surprised, it was really good.For the Main Course we got the Surf and Turf ($69) South African Brains-spiced Beef Tenderloin, Seared Scallops, Truffle Polenta, Grilled Vegetables, Dhania Butter, Cola Demi-Glacé. By no means was it a lot of food, remember this is a white table cloth restaurant so servings are tiny, but we made it work. It was delicious if you sopped up the sauce with the steak, other that that the steak wasn't anything special. The Scallops on the other hand were out of this world. They were so good. I'd order a serving t of scallops alone. We passed on dessert as we were full and ended up eating dessert back at the hotel Coronado. Other then the price the place was fabulous. I highly reccomend it as a place to escape from the park. I loved the ambiance. It was the best ambiance out of all the restaurants we ate in. The décor was very pleasant and I liked how quite it was indoors. Not everyone dressed up. I had a blouse on and jeans and my husband had on a button down shirt and slacks. We fit in perfectly. Again, our food and service was top notch! We were treated to a special dining room, the Trek room, with a special Asian design by Joe Rohde. Very cool art hanging on all the walls from all over Asia. Our server, Christopher, who was considered the best in the restaurant, did not disappoint in entertaining while providing amazing service. A REALLY nice restaurant located within the Animal Kingdom theme park. What a great place! Service was wonderful. Food was wonderful. Ambience was African-themed with beautiful art on the walls. I really enjoyed the music as well. I had the three bread appetizer (two breads and a cracker with three paired condiments). The best was the coconut curry bread with the red curry spread. Second favorite was the cheesy bread. Mmmmm yummy! For entree, I had the whole fish which was good...could be shared with another person. They had some of the best wine selections I have seen offered within the actual theme parks. Tiffins has incredible ambiance and art but the pricing to purchasing power ratio left me a little dissatisfied, even for Disney standards. Their house bread was tasty with a nice yogurt sauce I quite enjoyed. My wife and I split a Lobster Mac and Cheese. This was a rich and decadent dish that is heavy on the white cheese rather than a sharp cheddar. I really enjoyed it. The charred octopus was well seasoned, but the cook varied a bit throughout the dish and I did not really care for the included Mole. We split the surf and turf for our entree. While perfectly cooked steak and scallops soothed our tastebuds, the amount of food for $69 was paltry. I'm glad we order an appetizer with our meal. Our service was great overall, providing plenty of refills and checking in often. I would hesitate to come back however unless there was a tremendous discount on offer. However, service was slow. It took a long time to get our drinks. I found the sauce for the fries very salty. My server still put in an app order my friend told her to cancel. I originally wanted to eat at Nomad Lounge but decided to eat at Tiffins for our bigger appetite. I was able to make a lunch reservation just a couple days in advance. We checked in and were seated right away. The service was great and our waiter was awesome. He asked us how our trip was going and was very personable. My husband and I both got the burger prix fixe which comes with a non-alcoholic drink and dessert, no substitutions. The Lillie Gorill-ie was just strawberry and sprite, simple but refreshing. I also got the Annapurna Zing cocktail. It was very pretty and basically a mule. My husband liked his Lamu Libation drink as well. For the burgers, my husband got the black truffle experience while I did the regular. The burger was very good! The patty is thick and juicy with great flavor. And the waffle fries are crispy and seasoned well. I do think I like the black truffle experience over the regular one because the truffle sauce was delicious. However, the sauce did make the burger very wet and my husband's burger bun was falling apart by the end. Otherwise, the taste was high quality! We also shared the lobster Mac and cheese appetizer and oh my goodness, I could eat 5 of those in one sitting. It was so good! The cheese flavor profile is exactly the kind I'm always looking for, sharp but a bit nutty. It was creamy, the pasta was al dente, and the lobster just elevates everything. My only complaint is that it's a small portion maybe less than 2 cups? Maybe not, but I had hungry eyes! We also had dessert included which was like a chocolate panna cotta jar I think. It was chilled and creamy, very refreshing. The ambiance was more upscale but no need for fancy attire. It was quiet and just a relaxing meal away from the busyness of the park. In the center of Animal Kingdom it is a beautiful location with an elevated scenery and service. The butter chicken is incredibly tender and full of flavor! The rice croquet was crispy and paired nicely with the butter chicken sauce. Surprisingly we were able to walk in here on a whim for lunch without a reservation. What a blessing that was as we were super hungry and not in the mood for quick service food. Just wanted to sit down, take a deep breath and have an adult meal. This place absolutely fit the bill! Not only was the wait essentially non-existent but the room was just beautiful!! I've heard great things about the restaurant in Disney's Animal Kingdom Resort so I had to give it a try. For one the service was phenomenal, they truly are attentive, knowledgeable on the menu, and seem happy to tend to whatever we needed. The atmosphere of the restaurant itself is like a museum, I thought this concept was very cool as you can see a lot of detail details on their walls. The food itself was delicious, I tried a lot of new flavors for my pallet and happened to really enjoy it! They had vegan options as well which is amazing! I ordered the prefixed menu ($42) which comes with a nonalcoholic beverage, their signature burger, and a dessert. My drink of choice was the Lillie Gorilli, which is a strawberry Sprite, super refreshing, and very tasty! I had also ordered these fried cauliflower bites as an appetizer, which we just couldn't get enough of! Their flatbread service was absolutely amazing, being made with vegetables and not actual bread. It was so full of flavor and the sauce that came with it was also very delicious. The bird itself was big and filling, even after I feel satisfied, I just had to keep taking more bites! While visiting Animal Kingdom at Disney World we made advanced reservations for lunch at Tiffins. Server Tony served up delicious and generous portions of burgers and fries off the Prix Fixe offering. Burgers were prepared perfectly to our liking and waffle fries were seasoned well. The food itself was fabulous with the star of the meal being a decadent chocolate pudding. This dessert was by far one of the best desserts we have had dining out. Tony's service was spot on. Our first time dining at Tiffins inside Animal Kingdom and we were super impressed. Our experience started a little bumpy as we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated but the manager came and apologized and seated us herself. The interior is designed with all sorts of inspiration art for the park. We found it to be a beautiful and relaxing break from the crowded theme park. Service was excellent but slower paced. Not an issue for us at all... but be prepared to relax and take your time. We don't typically splurge on carbs, but the bread service is totally worth it. We also loved the cocktails and Jenn's tattoo was refreshing and tasty. Apparently they make the watermelon puree in house. The pork belly was a small portion but absolute perfection. The shrimp and grits were good but we found the shrimp to be overcooked. The burger was hearty and delicious. We'll be back for sure and overall I highly recommend Tiffins. read more

Had an absolutely fabulous experience at this restaurant located inside of Animal Kingdom near Pandora. Reservations are required, but you can do it very easily through the Disney app. We were able to get reservations the same day. From the time you enter the restaurant everyone is friendly and the service is great. The ambience is relaxing in the decor is beautiful. We were seated promptly. They have a very good specialty cocktail menu and I had one of the drinks that came with a tahin rim and a watermelon garnish and it was absolutely spectacular. My son really loved their strawberry lemonade, which was homemade. For appetizers we started with the lobster mac & cheese. It was really good, but it could have used a lot more lobster. For the main entrée, we had the filet mignon and scallops served with polenta. The fillet was tender and well seasoned. The polenta was absolutely delicious and I'm not the biggest polenta fan so you know it was good. The scallops were tender, moist and absolutely amazing!! Of course it's Disney so the price point is a tad higher, but it really wasn't unreasonable and I was really pleased with the portions and the service. I would definitely return. read more

I'd say if we're talking about the most luscious and indulgent food experience in Animal Kingdom, this is definitely on top of my list. Honestly, it's hard to believe one can even dine like this in any kind of a theme park. They were 100% correct when they said this is a real feast for the culinary senses. First off the signature bread service is absolutely the best way to start any meal. The textures of the different breads are varied and the accompanying sauces are divine. Same for the land salad where all of the veggies were very distinct in terms of texture and the dressing was refreshing. The tamarind braised short rib was absolutely fantastic, with a perfect combination of flavor and tenderness all tied together. The dessert to top it all off - the white chocolate orange creme brûlée is one of the best I ever had. Bottom line, if you want to eat real well and really enjoy an A+ dining experience as a brief respite from the hustle and bustle of running around a theme park all day - this is hands down a perfect choice. We came here last month and I am just now getting around to writing this review; WTH, as I really enjoyed the food, service and ambience and was just day dreaming about the place. The prices are steep, but you do get what you pay for. However, as WDW season pass holders they had a July summer special going that gave us 40% off, which made it a sweet deal! I had the Andean Beef Short Rib entree, with a side of Gobi Manchurian (Crispy-fried Cauliflower, Manchurian Sauce, Green Onion). The wife had the Pan-roasted Fish Filet. The DIL had the Whole-fried Fish of the Day (not sure what kind it was, but you can see the attached photo and try to figure it out).
