Tiffins might just be our new favorite restaurant on WDW property. We had a reservation for 5:30pm on a Friday night, but honestly probably would have been fine just walking in. The interior is very much on theme, as you would expect with a Disney restaurant. Our host explained some of the decorations and their meaning as we were being seated. As two foodies, we couldn't just get one entree each. We opted for two appetizers and two entrees and are glad we did. Like most "fancier" restaurants, the portion sizes are on the smaller side, especially for the price. For appetizers, we chose the signature bread service paired with Korean bbq pork bao buns. Both were amazing! The bread service was a bit smaller than photos make it look and I would not recommend sharing with more than 3 people total. The bao buns were packed with flavor and our favorite item of the night. For entrees, we chose the butter chicken and beef tenderloin, two of the highest recommended items here. Both were amazing and melted in our mouths. My only wish is that the butter chicken offered more sauce and had rice instead of a samosa. The service here was a bit on the slower size, especially since they were not busy at all. However, that is usually what one would expect at a nice restaurant. We are already looking forward to returning. read more

Tiffins was by far the best dining experience I had at Disney. We visited for lunch and I ordered the signature burger prix fixe. This comes with a non-alcoholic drink (I just got a soda), the burger, waffle fries, and dessert. This burger was like nothing I've ever had before -- it was so juicy, thick, and flavorful. The waffle fries were extra crispy and had a yummy dipping sauce. They offer a chocolate pot for dessert which was like a very thick mousse. The chocolate pot was so rich and between two people, we still couldn't finish it. We also tried the land salad, which was so fresh, unique, and pleasant in texture. Entering the restaurant, they explain how Tiffins doubles as an art gallery. This makes for a very immersive and calm dining experience. At the end they even gave us a little art card. Our waitress was very nice and friendly. If I'm at Disney again in the future, I have to come back to Tiffins. read more

The bread service was really cool and definitely unique. I loved that they offered different kinds of bread that weren't just the typical options. I honestly can't remember what everything was called or what was in it, but I definitely recommend ordering it. The bao buns were just okay to me, but the pork chop was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. My husband loved it, so of course I had to try it too! During the bread service, our server let us know they had run out of some of the bread selections, so the portions wouldn't be exactly as intended. They ended up comping it and gave us what was still available, which I thought was really thoughtful since we probably wouldn't have even noticed the difference. My friend had the prix fixe meal which included a burger, the photo came out blurry, but she enjoyed it. The dessert came with the meal, it was the size of a cup of soup, big enough to share. It was rich, chocolate with a hint of coffee and absolutely delicious. My shrimp and grits came with mealie pap for the grits, the shrimp as cooked perfectly, green apple chutney added a little sweetness. Logan our server was perfect. So why only 4 stars? The bread service was bad. The cheese bread were chewy little lumps of blandness. The guava dip with them far too sweet. The naan was ok but nothing special. The red curry dip was the best part. We were expecting bread service of the same quality as Sanaa, nope, it was very disappointing. Overall we enjoyed it and I will go back, but I won't get the bread again. read more

Bread service is great! My favorite was the brazilian bread with guava sauce. The steak was also cooked nicely but was a little cold by the time we finished taking our pictures. I also recommend trying the fish. We ordered a pan seared fish fillet and it was rly good! I love the fried rice and it pairs so well with the fish. Wish I could give 5 Stars but will explain. First of all, it's located inside animal kingdom park! We started with the table service bread (20$) but it's good! 3 kinds of bread and dippings! I chose the whole fried catch of the day, but when arrived, wasn't whole, just the fillets (so I assumed they run out of whole fish! But both tables beside me ordered whole fish and received the whole fried fish instead the fillet as I did, I didn't complain because we booked the last reservation, so kitchen closed after we ordered! My fish was good, but if I knew was fillet wouldn't order it. Wife ordered the Tenderloin which was the most expensive item on menu (59), was ok, nothing special but good! For our toddler we ordered kids menu, so this is an expensive place to eat at animal kingdom, for the price I would choose home or jiko at animal kingdom lodge. Service was a bit slow but I understand we got the last reservation so people are tired. Wouldn't return, there are much better options in the price range at Disney! read more

The dinner menu is not my cup of tea. The $20 bread service was tiny and underwhelming. Some warm bread, a pita, and small four cheese rolls that were tough. I settled on the pork chop and pulled pork combo with shreds of Mexican coleslaw. Pork chop was good , but I could not find any pulled pork. Coleslaw not good. pork baozi was okay. This was by far my best dining experience at Disney! The food was absolutely amazing every bite was full of flavor. The curry tasting was outstanding; it's honestly hard to describe, you have to try it for yourself. The catch of the day was sea bass, and getting it as a fillet was definitely the right call no bones to deal with, and it was perfectly cooked. The rice that came with it was also flavorful and complemented the dish really well. For dessert, we had the flan and chocolate mousse, both rich, creamy, and delicious. Tiffins had the shortest wait time, so I got us on the wait list. The hosts & staff were AMAZING! The building is beautiful. The cauliflower appetizer came first, outstanding. Drinks next, amazing. The mains are where I deducted a star. Extremely small portions, sure. But some of the flavor combinations were just weird. We got the curry tour & 2 of the 3 were not good. They just tasted weird. This was my second bday dinner experience at Tiffins and this year we didn't have the same great food and service. Unfortunately there were a few misses on the service. They brought out one dish way before the rest so it was cold, we asked for them to bring another once the rest of the table was served and they did but the portion of the chicken was half the size. We were baffled. All our dishes weren't hot, and nothing stood out. The waiter then processed our card with the other tables tab... luckily we caught it and had to redo the whole payment process. Excellent food, services, and amazing dining room filled with art displays . Taking one star off for the price. The hostess was super nice to lead us into the reception desk. And the receptionist gave us a bit history about the room and arts display in the room. Our waiter, John, was excellent. Walked us through all dishes on the menu. I went for the whole fried fish, older kid got the pork chop, and the younger one got the burger. We got the signature bread to start with and a cauliflower as the addition. Took advantage of a Passholder deal and dined as a 2 top on a Tuesday. We first stopped into the adjacent bar for a libation while we waited for our 4pm seating. There are two themed dining rooms, either of which you pass a board full of photos that imagineers used as their inspiration for Animal Kingdom. Though it is a higher end restaurant it is still Disney, which allows casual attire. Alex was our waiter who was extremely attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about all Tiffins. Their mission statement along with every spice and ingredient in meal preparation. We started with fried cauliflower and onto Pork duo (pork chop and shredded) and filet. We followed the chefs advice for accompanied wine choices. Everything was fresh, delicious and cooked to order. Absolutely recommend this restaurant the food is flavorful and the service is great. There's a lot of storytelling that goes behind everything here from the decor to the food. We got pork belly bao buns as apps and they were tasty. I got the lamu alcohol drink and it had a floater on it. I got the tiffins burger and it was like no other burger I've had, mind you I always order a burger. The burger came with the crispiest waffle fries. My husband ordered the butter chicken, it had so much flavor and so did the samosa it came with. The chocolate pudding creme was okay and the flan was great. 18% tip is included. Again, our food and service was top notch! We were treated to a special dining room, the Trek room, with a special Asian design by Joe Rohde. Very cool art hanging on all the walls from all over Asia. Our server, Christopher, who was considered the best in the restaurant, did not disappoint in entertaining while providing amazing service. He was funny and great with the kids in the dining room. He provided great animal trivia for the kids between visits to all the tables. Can't say enough about his hospitality. Thank you so much! Tried the whole fried fish, sea bass, and it was even better this time swapping noodles for rice. The restaurant theme is exploration and had artwork from around the world. Being able to sample a variety of flavors with the bread service and the curry tasting was a cool experience. The best restaurant in Walt DIsney World and we ate at all the top restaurants in the parks. What caught me off guard was the ambiance. It was phenomenal. I loved how quoted and upscale it was inside. It really took you out of the hustle and bustle of the parks. It was what I was hoping for and why I made reservations at a sit down restaurant at each park. I have to address the price. It's expensive. This was a once in a lifetime trip so we budgeted it in, but it still caught us off guard when we saw the menu. I had planned on eating a heavy lunch and just getting the bread service soup, salad, another appetizer and dessert here, but we were so busy in the park and had a heavy breakfast that we missed lunch and was ready for a dinner. I was afraid if we ordered two entrees and the bread service would be too much seeing the size of the bread service so we ordered one entree and the bread service. We loved Tiffins Signature Bread Service ($20); Thai Red Curry, Milk Bread, Pao De Querjo, Papadam, Coconut Curry Sauce, Java Sauce, Ginger-Pear Chutney. My favorite was the Chutney and the bread it paired with. There was so much bread it was thought to finish, but we did. As an Appetizer we got the Coconut-Ube Cauliflower Soup. Miso Carmel, Roasted Cauliflower and Mushroom, Fried Garlic. I was surprised, it was really good.For the Main Course we got the Surf and Turf ($69) South African Brains-spiced Beef Tenderloin, Seared Scallops, Truffle Polenta, Grilled Vegetables, Dhania Butter, Cola Demi-Glacé. By no means was it a lot of food, remember this is a white table cloth restaurant so servings are tiny, but we made it work. It was delicious if you sopped up the sauce with the steak, other that that the steak wasn't anything special. The Scallops on the other hand were out of this world. They were so good. I'd order a serving t of scallops alone. We passed on dessert as we were full and ended up eating dessert back at the hotel Coronado. Other then the price the place was fabulous. I highly reccomend it as a place to escape from the park. I loved the ambiance. It was the best ambiance out of all the restaurants we ate in. The décor was very pleasant and I liked how quite it was indoors. Not everyone dressed up. I had a blouse on and jeans and my husband had on a button down shirt and slacks. We fit in perfectly. Was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint after a long first half at Disney. I was solo so I only got two appetizers. The cauliflower and Bao buns. Both were packed with flavor and came out very hot and fresh. It was nice to sit down in a nice restaurant to give myself a little break. The customer service was fantastic and I really enjoyed my meal. My server even made a little siracha Mayo for me because I like sauce. Tiffins has incredible ambiance and art but the pricing to purchasing power ratio left me a little dissatisfied, even for Disney standards. Their house bread was tasty with a nice yogurt sauce I quite enjoyed. My wife and I split a Lobster Mac and Cheese. This was a rich and decadent dish that is heavy on the white cheese rather than a sharp cheddar. I really enjoyed it. The charred octopus was well seasoned, but the cook varied a bit throughout the dish and I did not really care for the included Mole. We split the surf and turf for our entree. While perfectly cooked steak and scallops soothed our tastebuds, the amount of food for $69 was paltry. I'm glad we order an appetizer with our meal. Our service was great overall, providing plenty of refills and checking in often. I would hesitate to come back however unless there was a tremendous discount on offer. A REALLY nice restaurant located within the Animal Kingdom theme park. What a great place! Service was wonderful. Food was wonderful. Ambience was African-themed with beautiful art on the walls. I really enjoyed the music as well. I had the three bread appetizer (two breads and a cracker with three paired condiments). The best was the coconut curry bread with the red curry spread. Second favorite was the cheesy bread. Mmmmm yummy! For entree, I had the whole fish which was good...could be shared with another person. They had some of the best wine selections I have seen offered within the actual theme parks. Hint: You can make a reservation right before the park closes so you can eat during the "mad rush" exciting and then relax for a little bit while enjoying some tasty food. read more

They have a lot of original art from one of the imagineers that went to different parts of the world to get our architecture and bring it back to Animal Kingdom to inspire the different cultures from around the world today I got the truffle burger, which was probably one of the best burgers I've had and a very long time it came with truffle fries, as well as a mocktail and for dessert we got the chocolate pudding, which was very rich, but very delicious. This was my second visit to Tiffins. I specifically came for the pre set burger meal with the truffle added. I found the price decent for getting a meal, drink, and dessert. However, service was slow. It took a long time to get our drinks. I found the sauce for the fries very salty. My server still put in an app order my friend told her to cancel. I originally wanted to eat at Nomad Lounge but decided to eat at Tiffins for our bigger appetite. I was able to make a lunch reservation just a couple days in advance. We checked in and were seated right away. The service was great and our waiter was awesome. He asked us how our trip was going and was very personable. My husband and I both got the burger prix fixe which comes with a non-alcoholic drink and dessert, no substitutions. The Lillie Gorill-ie was just strawberry and sprite, simple but refreshing. I also got the Annapurna Zing cocktail. It was very pretty and basically a mule. My husband liked his Lamu Libation drink as well. For the burgers, my husband got the black truffle experience while I did the regular. The burger was very good! The patty is thick and juicy with great flavor. And the waffle fries are crispy and seasoned well. I do think I like the black truffle experience over the regular one because the truffle sauce was delicious. However, the sauce did make the burger very wet and my husband's burger bun was falling apart by the end. Otherwise, the taste was high quality! We also shared the lobster Mac and cheese appetizer and oh my goodness, I could eat 5 of those in one sitting. It was so good! The cheese flavor profile is exactly the kind I'm always looking for, sharp but a bit nutty. It was creamy, the pasta was al dente, and the lobster just elevates everything. My only complaint is that it's a small portion maybe less than 2 cups? Maybe not, but I had hungry eyes! We also had dessert included which was like a chocolate panna cotta jar I think. It was chilled and creamy, very refreshing. The ambiance was more upscale but no need for fancy attire. It was quiet and just a relaxing meal away from the busyness of the park. This is my favorite sit down restaurant in Disney world by far. It's all themed about an art museum with a bunch of different stuff your waiter tells you about. The waiter we had was also super attentive and friendly. The food was absolutely amazing, I got the whole fried fish and it was so delicious and cooked perfectly. In the center of Animal Kingdom it is a beautiful location with an elevated scenery and service. The butter chicken is incredibly tender and full of flavor! The rice croquet was crispy and paired nicely with the butter chicken sauce. Surprisingly we were able to walk in here on a whim for lunch without a reservation. What a blessing that was as we were super hungry and not in the mood for quick service food. Just wanted to sit down, take a deep breath and have an adult meal. This place absolutely fit the bill! Not only was the wait essentially non-existent but the room was just beautiful!! Very on theme with the park (Animal Kingdom) but in a chic and grown up way. The service we received was absolutely incredible as well. While visiting Animal Kingdom at Disney World we made advanced reservations for lunch at Tiffins. Server Tony served up delicious and generous portions of burgers and fries off the Prix Fixe offering. Burgers were prepared perfectly to our liking and waffle fries were seasoned well. The food itself was fabulous with the star of the meal being a decadent chocolate pudding. This dessert was by far one of the best desserts we have had dining out. Tony's service was spot on. Full of flavor and impactful. And of course, the ambience at Disney is always on point. We weren't a particular fan of their most popular appetizer, which is the bread sampler. Just wasn't our taste.
