I feel that these people definitely try to go above and beyond just serving you cookies. The packaging is always beautiful which makes a nice touch when delivering to your clients as a gift. I love the touch that the majority of the time the cookies are delivered warm. They're super moist and flavorful and I haven't had a cookie there that I didn't want more of. The only thing is that I wish they would offer non-dairy ice cream for those people who don't want it. Which makes a nice touch for ice cream sandwiches which kind of sets them apart from a lot of other cookie places. The only issue with the Buckhead location is the parking it's a super tight parking deck so be careful getting in and out of it. Parking on the street is nearly impossible to find. I must say, I was impressed by the quality packaging. As I touched the box, I could feel the warmth of the contents inside. I had the best experience ordering from Tiff's Treats. The 1st time was an offer through my home community. They made it very easy to order and the cookies were delivered within the time frame promised. The 2nd time ordering was even better than the first. I decided to order for a family member, but placed the order wrong and had to call customer service. Their customer service is EXCELLENT. They have a call center so the locations aren't overwhelmed, but they will connect you if you need to speak to the location directly. I ended up calling twice; 1st to add a personal message and 2nd to change my delivery time to an earlier slot. I knew I was asking a lot, but they delivered in more ways than one (no pun intended lol). They accommodated my requests with ease and a smile, while I was thinking I screwed up and maybe nothing could be done. Their cookies are DELICIOUS! My fave is the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip!! Don't be tricked like I was. I went there to get a holiday gift box for a work Christmas party. They charged me $5 more for the same box they use for all of their orders all year long . The only difference is they put a cheap green polyester ribbon on it .the kind that you get from Walmart for s 50cents a yard. and it was not even decorative. It was tied like a 1st graders shoe.. not even knotted it didn't even make it half way down the street before it became untied and fell off. There was no mention of fa holiday on the box. I guess they don't know the difference between a box and a ribbon. . I will never go back to those shady bakers again. I would recommend the company to anyone trying to send a kind gift to a loved one. I felt the need to write my review since a) I am a college student, and I can't afford to tip and b) my encounter with the company overall has been positive. For starters, I received a phone call from a delivery driver 5 minutes before class, but I didn't recognize the number, so I didn't answer. I listened to their message and decided I'd stop by to pick up my package after my class. Unfortunately, my college's mail room hadn't opened, and the delivery driver could not leave the gift because it was food (cookies and ice cream). I called the restaurant, and they said they would come between 5-7 to re-deliver the gift. Unfortunately, I slept through the phone call, and I was concerned I'd have to go pick up the gift (the way Lyft prices are setup and my wallet made, I would have to pick it up Friday). Anyway, I talked to the manager, who was very courteous and accommodating. My new delivery time was 9-10:30, and finally, I got my Valentine gift at nine on the dot. The driver was very kind and helpful. Overall, I'd say Tiff's Treats knows how to handle their customers. P.S. the cookies are huge and yummy, and the pint-sized ice cream is delicious! read more
