I can't say service at this location has ever been noteworthy. It's more just moving people through the line. They offer mini and regular sized donuts. I love, love, love that they offer mini donuts. I've never been a big fan of their donuts, but the winter donuts may have changed my mind. My favorites have been Sugar Cookie and Gingerbread Latte. I enjoyed the buttery, flaky layers. I also grabbed an iced sugar cookie and that was delicious. For drinks they offer coffees and a case with sparkling waters, juice, and canned coffee. They have a parking lot with free parking on the side of the building. It's a huge bonus that it's quick and easy to park. The shop has several cases that are always packed with a variety of treats. They have whole cakes, cake slices, decorated cookies, sweet scones, savory scones, rice krispy bars, seven layer bars, lemon bars, muffins, several types of cookies, and more. Even when I have arrived in the middle of the day the cases have been full and still have a great variety. I have loved everything I have tried here. My favorites are the rice krispy treats (especially the fruity one), the dolly bar, the almond cookie, and scones. The cake slices are delicious, but very rich. I don't even really like coffee that much (my wife does) and have loved every coffee I've ever had from here. My pet peeve is when places have a flavored drink and it doesn't taste like anything different than a normal coffee. Crema always has some unique flavors and they hit you right in the mouth with what they're supposed to taste like. The cherry on top is that it's actually a good value too. The prices are very competitive compared to similar craft coffee spots in the Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin corridor.
