Came here with my friend after a fun happy hour because she had a coupon for 2 free cookies! She got them on Valentine's Day and we went to the nearest Tiff Treats from where we were (Montrose). When we got there; I ordered and the gal took my coupon. My friend ordered and immediately noticed the coupon expired on 3/31/24, ONE YEAR AGO despite getting it from the Heights location on Valentine's Day. She still honored it and was super kind about it. She even said she believed us because she wouldn't know where else they came from. Tiff's Treats is a staple when it comes to cookies. Everybody knows who they are. I always come here to pick up cookies for my clients and meetings. They come out with cool monthly flavors, but most of their cookies are ones you've already had. Simple, yet it always hits the sweet spot. If you're bored of cookies, you gotta try their brownies. I personally find that their brownies outshine their cookies. My mouth waters thinking about that salted caramel blondie! They also now offer cupcakes, but I've yet to try them. Damn, these are the softest cookies I've ever had. I honestly can't imagine these getting any softer and still being baked. Not every flavor blew my mind but I appreciated their variety. RED VELVET was my absolute favorite so don't skip it. Btw, they specialize in made-to-order cookies, particularly for delivery (sounds like a great potential surprise or edible gift) but you can also just pop in and grab a few cookies from the display case. read more

I am not sure where to start. When, you place an order you expect to get adequate cookies, That's edible. I'm not for sure what happens at this store at night. They treat customers orders like crap. I placed an order for two dozen cookies. I still haven't touched the sugar cookies. I have touched the pecan chocolate chip. I was sharing them with my family. We get to the last six cookies they are burned and hard as a brick. I have placed orders at another store on Spanish trail. No issues the cookies are soft and edible. We threw cookies in. The garbage that's how nasty they were. I'm kind of scared to open the dozen of sugar cookies we ordered. The person that prepared the order knew they were burned. Why give a customer burned cookies. They also had a sugar free taste to them. This is the second order I have received out of six orders I have had an issue with. The people that work here don't care how people are treated. The cookies are so hard, they make a noise when dropped on the floor. I think I'm just going to quit buying cookies here. How do you run a business like this? I guess good help is hard to find. I have had awesome cookies from here and left a positive review. I don't feel like I should have to drive four to five miles out the way to get fresh cookies. When, I order at the other Tiff's Treats the order is perfect. I also ask for cookies to have parchment paper between layer. Not even done. Cookies are still stuck together. It's just all bad. The sugar cookies look fine. I just don't trust eating them. Sometimes, buying things from establishments it just a waste of time and money. I love this location. It's in midtown, and there's plenty of parking. You can order on the app if you want to just run in quickly and get out quickly. The place is very clean. Love that they have flavors of the month. My favorite was the tiramisu. The cookies are delicious, soft and gooey. Staff are always friendly, and they will always ask if you want your cookies warmed up. Definitely recommend this place. It's like cookie heaven in here with the sweet delicious smell that just filled up the entire place. It's a very tiny interior but you're in and out pretty quick. You can buy the cookies individually or by the dozen and half dozen. I love the cute box and bag they use to package your cookies. It's also really great that they do deliveries to your office, a nice treat for everyone. They have a variety of flavors but my favorite is white chocolate chip. The staff will ask if you want your cookies warm up. I would highly recommend this. Although I love chunky cookies, I also equally love a warm and soft cookie. The staff is usually friendly. My issues is not with the cookies, but the delivery. My wife was out of town and she was kind enough to order me cookies for my birthday, which I found out after the fact. She put the order in ahead of time and thought she was all ready to go. My birthday came and went. We talked but I thought she forgot. The day after she finally asked about the cookies. I thought she forgot about my birthday, not Tiff's just forgot to deliver them. They final brought them out the next day. No apologies. Good cookies, but cannot count on the service. read more

RE: Paying with gift cards I love me some Tiff's Treats. I have eaten more of their warm cookies than I care to admit. For every birthday, anniversary or holiday I will always get at least one gift card here because my friends and family know its a sure bet. Because of this I always have a little cache of gift cards that I use when I go in. I visited a few months ago and had two gift cards. One had just like maybe .14 cents on it. The other I could have sworn was unused with $30 balance. So I ordered a few cookies for myself and paid with the two gifts cards. My total was about $6 I believe. I tendered the smaller .14 gift card first then the one with the larger balance. The cashier rings me up and says "Did you want me toss these"? Without thinking I say "sure". When I got home later I thought wait a second, I'm pretty sure there was still money on that other gift card that the cashier trashed. But I figured I could have mistakenly grabbed two gift cards that had both already been used and didn't give it much thought. A week ago I go in this time with a confirmed unused gift card with $20 on it, I checked on their website before I left. I order a few cookies without incident , cashier (not the same person from before) rings me up, I tender the gift card and the girl very politely holds up the gift card and says " I can trash this for you". Now, I know there's still money on it because I checked before I used it. So I say "Is it finished"? And get this, the girl says "I dont know let me CHECK"!? You dont know? Well then why are you offering to throw it away if you don't know for sure the balance is 0? She looks the balance up and sure enough there's still like $12 balance on the thing. Like are we in the Twilight Zone or what? Isnt it common sense to check the balance before offering to get rid of the card? So I'm pretty sure that the previous guy trashed one of my unused gift cards a few month prior. I've never had nothing but great experiences with their staff and this little debacle will not stop me from eating their cookies again. The point of this review is just to say don't let them "toss" your gift cards unless you know for sure it's done. Their register doesn't proactively give them the balance. From what I can tell they have to go into a whole other screen and type out the entire card number to see what the balance is. And judging by my last two experiences they will not check the balance first. It's trash all gift cards upon use and ask questions later. So keep them close to your heart. read more

I made an online order this morning to be delivered to my son in college. Have done this before. They failed to deliver and never reached out that there was an issue. I emailed them 4 hours after it was supposed to have been delivered, and was told it wasn't delivered due to the driver failed to reach the recipient. The workers online give canned responses with no offer or opportunity to make things right. Why spend $20 per dozen, plus delivery, plus tip and taxes for such lousy service? You are better of buying from a company that has better customer service than Tiff's Treats. read more

There are no better cookies in this city!! It's a small shop - very small - but it works. All their cookies are in a display case. It's kind of tall so my son couldn't see all the cookies available being at a preschool height. There were eleven different flavors to choose from the day we visited. After ordering, we were asked if we wanted them warmed up. We only had my sons cookie warmed up since he was ready for his the minute we walked in. The rest were bagged up and put inside a simple, yet elegant gift bag. Nice touch!! At home, I just reheated the cookies when I wanted one and it tasted great!! I have one FAB coworker in particular that swears by them and is on a 1st name basis with the manager because she has a revolving weekly cookie order that she graciously brings up to work to share = ) I must say that I do NOT have a sweet tooth by any means, but I do get a hankering for their super chocolaty brownies! For $3 a pop, you will get your chocolate fix times 3! I am also a fan of their M&M, choc peanut butter cookie and mint choc chip cookies. They also make ice cream cookie sandwiches too. Tiff's Treats made its mark as a delivery beacon of light to the college kids, but their forays into Dallas, and now Houston, have been more corporate. The Houston location is located right near Greenway Plaza, so if you're lucky enough to work there, try and convince your boss that a 3 p.m. snack on the corporate card is the way to go. For those of us not so lucky, it's best to call ahead if you're planning on ordering by anything more than the half-dozen. Cookies take 30-45 minutes, but will be freshly baked for when you arrive. Ordering can be done via phone or website (which also has the cookie menu). They have a shelf of fresh cookies, but they do focus on their delivery/catering services. I actually saw something that may be new? But it's an awesome concept. The Tiff Wich, is two warm cookies, with a fresh scoop of blue bell vanilla ice cream in the middle. OMG. Best answer to Houston's heat. My favorite cookie are their Snickerdoodle, I remember back in college, that was my first experience with snickerdoodle and other places makes it well, but not to this level. I'm new in town and was told that these cookies were really good! I was craving something sweet after dinner and decided to check it out. I love to cook and bake and I enjoy having dessert. Especially the type of dessert I'm not used to making. Cookies are a common thing that I make but I was told that this store was local and I saw that it had reviews. I come in and I notice that the door to the cookie warmer is open, and has been open for a while it seems. I wanted to know what made these cookies special and since I am studying to become a dietitian, I just wanted to know what kind of fat was used in the cookies. Trying to avoid transfats you know. This seemed to have caused some issues. The cashier ran to the back and talked to some one but I was able to hear the whole conversation. They laughed, seemed confused, I heard "butter?" "Crisco?" From this I thought she would come out and tell me "just butter." It was silent for a moment and the cashier came back and told me "I'm not sure. It doesn't say on the box....." Interesting. Are these just boxed cookies warmed up? I decided to just buy a few cookies since I guess I caused a scene. The cookies were cold. But seriously, you can't tell me what is in the product I am about to buy? Especially if it's the main thing you're selling? I didn't think this was a good sign Overall the cookies were decent. And we all know that Hwy 59 is the WORST during peak traffic hours. It's horrid. While I was sitting in traffic, I saw Tiff's Treats. The only time that I have EVER had it was in Dallas and I LOVED it! So glad they have it in Houston!! So I simply exited and headed over to Tiff's. Parking Very hard to find parking during the evening. I was lucky to find one. Lots of businesses on that strip, so parking might be a bit hard. Like I said, the store itself is very small. It's basically a walk in and walk out type of deal. I bought 6 cookies. 3 - chocolate chip, 1 chocolate chip oatmeal, 1 M&m, 1 snickerdoodle. The lady at the register was very nice and she even offered to warm them up. SO GLAD I DID. The cookies were SO GOOD!!!! Best tasted when warmed. They have an incredible gooey center and a crispy outside ring. LOOOOOOVE IT!!!! Downsides The cookies are pricey for being $1. They are small! ugh. Also, since there isn't a patio to enjoy your cookies, you're basically going to have to sit in your car to eat them or wait til you get home. This place is located right off of 59 and weslayan and is very close to the osteen congregation. We ordered 2 dozen cookies. A dozen each of oatmeal raisin and chocolate chip. Cookies were very warm and freshly prepared. They just melted in your mouth. The workers were very jolly, attentive with smiles left and right. This is the kind of people U want working for your company that R service oriented. I just thought 13 dollars for a dozen was a tad too steep for a dozen cookies. Nonetheless it tasted soft sweet and delicious and most of all, the kids enjoyed it a lot. A must go for any cookie lover or family with kids who crave desserts.
