Cookies are DAYUMN good!! Hella impressed that the delivery fee is only $3-4.50, go figure. Kind of stupid that it costs like .20 more to go IN and grab a dozen, vs call in a dozen, but hey, I was happy to whip into their parking lot, run in, grab 12 cookies and be out the door with warm bag of yumminess. Lots of cookie choices, and they're warmed upon request.. LOVE! No frills interior, but an amazing cookie. I love the chocolate chip ones. Well young-lings and goblins this is a cookie store. Since this is the only cookie store I have ever been to I can say that I like the cookies I got here. My favorite was the macadamia nuts cookie my least favorite was the chocolate chip cookie. The times I have been there has not been much of a line but I understand it can get that way at times. I think the best item they provide is delivery. So if you want to call and send cookies to your bestie, significant other or the girls across the street at Twin Peaks or Hooters you can do so. hmm..... not as good as the one in Austin... my first visit was awesome, the cookies were just as awesome as the ones at the Austin location. My second visit wasn't so great, they tasted store bought. I'm a big fan of Tiffs treats, just not so sure about this location, I'll give it another go and see what happens. read more

I'm not really sure what to say that hasn't been said.... Tiff's Treats makes cookies so good you might rethink all the times you said your Grandma's cookies were the best. No hate to your Grandma, but you can also get these whenever the craving strikes, or especially after hitting up Sushi Nini or Jason's Deli for a relatively healthy meal that seems to call for a non-healthy dessert. They are also cheap and fast. I like all the oatmeal flavors and chocolate chip. Yum! read more

If this review is slightly incoherent, it is because I'm currently slipping into a blissful sugar coma!!! My doorbell rang a little while ago and I opened it to a wonderful surprise. This is the first time I've ever had Tiff's Treats. The delivery driver was delightful as he handed me WARM and adorable gift boxes. My whole family was WOO HOO'ing big time when we opened them to find warm chocolate chips cookies and warm chocolate chip brownies. WHAT A TREAT!!!!! The worlds greatest boss surprised me with this gift to say that she appreciates me (pretty fab, right?). Boy do I feel appreciated! This created not only a loyal employee to her boss, but a new customer to Tiff's Treats too! My son is already asking for a delivery from them for his birthday, which just happens to still be 7 months from now. Yep, it's that good! read more

What is there not to love about cookies and milk delivered to your doorstep, what a great concept! They will deliver warm cookies to your house/office, sign me up! It always seems weird when you go into the store front and order a couple cookies but who can pass up some cookies after dinner! Not this girl! This place so awesome! I love their delivery service. Their website is very easy to navigate. I had some cookies delivered to my job and it is locked down like Fort Knocks. Wow, I cannot even believe the AMAZING customer service I just received from Tiff's Treats at Round Rock. We had ordered a dozen and a half cookies and two brownies, but when the order arrived, our brownies were missing. I called the location and spoke with Madison who was so gracious and helpful on the phone. She was very apologetic that the brownies were not delivered, then proceeded for the brownies to be delivered at a later time along with extra cookies at no additional cost, and a complimentary gift card. I received emails confirming all this within five minutes of getting off the phone. I know they must be busy during COVID quarantine, but you wouldn't know it with the fantastic experience I received. We've ordered cookies from this location multiple times and they're always great, but this customer service experience was above and beyond. We love Tiff's Treats and will continue supporting Them! read more

We let a man go ahead of us because we didnt know what we wanted. 3 people came to the front and none of them addresses us until I asked if someone could take our order .we order cookies to go and 2 Ice cream sandwich, they heated the cookies for the ice cream which melted instantly. We could eat them because they fell apart . read more

This is the most generous and caring people that I have ever come across. I am in the hospital and wanted some cookies. I have ordered from them in the past as gifts for others but not for myself. I had the hospital address and home address on there. The cookies were delivered to my home on the porch. A nice young man called to let me know where they were left. When he said but you are in the hospital, within 1 hour I had a dozen free cookies at the hospital room and they were nice and warm. Thank all of you from the bottom of my heart. Update: I ordered some cookies FRESH, and they were delicious! Warm, ooey gooey like a great cookie should be. Definitely a good treat! Note: The ice cream is literally Blue Bell, in the Blue Bell container and everything. Not saying there is anything wrong with that, just keep in mind the price is pure convenience on that one. Also: The staff is really friendly here. --- Original Review: This place is very overpriced considering there is nothing special about the cookies. They are extremely hard. You'll find better cookies at the grocery store. Don't bother with this place. Edit: I've been contacted by the business owner. It was my first time visiting Tiff's Treats. I therefore got an assorted 20 cookies because I couldn't make up my mind about what I wanted to eat. I also wanted to get some for the family. After reading reviews and hearing about the how great they were in the DFW area I've been dying to try them. Big disappointment. I couldn't tell what was off about them, but my daughter said they were too salty. That was it! Way too much salt. Also the oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies were hard (maybe stale?) on the outer edge. I'd give 1 star, but the presentation of the box it came in was good. read more

I bought cookies in 3 flavors and brownies and tried both when they were warm. The cookies were ok, they didn't even taste as good as the ones I baked from store-bought refrigerated dough. The brownies were really tasty though, especially when they were warm, so skip the cookies and get some brownies. read more

I have had Tiff's Treats on a number of occasions, but I have never ordered them myself. I am just not that impressed. Every time, they remind me of the cookies baked from fundraiser frozen cookie dough with all the same unoriginal flavors. If I'm going to splurge on professionally-baked cookies rather than make them myself, they are going to have to be better than ordinary. Sadly, that's all I can really say about Tiff's Treats. Tiffs treats are amazing all the time! But tonight(7/3) one staff lady was extremely slow. It took me 10 minutes to get two chocolate chip cookies and there was only one couple in front of me. Love this place! My dad is 75 and always tells us not to buy him anything, he does not want clothes and stuff anymore. My dad has a sweet tooth and after I saw a co-worker get Tiff's Treats, I thought I will send this to dad for Father's Day and see what he thinks. I got a call from him and he sounded like a kid. He loved it! He was listing the cookies, ice cream, brownies, and milk to me like I had no clue what I sent. My mom said he made brownie sundaes and had cookies and milk at night for a few days. He was in heaven. She also said the cookies were delicious and she is going to start gifting Tiff's Treats to others. Thank you Tiffs Treats for an amazing product. So I was shopping at Target on Saturday and saw this very long line for cookies. I was like wow they must have some amazing cookies. I made it a point to stop by on Monday to check it out. They were little cookies but I thought these little cookies must be great for so many people to wait in line for them. I got home and made a fresh cup of coffee to enjoy my chocolate chip cookie. I threw it away after 2 bites. This was horrible. Doesn't even taste homemade. My crazy aunt on Lexapro makes a better cookie. I'm starting to feel sorry for all you TEXANS. If you guys give 4-5 stars to this place for cookies then you have never had a chocolate chip cookie. It tasted store bought. Was it the worst I've tasted, no. I stopped in at the Tiff's Treats STOREFRONT in Round Rock to pick up cookies on my way home. I was surprised to find out that it is more expensive to purchase their cookies in person than it is if you call ahead or order online. I don't understand why you have a STOREFRONT with signage and everything if you don't expect people to walk in and want to purchase your product. I went ahead and ordered a dozen at their higher in-store price, and when I got home the order was completely incorrect. The staff at this location is horrible. Employees were friendly but overall this place isnt good & neither are the cookies..there isnt any kind of sitting area if your just wanting to walk in to get some treats. Nestlé tollhouse cookies are better & would rather bake those to satisfy my sweet tooth instead. Yea its cool that they deliver them fresh as a surprise for a loved one or coworker but they DONT TASTE GOOD. Its nothing special. Dont waste your time or money here. Tollhouse or even the box of fresh cookies you can get from mcdonalds is WAY better. I dont reccomend this place. read more

I am absolutely amazed. This was my first time in the store. I was so excited to get just two cookies for breakfast & a Starbucks mocha drink that they carry. The girl was very very friendly, customer service was incredible. She came back around the corner after going to put my cookies in the oven to warm my cookies and told me they were cashless now as I had cash in my hand, and then she proceeded to say no worries it was on them this time since it was my first time in. I am so grateful, I wish I had gotten her name to blast all over this review! THEN she comes back with my box of cookies and a little bow on top! So so good!! Hubby And I love this place, who can go wrong with a hard scoop of vanilla ice cream sandwich between the chewy warm cookies. Yum I love the chocolate chip cookies and the brownie.
