Stopped by Tiff's Treats today to try their seasonal blueberry muffin cookie, and ended up grabbing a few more while we were there--2 snickerdoodles, 1 oatmeal raisin, and 1 classic chocolate chip. Because we spent over $10, we also got a free pint of the brown sugar chocolate chip cookie with fudge ice cream (which was a nice surprise!). To be honest, the cookies were just okay. They tasted like they'd been sitting out for a bit--not quite fresh-out-the-oven like you'd hope from a cookie shop known for warm delivery. In the display case, one cookie even looked like it had a whole chunk bitten out of it, which was a bit off-putting. The blueberry muffin cookie was probably the most interesting of the bunch--it was cakier than a typical cookie and really did resemble a blueberry muffin in texture and flavor. Not my personal favorite, but definitely a fun seasonal twist. The best part of the visit was the woman working the counter. She was super sweet, helpful, and really made the experience feel welcoming. There is no seating inside and is just a quick pick up spot for cookies. All in all, not a bad stop, but nothing about the cookies really wowed me. Probably wouldn't go out of my way for them again, but the ice cream was a nice touch! read more

This is a double compliment. First visit to any Tiff's Treats- this one located in Sugarland. First time using my Too Good To Go app.10/10 "With "Too Good To Go" app you can save food from the restaurants, cafes, and stores that are on the app. Instead of having to throw away food at the end of the day, these places offer what they have in Surprise Bags. The actual contents will be a surprise until you get there!" 10/10 I reserved surprise baked goods with the app at this location during a specific pickup time. Arrived and there was one customer waiting. Friendly staff greeted me in this small, clean establishment in a Sugar Land shopping strip with an LED screen advertising Dubai chocolate and more. 10/10 The store team member assisted me with the "Too Good to Go" app process. 10/10 Baked goods were paid for in advance at a reduced price; upon arrival at the establishment at the store counter, swipe the app slide bar and retrieve the baked goods or meal. This was a convenient and invaluable experience. 10/10. I inspected the contents of the bag before I left the establishment. There was a wide array of "whole" cookies not one cookie crumble in a well packaged bag with logo. 10/10 I was skeptical of what I'd find. Pleasantly surprised!!! 10/10. My favs: Chocolate chip and double chocolate - so good when warm! Also microwaves really well a day or two after! Rocky road - the crunch of the almonds and the sweet gooeyness of marshmallows is perfect! Plus I love chocolate so it hits the spot! Lemon - like a lemon bar in a cookie form Snickerdoodle - one of my favorites when warm but doesn't as good leftover Oatmeal raisin - generally speaking, I love oatmeal raisin and theirs is a much smoother (less chunky) version. It's a bit sweet but still hits my oatmeal raisin cravings! Just ok: M&m - just not a fan of the texture Red velvet - too cakey for me Pumpkin spice - maybe just not for me Triple chocolate chip - not a fan of white chocolate and feel like this cookie was lacking in chocolatey goodness that I would expect given the name Tip: If you send at least a couple of deliveries a year, you should sign up and pay for the Elite program where delivery is free! They also send you lots of good coupons - sometimes for a free dozen or add a half dozen of the latest flavor with purchase. Gotta hand it to Tiffs Treats to make cookie gifts pretty. I ordered a dozen cookies online for pickup: half of them oatmeal raisin cookies and the other half were snickerdoodles. It was packaged in a nice ribbon box and a cute bag. My cookie gift was definitely well received. The oatmeal raisin cookies were crispy and aromatic. The snickerdoodles were soft and had the right amount of cinnamon sugar on top. The smell of cookies permeated everywhere when I picked up my online order. There's a display case with other cookie flavors that you can just buy one at a time if you just want to try it. They'll warm it up for you too. Next time, I might try out a cookie flavor so I can figure out which cookie flavors to gift. Lol. Pandemic precautions were followed: online ordering, takeout or curbside pickup, staff wearing masks, and customers required to wear masks upon entering the bakery. I'll be back. read more

Tiff's Treats and I go way back. Like way way back. I remember ordering these during those late night study sessions in college to give me the sugar boost I craved. Tiff is a genius! I came by to treat my daughter to a cookie and was a bit disappointed by the service. The lady at the counter was clearly in a rush and didn't seem to have the time to let my kiddo look at the cookie display before picking what she wanted. I didn't get the best first impression here if I am being honest. We ended up being helped by a much more patient gentleman. The store is clean but there are no chairs or seating of any kind to enjoy your cookies. They definitely don't want you to stick around. Kind of like Nothing Bundt Cake. Will return because the cookies are amazing but man they aren't cheap at $1.50 per piece! read more

Great job on their first day serving super fresh moist cookies! My friends and I just got home from their grand opening event, and yes I was one of their first forty people in line to get a hundred dollar gift card while being able to purchase cookies (chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, + snickerdoodle at only five dollars a dozen (regularly $16). What a nice way to benefit the Connor Man Defeat DIPG Foundation as it is a charity event. We got 16 dozen total. The staff were friendly and efficient, kept the line moving and I couldn't help but eat a cookie on the spot before pulling out of the parking lot. Boy, that chocolate chip cookie melted in my mouth. The oatmeal raisin was wonderfully made as well, I love the texture and the quality. The snickerdoodle was good too, perfectly cinnamony and moist just like the others. I have had the peanut butter cookie before and it won my heart. The aroma once you set foot in store will not be forgotten. LOL, just kidding - my modeling career was shot the day I was introduced to Tex Mex food - but that's a story for another day, kiddos.... I had tried Tiff's Treats at another location before, but was not very wowed with their cookies, but I changed my mind after having the warm cookies here at the Sugar Land location. Chocolate chips are the best one indeed! The best is to get the mixed so you can try a little bit of everything. Great for parties if you get a dozen or more. My advice is to order online and give a time for pickup, or else order and they will deliver. If you get just a few, then in store pickup is the way to go! Be sure to warm up the cookies. Oh my gosh. I was craving dessert and was so happy to find this place open and serving cookies. I had my parents drive over and my dad bought about 10 cookies - Chocolate chip, chocolate chip pecan, sugar cookie, peanut butter, and oatmeal raisin. These were some of the saddest cookies I've eaten from a dessert shop. The taste was very low quality and the texture was not good either. Most of the cookies had the same base dough, which meant that they were all disappointing. These cookies were absolutely not worth it and I would never want to purchase "Tiff's Treats" again. I don't know how this place is rated 4 stars because it definitely is not even "OK". If I weren't someone who hates wasting food, I would have trashed these. Save your money because these cookies will not satisfy a dessert craving. read more

I had to get some cookies for my friend , and went to the store to pick them up. The attendant was super nice and cordial. I asked if she could warm the cookies . She said they are already warm. I said ok. I got one box for my friend and one for myself . I literally sat in my car and opened the box to eat my oatmeal raisin cookie and it was FREEZING cold! I just left . The delivery service was efficient and friendly. I had also picked up and delivered myself. The store employees of this location were also very friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable. All the receivers in the various Texas cities were very impress with the taste of the warm cookies and the beautiful packaging. Disappointed. Stood there a good 4 mins and no one greeted me. Made eye contact with two employees one in the kitchen and the other on the opposite side of the office wall (the door was open) and neither said "hello" or "just a min" instead they both kept working on what they were working on. Located next to simply divine nails salon. There's like 5 different cookie flavors (oatmeal, cc, m&m, snickerdoodles, & sugar). $2 for a prepackaged cup of blue bell vanilla ice cream. You can also have them make the cookies into an ice cream sandwich. The unisex bathroom is large & clean. There is absolutely no where to sit. No tables no chairs. There should be at least a couple of small ones but nope. Cookies can be warmed up. They're a little greasy and a bit overly sweet. Delivery within 15 min distance for $5 fee. I've tried all the cookie flavors. They're good but not overrrated. I'd appreciate it more if there were places to sit. Funny thing. My wife was talking about these cookies her department would order for her downtown work meetings before the virus shut things down. The very next day, she had a box delivered from her boss for the work she was doing from home. Needless to say, I dove in. Wow! The cookies were still warm. Even the bottom of the cookie box was warm. She/I had chocolate chip and sugar cookies. The sugar cookie was good, but the chocolate chip was beyond good.
