Ok so after having some very subpar cookies from a well known chain in Baltimore, I had to come back and write a review not only is the service stellar but the cookies are heaven sent. Like how do you make this damn good. The red carpet service you all offer is on par with chick fil a. I got some for my extended family and they were upset I hadn't told them about you before. I'm still out of town and I'm soo upset at the wasted calories i gave up for this trash cookie. I will be making a bee line for tiffs treats as soon as I land. It's so clean in here!!! I usually go to the one near the galleria but this one is closer to my house. It's so hard to find. I literally drove around in circles before I found it BUT I found it and I love this place. My girlfriend loves the bow on the box but honestly I love that the cookies are warm. Can't beat it. As far as customer service goes you really can't beat how nice they are in here. Anyone that can make me laugh is a A+ in my book. Both of the ladies in the store were really sweet. I actually came in for truffles but I was a couple days early. The manager did let us know we could place an order for them later in the week. I will definitely be coming back. The oatmeal chocolate chip is my favorite. Only thing I would suggest is getting a sign or something on the highway. SO ecstatic to discover that this place, as of today, is now OFFICIALLY open in Sugar Land! No more repeatedly going to the Med Center for a nice, fresh cookie! This place is my safe haven for a luscious warm cookie, and this place doesn't just do cookies, they also have a few other desserts such as brownies, and drinks like milk. They also do cookie deliveries which is what this chain is known for: delivering fresh cookies to happy customers! Sadly, I was unable to come during the grand opening event this morning as I had school to go to. The first 40 people in line got gift cards and a dozen cookies were only 5$...or so I've heard. It's always nice to see a charity event for a good cause, and a delicious one too! (Connor Man Defeat DIPG Foundation). I always have a habit of trying a lot of different cookies each time I come to a Tiff's treats and this time was no different....I got at least 6-8 different kinds and a tiffwich, look at my photos to see which ones I got! The cookies were so soft, chewy and delicious, and the staff was very on point with service. The peanut butter chocolate chip was my favorite cookie this time (two flavors in one...yummy!), though snickerdoodle and oatmeal raisin (I'm not even that big on oatmeal raisin for that matter) were also among my top favorites for this trip! I look forward to continue seeing this little shop thrive and I will continue coming back for those nice warm delicious cookies, with others too of course! read more

I stopped by while I was in the area since I needed to get some treats for an event later the same day. I asked if I could get a couple dozen. I felt like the attendant was slightly annoyed that I hadn't ordered ahead. I sampled the snickerdoodle when I got home. Tasty, but not $17 per dozen tasty. I like to support our local businesses, especially since many have been hit hard by Covid, but I was pretty underwhelmed by the service and the product, especially given the price. read more

I'm generally easy to deal with until I experience an interaction with someone that is obviously being difficult because they can be. I pull up in the parking lot, see a BOLD phone contact number under a sign that says "Order Ahead For Pick Up & Delivery Only". Under that is another line that says to call that number for pickup. I call the number and I'm informed that the number is for pick and delivery AFTER I'm supposed to place my order at the call center, on line or through the app. I tell the employee that I'm sitting in the parking lot and understand the interaction free transaction process. I'm informed again of the process and ask "so there is no way that I can order and wait for the cookies". Her polite answer was "yes". I ask "is this number in the store"? The answer is "yes". She goes into the verbiage reply again and I hang up! I don't know who the manager is and frankly don't care. I was in the customer service business for over 40 years that generated billions of $ of profit. You need to evaluate your customer service training module. All this negative experience cost you was +|- $20 worth of cookie revenue. If this example of behavior is allowed to persist, it will cost you more $. read more

As a first time customer I was a bit hesitant to order for something as important to me as my daughters birthday, but taking a leap of faith (and reading tons of good reviews) I gave it a go and sent her a dozen cookies as she really doesn't like anyone making a big deal. I ordered a half dozen, peanut butter chocolate chip, and a half dozen sugar cookies with pink valentine hearts and sprinkles to be sent in their pink "It's a Girl!" box and added a blue "Happy Birthday" mini balloon with a custom message. Since this was done the night before I really did not expect it to be delivered on time, so I WAS DELIGHTED when the next day I got the confirmation that my last minute surprise WAS in route, freshly baked and packaged just as I had ordered. When the delivery driver arrived, she called me because there was no answer at my daughters and she didn't just want to leave the cookies on the door step. She gave me a chance to call my daughter to make sure she was there, which she was, and then she called me back to let me know she had in fact handed off the delivery. My daughter was surprised and delighted with everything, and it made this Birthday a success even if we couldn't be together. THANKS TIFF'S TREATS! You are one I will keep tucked in my "favorite go to's" file and I am sure I will be ordering from you again and again! read more

Tiff's Treats is always a winner in our house. I ordered two dozen cookies in the anniversary packaging for my husband. They did not disappoint! The cookies arrived timely and were warm, but not undercooked and sticking together. The one time we received cookies that were undercooked and stuck together, they were quick to rectify the situation. We can't say enough about the product and customer service! I placed a curbside order, when I got to the store I input my car information and waited 10 minutes. No one ever came out. I went into the store and two employees were at the cash register. When I walked into the store no one spoke and they went into the back. Someone finally came out to help me and my cookies had been sitting on the back counter. BEST DAY EVER!!!!!!! Today is Monday, I just got back in town. I received a phone call from the delivery driver on Friday and told her that I was sorry that I was out of town and she was so pleasant and told me that they would be delivered on Monday. The cookies are very fresh and tasty. We ordered online the last minutes, and we got the cookies less than an hour to deliver to our house!

My first taste was through work, loved the snicker doodles. We came by and ordered a dozen, different varieties but mostly snickerdoodle. They say it's hot, cook right out of oven. What I find is that it is cooked already and they reheat in oven for you. Not exactly what I call fresh unless you wait for them to cook from scratch and we didn't have time. We tried the snickerdoodle, macadamia nut, m&m, and sugar cookies and wasn't impressed. The cookies were not memorable especially for that price. We would not come back. read more

I had ordered for my family member and they delivered on time with no complications. Packaging was nice. We tasted the cookies and weren't impressed. We ordered the dozen chocolate chip and dozen mixed. Cookies were somewhat salty and overly sweet. I would order again but maybe other desserts and not cookies. read more

I will never use this company. Cookies were to delivered to my daughter for her birthday. I arranged a time when she would be home. It would have worked IF they had been on time. They were an hour and a half late, and they didn't have decency to call and tell me they would be late. I had to call myself. Then, the delivery driver was a little rude, and unapologetic. Being that I'm from New York, I've never heard of Tiff's Treats. I just happened to be going in the nail salon next door when I stopped in. It smells HEAVENLY in there. Not to mention it's so clean, and honestly that's what sold me. The bathroom was equally as clean. I was greeted by a lady with freckles and I stood there confused reading the menu. She asked if it was my first time and when I confirmed she gave me a brief yet detailed rundown of what they do. I got my cookies and left. It was great. What really stood out to me was me second time in the store. I wanted to get something to bring to my job for my boss's birthday but it was so last minute. I went in, admit-tingly annoyed but I walked in to that heavenly smell and singing lol SINGING it was great. Then immediately following I was welcomed by the same lady with freckles from before. I told her what I needed and she quickly whipped up a cookie box with the cutest little balloon. I was rung up by a different man who ended up telling me that he was the manager of the store. Very pleasant and funny. Turns out the freckled lady is his assistant ( I'm horrible for not asking her name ). All of this was in a matter of 5 minutes. I was in and out. I walked in annoyed and left out tickled and a little happier. They also have more locations in the city so I'll have to check those out! read more

Sooooo disappointed in Tiff's Treats today. I have used them several times in the past to deliver cookies to people in the hospital and it was always a huge hit. But NEVER again! Today, I order cookies to be delivered to my husband for Valentine's Day, at his fire station, because he's on shift for Valentine's Day. They initially accepted my order, I received the confirmation email, all was great. Then I realized I mixed up two of the number in the address. The difference in the two addresses was 0.1 mile. Literally within feet of each other. I was told that the correct address was out of their delivery zone and they couldn't do it. The couldn't deliver cookies to a fire station that was 0.1 mile out of they're delivery zone??? Ridiculous! read more
