They provided a bid to do almost everything to get our house livable, and while we didn't choose them for every line item, we were happy to hire them to do almost everything. David and his team were nothing short of amazing. In just 6 weeks, they transformed our house from an empty shell with painted drywall into a livable home. Their craftsmanship was outstanding - they replaced the subfloor, walked us through acclimating our hardwood floors, installed both LVP and hardwood throughout, helped organize the design and installation of steel railings, and even frameless glass shower doors. Despite my eagerness to speed up the process, they maintained their high-quality standards. They also installed trim and doors throughout, ensuring everything was complete just in time for us to move in before our rental lease expired. They showed up on time, worked really efficiently, and left our place super clean - and most importantly, we think the walls look fantastic. (Ignore the ugly gold trim in the photo - our new faucet handle didn't arrive on time, that is on us) Communication was great and very easy (mostly via text with JP's partner Gleisiane, who was also out helping on most days). The cost was also extremely fair. My wife and I are really happy, and will definitely use JP on future projects. Instead of answering those questions, Tom responded in a dismissive and unprofessional way, asking whether I had read the estimate or looked at their website, and saying I could call him if I was "serious about doing business" with them. As a customer, I believe it is completely normal to ask detailed questions before hiring a contractor, especially for a home project involving cost, materials, and installation details. The lack of clear answers and the tone of the response made me lose confidence in moving forward with this company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company if you expect clear communication and respectful customer service.
