The work Slavic and Alex did on this part of the build is as high quality as their siding work. - The work site was always SUPER tidy. Slavic and Alex took great care to clean up as they worked, paid attention to simple details like ensuring nails were picked up and that hose covers were back on (winter months), and they were very respectful of the driveway which I share with my neighbors. - Throughout the installation, Vitaliy kept me updated via text, phone calls, and site visits. I always knew where things stood and what degree of rot was uncovered (or not) at the end of a demolition day. The level and consistency of communication was outstanding. Review We had a…read moresection of rotten siding and a sill plate uncovered that was supporting our garage wall and potentially posed a structural concern, since the wall was also retaining part of the roof. The Rot Doctor did an excellent job from start to finish. They carefully removed the rotten siding, boards, and supports while temporarily supporting the wall, then installed a new pressure-treated sill, water-resistant siding, flashing, and belly band, with everything properly caulked and sealed. The workmanship was very high quality. All the cuts were precise, with clean lines, no gaps, and everything felt sturdy and well-built. They also went above and beyond by replacing and reinforcing some warped supports that weren't originally part of the scope. They were experienced and clearly knew how to approach the job, and they were great to work with throughout. Communication and customer service were excellent--we were able to discuss the work as it progressed and adjust the scope when needed. They were punctual, worked efficiently, and completed the entire job in just three days. The pricing was also competitive.
