Great texture on the boba. The drink also tastes really good. Couple of things that I'd like to point out. Don't store the empty cups upside down on the table. Use a clean napkin or a container. The person who handles the register is the same person who places the sticker on the cup and pulls the cup. You just contaminate the cup and I saw their fingers inside the cup when pulling the empty cup. It's not a good practice to begin with and now with covid19 is a big NO. read more

Signature drink is da bomb!!!! It tastes like a caramel boba and it's very subtle in taste and sweetness. I usually adjust sweetness but I didn't even need to do that here. It's the perfect sugar level. I haven't tried anything other than the signature drink and this place is worth it for that drink alone. I also love the different size bobas in the cup. Despite being in a pandemic Tiger Sugar is amazing. Their signature drink is to die for. My boyfriend and I came in tonight and after receiving our drinks. One of the tops must didn't get sealed tight and it spilled all over the place. I assuming it was the manager that came to the rescue and apologized. He provided paper towels and napkins for my boyfriend and constantly asked if he was okay. I'm glad the workers care about their customers. On top of that we also received two drinks on the house Manager kept apologizing although we didn't find it a big deal, that we felt bad haha. One star only, because they don't really care about quality. I ordered #1 & #2 large size but I thought it is really large size, they don't even tell customers. The drinks were ok, boba tasted good, but they don't adjusted sugar level (which is too sweet)and "no ice" drink is not cold at all, these are the most worst parts, how can they make room temperature drink? Other tea shop can make no ice drink in very cold condition but they can't. Obviously they don't care about quality at all. And it is also very pricy because large size and price is equal to medium size and price in some other tea shop with VERY good quality all the time. I dont know why this place had a long line. It was not good and they made my order wrong. Got the lemon oolong tea and that had a metallic taste and was suppppppper sour. Totally undrinkable. Then I thought I ordered the taro mochi tea but I guess not because I didnt get any mochi, just boba even though she repeated after me and said mochi. Since it didnt charge extra for the boba I thought it came with it, but drinking it now I have no mochi, just boba. So yeah definitely wrong order. I was craving for the bubble tea then I got to this place. I ordered their signature black sugar boba pearl with cream mousse and signature black sugar boba peal with coffee jelly. I asked less boba/sugar for one drink and no ice for the other, the front girl said "no' as they are the signature drinks, we were not supposed to change anything. She did not clearly explain why and was very impatient to rush me out. I was skeptical as I used to order my drink this way here. The manager came and kindly offered a complimentary drink in hot. While he tried to explain "the signature" and "no substitute " theory, It was definitely disappointing. Thought I'd try this place out since it has pretty good reviews and their drinks looked amazing. Sadly I was left underwhelmed both times. The first time I got their signature drink - it was no where near as sweet as I had hoped or as it looks, and I'm not 100% sure if they said there's any tea in it but I tasted absolutely zero, and the black sugar is pretty subtle for how much they hype up their black sugar. Also I didn't really taste the cream. But the boba and the pearls were super soft and chewy, probably the best part of the drink. Overall I think their signature is way overhyped solely because it looks cool, but it tastes meh. Second time I got a black sugar boba Ceylon tea latte (they have it with cream mousse but I got it without since I hardly tasted the cream last time) hoping I would taste the tea, and if you like a fairly strong tea flavor then this is your guy. Super nice black tea flavor, just enough milk, not too sweet (though personally I wish it was a tad sweeter) and the boba again was soft and chewy. But once again you can hardly taste the black sugar. Wish they offered sweetness levels. But If you're not crazy about sweetness then this one is def recommended. Prices I think are a bit high for such a small size (they only offer one size). But I love that they use fresh real milk and not powder. Makes a WORLD of difference. read more

All the drinks are amazing, but if you are a self-respecting person, DON'T get the mochi boba! The warning had me believing that the grit wouldn't be too bad, but it was a fault on my part. It tastes gritty, the mochi is slimy, and the drink has a nutty (not in a good way) taste. Opt for something else! The boba is chewy enough and it's delicious, you don't need an extra factor. Best boba ever! The boba is made fresh and is the perfect amount of sweetness. The milk tea is cool and refreshing and the pearls are warm and sweet, the perfect balance. Today I stopped at this boba shop for the first time. I've been seeing it trend on social media and decided to give it a try. When I first arrived there was a long line outside the door. After about a 10 minute wait I was greeted by a very nice female with curly hair. She explained the menu to me and recommended the most popular drink, which is called the signature. All the workers seemed to have a great connection with each other and worked well to get every drink out fast. My number was called and the tall gentleman let me know to shake my drink well. i got the brown sugar black tea lattle boba with cream foam (isn't that name a mouthful? haha) and it was yum! however, it was a little too warm though for a cold drink. not enough ice and brown sugar. also, i don't see the point of getting the cream foam if it's recommended to shake it immediately before consuming??? idk if it was just a poorly made one or if it's just like that in general, but i would wait out the hype before going bc i think the employees are lowkey shook at how many people are ordering that it reflects on how the drinks are being made? the 45 minute wait wasn't rly worth the drink. ill probably follow up on this review in a couple of months haha read more
