I've been here few times and I ordered #6, "Strawberry Matcha Latte." I ordered extra toppings in my drink. "Pearl," "Star Jelly," "Coconut Jelly," and "Basil Seeds." My drink was fully packed with delicious toppings. With all the combinations it made it for a great drink. If you don't like the bitter taste of Matcha, I recommend trying this drink. We happened upon Gong Cha while checking out the Zion food court and I ordered a green tea with boba and matcha foam. It was fantastic!! I loved ordering at the kiosk and being able to customize my drink all the way down to the amount of sweetener/sugar. It was reasonably busy but they had my order ready quickly. My favorite boba shop in Lewisville. I was so glad when they opened this place since I didn't have to drive to Carrollton anymore to get good boba. The staff is usually friendly and the service is always pretty fast.i like that they always ask if regular ice and sweetness are fine since sometimes I forget to ask for modifications when ordering. The drinks do run on the sweet side so if you don't like your drinks sweet I recommend getting less than 50 percent sweetness. I like my drinks sweet and last time I went I ordered I got the lychee oolong tea with 70% sweetness and it was a little too sweet for my preference. I usually order a brown sugar milk tea so I can't really speak on the other drinks. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area and your craving a sweet or refreshing drink. read more

Lemon Ai-yu Picture was deceiving since it looked like a creamy lemon drink. at 50% sweetness, it was still VERY sweet and a pretty one dimensional flavored drink, maybe thats how it is as a beverage, but was not a fan. After 10 minutes siting and chatting, I looked around to see if they would say our number or orders but the drinks were just at the far corner counter. Tried this for the first time on a Saturday around 2pm in the Zion Market Food Court. Really enjoyed it! I wanted something without caffeine so I went with a Taro milk tea + boba, 50% sweetness. Perfect for me! My husband got a matcha tea latte, 100% sweetness but said next time he would probably go lighter on the sugar. The lady who was behind the counter taking our order was very sweet. This Gong Cha is located inside the Asian food court next to Zion Market. I have to say this corner of the mall is super busy thanks to all these Asian establishments. I come here whenever we stop by the mall and the supermarket. Their boba tea is pretty solid. Nothing fancy but the standard milk tea is always consistent for me. Their boba balls however could have "ups and downs" as I recall having hard ones a few times. They are pretty friendly and the service speed is generally not bad. They sometimes have promotions so it could be a good deal. read more

I love the Earl Grey milk tea with 50% sugar. I honestly can't imagine how sweet 100% would be because 50% is plenty sweet for me and I have a very large sweet tooth. The boba is good, not too hard. I wasn't a huge fan of the pudding additive, I definitely will skip that going forward. I really want to try the strawberry milk tea and some of the unusual drinks but the earl grey milk tea is so good it is hard not to order it. I always get one when I come to Zion marketplace. ETA: tried the strawberry milk tea w/strawberry boba at - get this - 0% - with intention of adding Splenda at home. It ended up being fine without it. This location is located inside the food court at Zion Market, but they utilize the same rewards programs as other locations of Gong Cha. When you park, go inside the market and go all the way to the back, past the grocery store, before taking a left and you'll find the store front along the left side of the food court. I always get a mango green tea with boba, and my drink was about $2 more than I usually pay compared to the other locations that are close to me. However, the drink was delicious, service was fast, and the people making drinks were very pleasant. It's a food court area, so seating is wherever you can find it! read more

Honestly has one of the best tasting milk coffee's which is my go-to at Gong Cha. Yesterday when I went up to order, the girl at the register asked me my level of sweetness and if regular sugar they use is fine to which I said yes but when my order came.. they put me for black coffee. So rather than generously add milk and sugar as a nice customer service act on their part.. they forced me to go back to register and refund the black coffee and re-order the milk coffee all for the sake of a .75 cent difference. I've had Gong Cha here, carrollton, and Fort Worth. I think I've visited this Gong Cha the most, so I'll review this one. It's inside Zion Market in the food court. I don't think I've tried their milk teas yet. I'm stuck on their passion jasmine green tea. So good and refreshing. I've also tried the hibiscus green tea and lychee oolong. All were good. The kids have gotten strawberry slush and it wasn't bad. read more

This is a great alternative to Feng Cha and is conveniently located in the mini food court area of the new Zion Market in Lewisville. This was my first time trying Gong Cha, and this franchise is very clean and efficient. Another great thing is that the staff here are kind and friendly. My GF and I came here on a Friday night and we were feeling some fruity drinks after taking down some hefty fried chicken. We looked over their diverse menu and I decided to try the large lemon ai-yu white pearl, while she went with the large seasonal grapefruit ai-yu drink. In my opinion, it's worth upgrading the drink to a large size since you get a whole lot more bang for your buck! I also like the fact that Gong Cha lets you customize the ice level and sugar level as well. I went with a 70% sugar level for my lemon ai-yu white pearl and it was too sweet for my huge sweet tooth, so I'd recommend getting 30% sugar since they are a bit too generous with sugar. My GF got 50% sugar, and even that was too sweet for us. With too much sugar for the fruitier drinks you can't taste the tea flavor, since the sugar level overpowers it. However, the ai-yu jelly and pearls were both refreshing and tasty, so no complaints there. Overall, I'd come back to Gong Cha and try their milk tea series as well. I usually love Gong Cha and have it so many times in NYC, but I've tried this location twice, and both times haven't been great. I order 30% sweet, and both times it's felt like 130% sweet. It was essentially driving a sugar syrup that I ended up throwing out after a couple of sips. They really need to work on meeting the same standards as other locations. read more

Worst experience ever!!! This is my 1st time and also my last time at this location. 3 girls (1 takes order, and 2 make drinks) but the service was super slow. There are 5 people ahead of me, 1 drink for each order but took me 30 mins to get my drink. The girl with red hair needs to take food safety class again. She used a dirty spoon from the sink to put milk foam on my tea. Then she messed up an order, she dumped out the tea and washed the cup and put the cup back for future orders. NASTY!!!! read more

I have been different locations Of Gong cha. This location give me the worst experience. I bought multiple cups of same drinks but they made half of drinks correct and the left drinks were wrong. The same type drink is also more expensive than Fort Worth Location. Not recommend it. read more
