Wow, after coming the first time, I came 4 more days in a row. I'm not a huge boba fan, never really understood why everyone enjoyed it so much. Then I came here and it all clicked. I got their signature drink, the black sugar boba with pearls. From the get go I was given a choice of what size pearls I wanted; large, small or a mix of both. When I took my first sip, I was amazed. The drink wasn't overly sweet but what surprised me was how good the pearls were. The texture and chewiness of the pearls were my favorite part, they tasted freshly made. This small store has definitely become a go to location for me and I can see why they are so busy. I heard about this place all over Instagram and wanted to try it. I went up to Dallas with my boyfriend and stopped by. It was pretty busy but the staff moved pretty fast. We got the Signature Drink which was apparently the most popular one. It had two different boba pearls in it. It was really delicious and wasn't as sweet as I expected because I usually strive for half sweet. It was the perfect amount of sweetness. For the price, it was worth it. I would come back and get it at least once on a visit to Dallas. Hopefully we have one in Houston soon! read more

First of all it's important to know that this is not a typical "milk tea" experience. Their featured drink does not actually have any tea, so if you are looking for one that does I would recommend ordering something else. Since I am that type of person I decided to order a Green Tea Latte with boba. If I had to describe it in one word I would say "watery". Yes it was sweet but it did not taste like tea in the least bit, kind of like watered down milk. I understand that Boba Tea is from Taiwan, therefore it should be the original, I was still expecting something extraordinary. The drinks are amazing. What isn't amazing is the ordering in advance. I've used this multiple times with similar results. The goal is obviously not to have to wait inside that long. Today I witnessed first hand why the wait is always so long to order say on toasttab. It was getting a lot of hype before opening bc of their other stores in NYC and Asia and I'm so glad they were worth the hype. Go earlier in the day than later to avoid a long line! We went at around 4pm and waited about 20 minutes total to get our drinks! We tried the signature drink and it was honestly the best dirty brown sugar milk tea I've tried. Definitely beats Gong Cha and Sharetea's brown sugar drinks!! ALSO they do not charge extra for boba, so it is $5.25 total. The boba is unique because it is a mixture of mini and regular pearls, and the texture is just right. It's now one of my fav boba shops!! So good!! Only down side is they only serve brown sugar drinks so not as much variety, but they are VERY good at what they do! I will most definitely be coming back :) read more

It looks very sweet but once you try it, it's not thattt sweet and I personally don't like sweet drinks. It comes with 2 different types of boba ( no extra charge for a total of $5.25). I've tried it once and it tasted good however, the sweetness was a little too sweet for me and you aren't allowed to adjust anything in their signature drink. The employee was helpful and she was patient with me and was genuinely polite. The cup was what most other boba shops use for their small cup and there was too much ice. The coffee latte (#4) is their best drink here. We have tried their new mango drink and that was just alright. It's filled with mango jelly when we would have preferred real mango. More recently, we tried black tea latte and that one really was not good. The tea flavor was really weak and it tasted like we were just drinking milk. The cherry on the cake was when we asked for less ice, we were told we can only pick between ice or no ice. So we picked no ice. Then we saw a $0.25 charge for no ice. That was the final straw. If you're going to be that cheap with your drink (let's get real...tea and coffee is not that expensive and the profit margins are huge), then just don't fill the cup all the way to the top. I have never been charged extra for no ice. You also cannot customize your sweetness level for the drinks except for the teas. I do not recommend Tiger Sugar. There are plenty of tea places that taste better, allow more customization, and are more flexible. read more

Otherwise the drinks are well made, the service is quick and the staff are friendly. If you like brown sugar boba drinks then this place is for you.
