Super disgusted with being blown off. Update: After speaking to the owners son they had me rescheduled ASAP. Let's hope the work is as good as the owners. No one except Will was willing to come by and offer advice. Will thoroughly showed me where the system needed updating and repairs for the 1.25 acres it was supposed to water. Later that year, Will personally installed updated Rain Bird stations (suggested I buy at Amazon to save money) while his crew completed the necessary repairs. I wanted his company to do the project because of Will. Will is a person of integrity, honesty, and someone who you can trust to stand by his work. Since then, Will's staff has completed additions to other areas for watering, essentially relieving us from manual watering. Last year, I asked Will to add a few large rocks to the front yard. Will instead offered an idea of how to completely reimagine the front yard areas. After a few meetings with Will and Sandy, we came up with a blueprint which included a waterfall, moving 3 existing Japanese maples, creating a long walking path with steps, low intensity lighting. And most importantly, dotting the areas with varying species of pine trees and plants. Sandy was very informative in helping us select plants to complement our new landscape areas while blending themes for areas we wanted to keep from earlier landscaping projects. Will and Sandy also created plateaus, mounds and other uneven areas to create a more natural look. The project was completed as proposed. No cost overruns, no unanticipated additions, no delays. Will's staff diligently transformed our front yard to our shared vision. We have been asked by neighbors and strangers to share who completed the project. Many, many compliments have been given for the project. We of course, can't recommend Will and his entire team highly enough. Will and his team are extremely professional, skilled and capable of offering a unique and "creative" vision for your landscape needs.

I love the rebuilt retention wall - it looks awesome! And they placed the lights back in perfectly. I love working the yard in that area again. We had mole for the last 2 years and I am not a person that can poison them because I worry about another animal eating the poisoned mole. Anyway, they were patient with me in my emails to them stressing this over and over again. After 2 years of moles being in our yard, there were a lot of unevenness in the lawn and we did not feel comfortable with the grand kids playing out there. They came out and helped with the moles, compressed the yard and put a layer of top soil then reseeded where needed. Overall - they were awesome.

Overcharged for change orders that we were quoted previously much less. This led to thousands of dollars of increases that we did NOT agree to, nor did they make us aware of these price changes. Tod, the owner was incredibly rude towards the end. Seth the project manager was incredibly disrespectful and rude throughout the project, not fixing mistakes, not respecting our requests, etc. He lost all his workers during our project, and ended up with workers that were NOT experienced towards the end to put in our fence, you can already tell how that turned out.

I had Levy's install a retaining wall to extend the area in front of my garage and to change the…read moreslope of the driveway to direct rainwater away from my house, 3.5 years ago (Jan 2020). The sloping wall seen in these picture is the result of the contractor not compacting the backfill before installing the steps. I incorrectly assumed that a company involved with this type of work would have known to do this step. I guess they saved $100 on a compactor equipment rental on a $15k job. The fact that they didn't appear to own any of the equipment they used should have been a sign that they don't normally do this type of work. Anyway if you want the job done right, probably best to go with a competitor, oftentimes low bid is not the best value.
