I'm surprised this distillery has been around for so long! My neighbors and I went to check it out on a random weekday evening because we live relatively close by, and we had a blast. The bartender Naomi seemed a little overwhelmed by several groups of people arriving at the same time, but she made ALL the drinks eventually and checked in on everyone with a smile and bad-A attitude. I had both a Streetcar Named Pablo & Dirty Gin Martini which were fantastic. Would love to come back and try more things on the cocktail menu, especially with all the spirits made in-house! read more

Dan and Paul Tighe have created something truly special. The story of this local establishment and their processes makes Tighe Brother's liquors all the more delicious. Dan is incredibly kind. He gave our in-depth private tour and mixed us up some of their amazing signature cocktails. We're excited to work this spot into our regular rotation! One of the best distilleries in all of Colorado! The whiskies and vodka are phenomenal! I am not typically one for gin, but the Tighe Brothers Gin is divine and makes me actually want to drink gin (something I never thought was possible)! Their Manhattan is the best I've had in Denver and the family feel of the distillery makes you forget you're in a bar. All three are very conscientious of the atmosphere that they have. I know I'm a regular but they treat everyone the same. We went to Tighe for a tour. The tour is $20, and you definitely get your moneys worth! We got to try one of their cocktails and then got to sample all of the spirits they make. I was really impressed with the vodka and gin. Dan was a treat, very personable, easy-going and answered all of our questions. I would encourage you to try the chocolate martini. The atmosphere is nice and cozy. The spirits are smooth and the tastes are wonderful. The single malts whiskey is full flavored. The Peacock Vodka has a butterscotch taste and is not harsh. The Gin is perfect. The music is great background sound without being disruptive. read more

We came here for a bachelor party whiskey tasting event. Dan started by making us all drinks. My Old Fashion was AMAZING! Then he gave us an educational tour of his distillery on how the whole process works of making whiskey and all the other alcohols. After, we ordered more drinks from the menu, I had a gin and tonic, which was also great. Dan was an awesome. As a business owner myself, it means a lot to me when the owner of a business himself is "in the trenches" and serving his customers, as opposed to business owners who aren't involved at all, in which typically leads to a decrease in quality. All in all, I highly recommend this place. It's perfect for a very relaxing and enjoyable Friday or Saturday night, if you want to experience great drinks and atmosphere with your friends. read more

Came here over the weekend with a group of 10 guys for a private whiskey tasting/tour. They were very easy to contact and planned around our schedule. Once we were at the distillery, Dan made us some amazing cocktails and gave us a tour of the place. He was a really cool guy and answered all the questions we had. The atmosphere is perfect. I'm always looking for cool, out of the way places. This certainly fit the bill. I have to confess to being a whiskey fan and these guys cook up some of the best whiskey and rye in town.
