Big fan of the unique cocktails and vibe here. Highly recommend the Banana Daiquiri and the MAKES SENSE TO ME (Curry Gin, Vin Jaune, Green Apple, Almond, Verjus). I've been told I need to try the hot dogs too so that's next on my to do list.

So I had just finished eating at the French restaurant that's attached here. I wasn't ready to go home quite yet so I wandered in here. The bartender was nice and I got my drink fast. Great prices as well. The employees checked on me constantly ensuring that I was taken care of and pleasant as well. It's very small and everyone had to jockey for seats but it was still pleasant as the customers were nice as well and shared chairs and tables.

The Grand Wazoo

My friend had just recently discovered this place and thought I'd like it and she was not wrong. They have seasonal drink specials I've never heard of combining - like champagne and chocolate with cheddar or mezcal and rose. I went with The Grand Wazoo cocktail with cider, guava, chamomile, and saffron. I'm not sure I loved the combination, but very open to coming back to trying the other drinks! The waitress was also nice to let me add a caviar bump for $5 which is such a steal. There's also a small hot dog menu, but since we were coming from dinner, did not partake in that. All in all, I would probably describe this as an "elevated dive bar" and would definitely recommend.

I came for the pop up Oyster bar on a Wednesday night but stayed for multiple cocktails and then of course was hungry again so, I ordered the Hollywood Frank. The gourmet hot dog concept is cool but, feels a bit off with the vibe of the bar. The Hollywood Frank was interesting not sure my brain could process that it was hot dog but tasted like an Italian beef sandwich. The beverage I had on repeat was the Nothing In Between, give me any drink with Yuzu and I will be happy. I was fascinated by the fact the drink was completely clear. It was light and refreshing - perfect for summer. I can't wait to go back and try a few other cocktails and maybe even another dog.

Cocktails and hot dogs, what more could you want?! This is such a fun little hidden gem. It's a of a random location but definitely worth the visit. I really enjoyed the fun hot dog options and the caviar dog was unique! I got a whiskey sour and it was so delicious. Stop in for a laidback drink and dog!

What a vibe!! I loved this bar so much. I came here with two of my friends and we had a great time. The drinks here utilize natural wine, which I love, but the cocktails are also incredibly unique. I got an old bay martini, which was good! I'm from Baltimore so it was like a little taste of home haha. I also ordered some of their wines, which I really loved. The bartenders helping us were attentive, friendly and fun! The music in here was great, and we happened to be there at midnight when it became my birthday and the bar made it really special! It happened to be TWO other peoples birthdays as well, but they brought us a little candle sitting in ice to blow out, and a shot of tequila. I will definitely return next time I'm in Denver!

First, the drinks and music are on point! The cocktails were simply incredible and so unique. I will definitely return for that alone. The seating is comfy and the staff friendly. Unfortunately, it was so busy it was hard to get another round's order in. We also only found a seat by the speaker, which was crazy loud. This would be a perfect millennial (or throwback) cocktail bar if the music was just slightly softer and more staff was available.

My new (to me) fav bar in Denver! Some of the best and most creative drinks I've had. Quick service even when they're busy. Relaxed atmosphere perfect for a night out with friends or date. Don't skip the hot dogs!

Look at the perfection of that ice cube!

It's redundant to give it a five star rating because it gets best cocktail lounge in Denver annually. But since I don't live in Denver, it's worth my time to give it a review. And it's worth your time to check it out A pre-airport stop for a couple of cocktails and a caviar dog or the perfect Denver sendoff. All of our cocktails were absolutely delicious and I've never seen a block of ice quite so pure. The caviar dog is no joke. It may sound silly, but this isn't your average hot dog in any way shape or form. The hotdog itself is not an Oscar Meyer ballpark Frank. This is a legitimate butcher shop wiener. The crème fraîche and caviar is not just randomly plucked on there. It's artistically arranged so that every bite is the perfect combination. The simple side of a bag of potato chips is so appropriate. Even better when you shove some of the potato chips into the hotdog bun. (You can thank me later.) The chill vibe of the atmosphere and the courteous, but not overly exuberant service was on brand.

Fun spot! I wanted to come here as I had seen they were nominated for a James Beard Award and we enjoyed it. A charming somewhat small and laid back atmosphere and certainly unique drink options to boot. The cocktail that featured wine with it wasn't quite for me, but I really enjoyed one of their signature cocktails.

Bedlam was recommended to us for late night drinks by staff working in one of the restaurants at our hotel. During our short stay in Denver, we went to Bedlam twice. The first time was around 11:30 on a Thursday night. We had a few cocktails along with a cheese and charcuterie plate. The second time was around 12:30 on a Saturday night when we came in for a night cap. The first time we came in, it wasn't too busy, and we were encouraged to sit wherever we wanted. The bar was full so we chose a small table. Our server gave us menus, though specials were written on a chalkboard above the bar. We each tired a couple of cocktails and had a shot called the Master Shot. We also chose the make-your-own charcuterie board. Our favorite drink was the Woo Girl, which allowed us to choose our spirit of choice. I chose gin and my friend chose tequila. When we returned a couple of nights later, we knew already we were going to order the Woo Girl cocktail. It was packed on a Saturday night, but there was a small table in back where they seated us. This bar is more for spending time with the friends you come with, rather than mingling, as staff seats you at a table. It doesn't seem like they offer standing room or just squeezing in, though maybe we just didn't experience that. That said, all in all, I really enjoyed Bedlam and recommend it to anyone going to Denver.

Great cocktail bar with a few unique menu items…read more Came in on a trivia night and staff was nice albeit a bit slow. My friends and I tried a number of the signature cocktails and had a few hot toddys that were super good. I'm personally a big gin and soda fan and loved ther housemade tonic that was in their classic G&T. Did not try any of the food but the dawgs were definitely would be tempting if I was hungry. Loved the decor and the plants all up in the space. The space is a bit more dimly lit and I think of a reasonable volume for a date. Would love to come back and spend some more time here.

Best find of the year and definitely one of my favorite bars ever going forward. It's in a…read morebasement. Decor is simple yet welcoming and tasteful. The perfect escape from summer heat. Cash only. $5 for all drinks. Don't expect any fancy cocktails. They can still make a juice, soda, liquor concoction with a lime, and voila! You have a cocktail. The crowds are super diverse in age and ethnicity, a rarity I desperately often miss in CO. The music is awesome.. 90's grunge, rnb, hiphop. We bought a stack of playing cards. Also $5 and entertained ourselves for hours. I visited other bars afterwards and had to come back to old faithful for our nightcap. If you're looking for a casual and fun place to hang without breaking the bank, this speakeasy is it!

-All drinks $5 - Cash Only-…read more Fun speakeasy near Union Station. Lincolns absolutely delivers on the speakeasy vibe - from trying to find the door, to figuring out how to actually get inside (LOL), to settling in with drinks once you're finally through. It makes the whole experience feel interactive and memorable. **Tip: it actually isn't too hard to find. I won't completely spoil it for people who want the fun of the hunt, but I'll leave a few hints at the bottom. The drink special that night - their version of an Old Fashioned - was excellent and absolutely worth ordering. The other cocktails are liquor + mixer with the soda or bar gun. We tried a local gin (can't remember the name) & soda and a Four Roses Bourbon & Pepsi. There was a odd flavor that came with that round and tasted watered down. Stick with the special. So good! I'd go back all day for the special alone. The staff was a little bit of an outlier compared to the rest of the experience. Everyone was nice, but they didn't seem especially engaged, and the attire didn't really match the speakeasy atmosphere. That said, the space itself is large and immersive enough that once we had our drinks, we just leaned into the whole experience and had a great time. HINTS: 1. Go to the address listed... duh. 2. Something is COOKING through the glass. 3. Find the stairs down. 4. If you hear music and see some impressive doors, figure out how to LIFT the handle to get inside.
