We have used Racks several times so I messaged Ryan (the owner) at 10 pm Sunday and really just asking advice and he offered to meet me at the shop on Monday morning, his day off. We went thru the options, buy a whole new one and borrow one of his and buy what we really wanted when we got back. He wanted to look at it a little closer, ended up being able to fix it and it worked great! No new Thule necessary!
