I am an older parent and sometimes things happen. Therefore, my son missed an appointment but never without me calling them. I was told today that my son was no longer welcome there because I cancelled an appointment the day of! I just think it's deeper than that! I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're Caucasian or Hispanic! if you're African-American please find somewhere else that we're welcome you. read more

They don't show respect for the patients' time. Even if you arrive on time or earlier, get ready to wait there for a very long time to be seen by the dentist. And if you say you can no longer stay due to another appointment or any other important reason, the dentist informs that they have the right to dismiss you for this. Unbelievable! I never heard anything so rude by a Healthcare provider. Well, I am not planning to be back there anyway and already found another professional who treats us with the respect we deserve. Simply horrible. Greed prevails! This office refused to see my daughter with dental abscess because of outstanding bill. The bill was imposed by them as well, we never wanted laughing gas! My child was a patient there, left school crying with tooth ache and they refused to see her! Completely illegal and should be sued! We were recommended Tiki Dental form our dentist for our children. Like everyone else with kids I'm always concerned going to a new place. My first impression was a nice kid friendly dental office. The staff was very helpful and accommodating as our kids range from 10-1 years of age. Cleaning went well, and the techs knew exactly how to handle a full energy little boy. Then we met the dentist Jennifer. She completed one of the most thorough dental exams and took the time to explain everything. She really know her craft and stays up on treatment techniques. We love the Dr. Jenifer and the staff at Tiki Dental! It is truly a family atmosphere and everyone is truly caring! I can honestly say I trust my children in their care are know they want what is best for them. The hygienists are extremely gentle and speak to them on their level! They do everything to make sure the kids are happy and not scared! Dr. Jennifer is amazing with them as well, usually dentist appointments have a stigma of being scary, that is why we will always use Tiki! My kids are actually excited to go and trust everyone there. Today both of my kiddos needed work, the youngest more so than my oldest. My youngest is 4 he has a mild heart condition and has small behavior issues. I went back with both while they had their work. Dr. Jennifer is beyond amazing. She explains EVERYTHING, each instrument has a fun/cute name so the kids can relate, she is accurate, soft and beyond knowledgeable. Dr. Jennifer is amazing, professional, kind, make kids feel safe and special. I had an emergency with my 5 years old daughter (she fell with the bike and lost one tooth on the spot and another one was loose) we called, dr. wasn't there because was Friday and she called back to talk to me and after she heard the story she called us at the office and she came from home to see her. We are very pleased with the orthodontist as well. We are very active patients because my oldest son had a lot of issues and Dr. Jennifer helped us with everything. read more

Awful office and disorganized I had appointment at 3:30pm and they sat down my son after 45 minuted on dental chair and until 5:00 pm nobody show up to just consult about him and when I told them I am leaving a lady in front desk said ok. I never go to this disorganized office. read more

Absolute worst pediatric dentist. I took my very nervous son in to see her because both front teeth were loose. She x-rayed and recommended pulling both. She "numbed" the area. One tooth came out easier than the other. The next tooth wasn't properly numbed and she pulled and yanked on my son's tooth while he laid there screaming. All she kept saying over and over, "You're fine, stop crying!" I grabbed my kid and never returned. Thank God he sees a great dentist now. read more

Dr. Adelson is gentle and compassionate. She does not talk down to her patients, and she is upfront and honest with her procedures as she performs them. She also took the time to explain the treatment plan and worked with us to prioritize her treatment. My 7 year old little girl just had the first of her four visits to treat her cavities and place her first of two crowns.... and she is happy. read more

My daughter was waiting her next appointment in 6 mounts.One day before I received a phone call from the office and confirmed my appointment.We showed up on time,but here started a something bad.They ask me and my 5 years old daughter to wait little bit after that they asked us to wait a little more,and finally we were waiting a 2 hours.A/C was works very strong,my daughter was freezing.Finaly we was served,but that lady did everything upset down,also she several times went somewhere for 10,15 minutes.The employee was dressed very good,they didn't feel a cold After this torture we were asked whether we are satisfied with the service.I replied that I was very pleased and explained why. I told them the truth. A month later I received a letter from the office in which they asked us not to come anymore Thus, they showed complete disregard for the little patients. read more
