Shaved ice. I was skeptical at first thinking why am I going to pay money for ice with some juice on it. And then one day my fiance finally convinced me to take her and get her a Tiki Snow. Then it all changed from there. She had no idea what she wanted because the menu is HUGE! So she showed the employee a picture that someone had posted and he knew exactly what it was. A Tropical Rainbow, with cream. We payed for it, which everything is reasonably priced. And received it shortly after. For my self I was stuck on not getting one cause I think it's a waste to pay money for ice and juice. But after we left she asked me to try so I did and I don't know if it was the cream, juice, or excellent service. Oh My Goodness it was amazing! The next day, I kid you not. I was back there with my own large Tropical Rainbow with cream! I can say that I am a Tiki Snow junkie now! Just went for our 1st time!!! Can't believe we waited this long!!! Drive thru is a plus!!! Especially with the 110* weather!!! Employee was patient answering our questions. Very polite!!! We had grape and blue raspberry, both had the perfect amount of syrup!!! Downside is that the actual ice tastes like unfiltered tap water. Ordered small shaved ice for the kids. It was huge!!! They put a smile on their face with the "firework" pick as they called it But they could have shared one. For a quite big! Didn't expect that. Kind of wish they had a 'mini' size for kids. I also had the 'tropical tea.' Didn't realize it was black tea. Got it in the 'passion fruit' flavor. It was a bit sweet. More on the bland side. And the tea flavor overpowered the passion fruit. I don't know what they put in their stuff but it's like they found a way to put crack on ice. Portions here are HUGE, a small is enough for me. In fact, a small is probably enough to share with somebody else...but you might as well get two flavors so you can try out TWO flavors, that's twice the flags (more flags more fun right?!). This is the best snow cone place in the Central Valley hands down!! The ice is not like at regular snow cone places it is so soft like a cloud and melts in your mouth! Also the small size is more than enough for most adults because they give generous portions:) I would highly recommend anyone to make the drive to Visalia, I make the 25 minute drive from Kingsburg just to get a taste of this heavenly treat. read more

When the temperature got high again I was excited to try this place since so many people hd such great things to say about it. Sadly I was so disappointed I will never return. I drove up to the drive through and asked about sizes. The girl seemed annoyed and pointed to the bowls, I asked if I there was a cup option so I could drive with it, she said no, but she could charge me for a large one and just put less in it. I figured why not, so she handed it over with a spoon, I asked for a straw, again, they didn't have any of those either. What i got in food was about average, the service was horrible, and I don't understand a drive through that doesn't have cups and straws?? oh well, I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

One kona dog fills me up and it's good and I flew all the way to Hawaii waited in line for 45 minutes and in 10 minutes I just had a shaved ice that was every bit as good as the one in Hawaii. I asked this blonde lady what a tigers blood was and she said it was their #1 seller .. When i asked what flavors were in the snow cone she had no idea. She was so rude and sarcastic.. She rolled her eyes at me and acted like she was the shit. I wanted to reach inside the little hut and choke her out. I was skeptical going after reading the "lack of customer service" reviews on here but my experience was fabulous ! I even messed up my own order and forgot to order my daughters sugar free the girl was very nice about it and just explained I really really need to specify but she would remake it for me this time... Not even an ounce of attitude ! I put the price of that new cone in their tip jar cause I was so grateful... My 2 year old enjoyed every bit of her bubble gym snow cone, they are HUGE so I recommend bringing a sippy cup for small kiddos to pour some of it while she enjoyed the experience of eating with a spoon like mommy she didn't make a huge mess and there was some ready to drink in her cup by the time we left...
