The tables and seating struck me as soon as I walked in on top of the displays and how clean it was, I knew I found a great bakery! I ordered some rainbow cookies, a couple of eclairs and cream puffs. The rainbow cookies are without a doubt some of the best I've had in a long time. The cream puffs I was expecting custard filling but what I chose were the cream puffs filled with chocolate pudding instead, I didn't know there were choices but these did not disappoint, I love chocolate pudding and the flavor/texture was perfect, not too sweet. I called the bakery when I got home and they actually offer 3 types of cream puffs. Chocolate pudding, custard and cannoli filling. The pudding has the chocolate stripe on top, the custard is the plain dough sprinkled with powdered sugar and the cannoli cream puff has a little cannoli cream coming out of it with shavings on top. The eclairs were delicious but they only make the mini size! There are LOTS of pastries, varieties of cookies, cakes, cheescakes and breads. It's too bad I do not like coffee because there is an expresso bar for you to have with your favorite dessert! I will definitely be back, so much more to try here! My husband and I are POC and we felt very slighted. I'm not sure I want to visit a place that is so racially biased.
