That's why we again reached out to David at Beyond Carpet and Tile for an annual cleaning. David did another great job. Lugging his equipment around and slaving over stubborn stains on our couch cushions is not an easy task, but he does it professionally and with a smile. It cost us $300 for him to tackle 2 bedrooms, a thick area rug and large couch with over-sized cushions. Just be sure to leave time for the materials to gradually dry. We've got overhead fans in each room so that helped with the process. I called back and they were not able to find my information then started me on the Ferris wheel of asking me questions again. Owner sounds like they are in the restaurant or clothing business ( anything but construction- not in roofing ) and they are taking info down for the 1st time on a CRM system. Would not recommend. In looking at the reviews before it sounds like this happens with the owner I would not trust business to work on my house let alone pay money for.
