Today, monday, was meatloaf monday but you could have anything from the grill. I love meatloaf but never make it at home so I indulged. Meatloaf with mashed potatoes/gravy and mac n cheese (sooo not a very healthy meal). I was even excited with the way it was packaged. It was thoughtfully done with a piece of paper between the roll and main meal with a fork on top (to keep the roll from getting soaked with moisture or gravy or whatever. The meatloaf was good, moist and flavorful. The mashed potatoes are... ready for this? Boxed! And the mac n cheese tasted like cardboard. Is that even possible? It was not edible and I'm not a fan of boxed taters ever especially with the rave reviews. Yall need to come to my house for some good ol mashed taters! And my kids make better mac n cheese. Just not worth going unless you just don't want to cook.
