It's pricey but the clothing is hard to find that you really can't find at other stores. My only con about the store that dissapointed me was that I went to their website and they didn't have an online store. It's a bit of a drive to Geneva so an online store would of been convenient. I can't say that I've had a similar experience at any other retail location. Susan and her colleagues did an incredible job. She spent over an hour helping me find a blazer and dress pants that fit my frame well. I've struggled to find clothing - suits in particular - that fit well. I left with a blazer that fit properly, and had an order for dress pants placed, which I received 3 days later.
