Tillys is a pretty good clothing shop. They stock gear for everyone not just the younger generation. Prices are fair on a lot of stuff like t-shirts but pants and jackets can get a little pricey. I don't think I've ever been to a Tilly's where I wasn't greeted by multiple people. Today, at this location, I wasn't even greeted by one person. No eye contact. Nada. The girl at the front by the door had a "I hate my job" look on her face as she continuously folded her clothes. Other people in the store were rushing to and from the back. It took away from the experience. At first, I thought it was just me. As I was walking out with a couple of other people walking in, the same thing happened. Terrible. I used to like the clothing here but things just got way too pricey. I'll find an occasional clearance item here and there. Otherwise, service sucks which took away from the ambiance. I went in to return a dress I bought 2 weeks ago with the receipt and tags still attached and was told they'd "let it slide" although they have a 30 day return policy. I was then looking for sandals and asked the manager Erica if they had any other sizes and was told "probably not" as she continued to walk away from me. Worst customer service I've ever experienced! I'm visiting from California and there was one guy working the men's side asked if I needed help super polite. But the 2 girls working the registers total snobs and attitude. One of them especially was a blonde bigger girl wearing beanie and camo jacket. I was standing by the counter still maintaining social distancing only one girl being checked and she shoes at me and says umm you can go wait over there and I'm like huh being that I've never been to this store before and she turns around with a total attitude and points and says you need to go wait over there where it says the line starts I'm like oh ok my bad. Then the girl who rang me up with pink hair was throwing my items around ringing them up horrible customer service even dropped one of shirts on the ground near my feet so I pick it up and doesn't even apologize. I had to go grab another shirt because it was a deal and I had to walk past the girl in camo jacket again and she snubbed me absolutely insane how horrible she acted! This tillys is a good size packed with clothes the only thing about it is they did not have there stuff together on Black Friday employees going crazy you would ask a question and they would not know how to answer it there add also said, RSQ Jeans, bye one get one free. But it turns out it was not all of the RSQ jeans only 5 or 6 jeans on a little table were the ones on sale so we Waite 2 hours in line to find out, our jeans weren't bye one get one free! Grr it was 2 am i am not surprised there employees were being slow being young teens but they should work out a better system for next year yup! read more

Worse experience ever!!! I'm shopping with my teen daughter from out of state & the staff won't let me go into the dressing room with her. I'm told it's a company policy and they won't make an exception. We left...lost revenue for Tillys. For some reason, no idea why, but for some reason I have never ever bought clothes at Tilly's. Never. The only things that I buy here is flip-flops (cheap squishy one's that I liked) and underwear. That is it! I really like their underwear and they seem to be the only place that I can find, or know if that carry the type of flip flop I like. That is it, for the most part their clothes are expensive and just OK. I always like the help I receive though, especially at this location. I like the location at Galleria Mall in Vegas as well, so good job on customer service ladies and gents! read more

The people who work here are super rude and are too paranoid about thieves, I can't shop peacefully without feeling stalked and watched constantly. Put security tags on your merchandise If you're that worried about people stealing. read more

I loved this tillys just off their customer service alone. Bryant and Sabrina were so nice and talked to us for like 20 minutes while the store was slow. They had a big variety of clothes and all the sizes I needed. Which is surprising because the XS and S are always out of stock in retail stores. read more

I wish I cold give this location 0 stars. First, took my family out after a very stressful day, trying to cheer them up with some shopping. You know, some surprises. Staff was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. We couldn't find anyone for 15 minutes to help with the dressing rooms. I don't recommend shopping here. Bad vibes read more
