The worst part of this matter is that when I went to return this faulty product the store manager would not allow me to return. In this day and age, that is horrific customer service policy. What happened to the customer is always right. Unfortunately, I will never shop at this store again, and I don't recommend anyone else to. They sent it off again and I am afraid to let them have a third go at it. It must be said, however, they do not clean the leather themselves. They send it out to a third-party. The reason I am reviewing this company for a third-party cleaning is because they contract that third-party. If you don't clean something yourself whoever you send it to had better be the best in the business. The company they use to clean leather is absolutely not the best in the business. So here's the skinny: The good: Super friendly staff. They are open late. They have a wide variety of tuxedo rentals and formalwear rentals. The bad: They do not clean everything themselves and their contractor is not the best. The skinny: While I have not used them for dry cleaning or anything other than the leather service, I would actually go back to them if I had something that needed dry cleaning.
