I am not sure what happened, but after their expansion at the Civic Center Street expansion, things changed. You became a number and most of the previous front desk people were gone. On one of my appointments one of their employees, told me that that I had a problem with one of my front hydraulics or breaks? I just had my car serviced at the dealership and I told him, that I wanted to bring it back first, before any more work was done. The dealership confirmed that there was nothing wrong and I drove the car as normal without any issues. We all make mistakes, so I wasn't to concerned about it. I needed to have my winter tires put on, which are already on rims. In the past it was done without wait or hesitation. Now I am being told that I had to wait a week. Today my front tire went flat and I stopped by to have it fixed. I was told they can't fix it until next week? I don't know what happened since the expansion, maybe they got to busy and too big.
