I took my kids here for the first time on a Sunday afternoon. I paid for play cards online before arriving. It said to show the voucher ID when I arrived to get the cards. The staff seemed confused but eventually figured it out and I got my cards. This place has a lot of arcade games, VR games, and driving games. It also has so many claw machines. The amount of points they charge for some of the games is kinda up there. When I arrived, I saw that you could get a timed card instead of a points-based card. I would probably do that next time. I didn't know it was an offer until I arrived. It's not mentioned online. We stayed downstairs so didn't get to see what all they had on the upper level. Quite a few of the games were out of commission. I say go here if you have tried all of the other AZ activities and want to try something else while escaping the heat. I feel like tilt is easily forgotten as an option.

Friendly staff. Great place for the family (and adults- good pinball and drinks). And actual prizes for game tickets (if you take the time and choose to save up)

This place is amazing! Here's why: 1. Delicious chicken pizza, quick and inexpensive. 2. Super creative drinks, case in point, chocolate shake + peanut butter whiskey = Reese's peanut butter. Yummy, so good! (I had two, love Lyft as well) 3. Plenty of flat screens, mounted well and everywhere 4. Gr8 team: Anyssa, Xavier, Andres just to name a few Get on over here, you won't regret the visit!

I really enjoyed the variety of games at Tilt! Retro games, a whole pinball area, lots of claw machines, and plenty of other fun and unique games. I was impressed at all of the options compared to places like Dave and Busters.

I'VE NEVER BEEN SOMEWHERE THAT HAS DENIED A SMALL CHILD ACCESS TO A BATHROOM!!! We just arrived at Tilt Studios and my 7 year old wanted to use the bathroom before we started playing games. There's a sign saying you need to ask a team member to unlock the door. We asked Estanban, who said we need to buy a card first before he can use the bathroom. Shawn, the manager, also wouldn't let a CHILD go to the bathroom. I'VE NEVER BEEN SOMEWHERE THAT HAS DENIED A SMALL CHILD ACCESS TO A BATHROOM!!! We won't be returning.

We had a good time here. There was a machine malfunction or two but staff responded quickly and took care of it. I would come back

We were looking for a barcade to play some pinball and have a couple drinks. This was a cool spot, but it was within a mall. They had a good selection of pinball machines and arcade games. They had a connect four game, but with basketball! Such a cool idea! Their food menu wasn't too bad either. Great place for a date or to take the kids to!

After 3pm. So it was a roller coaster of ups and downs. First the machine was acting bad but we end up getting a deal. We notice they have a policy in an arcade that kids must be with parents. Ok fine. Well my sister sent my niece to me and we can see each other but as soon as she started walking they was over the speaker saying "keep your kids with you" woah!!! Then security talked to my sister my niece is 10. The staff had two altercations with two sets of guest. Then manager told the other staff her attitude was unnecessary and stop rolling her eyes, that then began to cry. I felt bad. She had to leave to go get herself together. The exchange policy for an age appropriate toy can NOT happen. My sister got a teddy bear toy thinking it was ok for a toddler but it was slime. Tried to exchange the unions toy they said no. I don't feel like tilt studio is for kids. Although we had fun

Because of this there is no shooting in the back only front torso and gun can be targeted. The attendants were very attentive and helpful. They even cheered us on. Say hi to David when you go. Only improvement I would suggest is more merchandise like different t - shirts, hoodies, cups and water jugs. We made a reservation for a large group of 24 people and spent over $1,300 for 2 hours of play. When we first arrived, we were the only group there until a family of 3 walked in later. There were about 8 tables available, yet staff told our large group we could only use 2 tables while the building was practically empty. The biggest issue started when staff accused our group of taking another family's paintballs. Without properly checking, an employee reached directly into OUR paid paintball supply and took two full bags to give to the other group. That was completely unacceptable. Later, while our entire team was actively in a session playing, staff accused us AGAIN of taking paintballs, even though nobody from our group was even in the staging area. We paid a large amount to be there -- we were certainly not stealing anyone's paintballs. The staff also repeatedly yelled at our kids over things that were never properly explained during the safety briefing. We were told to make sure the guns had air after each round, but then the boys were yelled at for airing them without paintballs loaded. If there are specific rules, they need to be clearly communicated instead of staff immediately getting aggressive with children. One staff member in particular seemed focused only on our group, constantly yelling at our players for accidental ground shots while ignoring the exact same behavior from the other group. At one point, the employee even started arguing back and forth with one of our parents, which was extremely unprofessional. The actual paintball games were fun, and the kids enjoyed themselves, but the customer service was terrible. Staff were rude, accusatory, and unprofessional throughout the experience. Because of the way our group was treated, I would never return to this location or recommend it to others.

We ordered burgers and chicken sandwich with the $35 game card which then cost us $39 for the meal and the pay card. The human crane was $20 extra to do and it had blow up pool like toys in it. My goddaughter wanted the experience but not the toys she would have rather there be stuffing like Squishmellows, State Fair game type prizes for variety. I agree with the 11yo! BFF and I took our kids here today for their birthdays boys are 25 and girlie is 11 and its a perfect place for mixed age groups. We went Sunday at 4pm and by 6 almost all the tables were full. We made reservations which I always recommend! The food was average nothing that stands out. It was good, we weren't expecting anything above what it was. The deserts were delish i have a horrible sweet tooth as does my bff and we enjoyed our cake and brownie deserts. They are generous portions so we split it between 4 of us and baby girl had a strawberry milkshake. All was enjoyed. The lost star was for the drinks. For the cost we expected to taste and later feel some effects of having alcohol especially after 3 drinks ea. Nope. So we know for next time drinks elsewhere as there's plenty of options around the area. While we where there we had 2 servers, shift change, they were very attentive nice and got everything right.

The go-karts were definitely the highlight, and the food was surprisingly good for an entertainment venue. My only real complaint was the temperature in the go-kart area. It was noticeably hotter there compared to the rest of the venue, which made the experience a little uncomfortable, especially while wearing the required gear and racing. We were told to check back in five minutes before the heat started. On our way to check in, we saw some other people checking in who we had previously observed partaking in some 'recreational activities' in the parking lot - no judgment on that, but I do have a legitimate concern for my safety driving with others under an influence. I approached the staff member in the check in room and explained the situation and asked if we could postpone to the next heat. I was told I'd have to go back to the front desk and ask if they can make the change and that the next heat wouldn't be for another half hour. We didn't have the flexibility in our schedule to stay that long so we decided to participate in the current heat. The staff member told me I could pull over to the side to get assisted off the track if I needed to at any time. I didn't love that I would have to exit the race because of someone else's behavior. Interestingly, during the race, one person crashed into the wall in front of me and the other person crashed into my partner. Aside from all that drama, the track was pretty fun with lots of hard turns. The vehicles had great traction. The turbo button on the vehicle I was using was not marked or colored, so I was not able to use it during the race which was disappointing. I think that all of the entertainment and activity options were exciting and plentiful. If I had endless time and funds, I could definitely keep myself busy here for several hours, maybe even an entire day. I didn't love that a single go kart race was $30 per person and I didn't love that safety wasn't taken more seriously.

We enjoyed the rides, the 4D movie, all the opportunities to build, and especially the mini model of Phoenix. I was also very impressed by how clean and well-spaced everything felt despite it being a very hands-on place. The reason it did not get 5 stars for me was the amount of employees and subsequently the wait times. Not counting those in training, the first ride had 2 employees, the second had 1, and the mosaic room had 1. Each ride also had one person in training, which will be very beneficial for them. Having more employees available overall would have been great. For example, in the Merlin ride which has flying vehicles that can go up and down, there was one employee that seemed experienced and the trainee. There were 6 vehicles that could fit up 2 at a time. We witnessed the ride cycle through twice before our turn and we timed that it took us 30 minutes before we rode. The ride itself was maybe 2-3 minutes in its entirety. It took that long for the employees to load everyone on, check seatbelts, run the ride, and then unlock and release the people that just finished. Here is what I would change: have a designated employee at the entrance that counts off whoever is going on the next ride and prep them while the prior ride is going. That means take the measurements, ask who is riding (adult w/child, etc.), and explain the rules. Once the prior ride finishes, both the employee from the entrance and an employee from the exit enter the ride area to unlock the passengers, one for the outside guests and one for the inside. Then let the new passengers enter and repeat the seatbelt check cycle. Resume positions and start again. If I was to go again the first thing I would correct was to wait on going on the second ride. Get there early and knock the rides out first to save you time. I sincerely hope they find a way to operate faster because this place is super cool and without the long wait time, I would be way more likely to return. It is a great way to spend a day indoors during the AZ summer!

I ordered the brisket nachos from the small plates menu and was shocked by the portion size. They arrived hot and loaded with toppings, including a generous helping of tender, well-seasoned brisket. My daughter's Brussels sprouts were crispy, flavorful, and topped with bacon. My sister loved her cheeseburger and truffle fries, and my grandson couldn't stop saying, "This some good food, Ma!" with every bite of his mac and cheese. I ordered the same brisket nachos and Brussels sprouts, but the portions and seasoning were noticeably different. The Brussels sprouts weren't as crispy or flavorful, and the nachos had very little brisket. When I mentioned it, our waitress graciously brought out more brisket, which I appreciated, but the dish still wasn't the same. Others in our group were disappointed as well. The wings lacked flavor, a burger was overcooked, and my son--who is a chef and was excited to try--didn't particularly enjoy his meal. The contrast between our two visits was surprising. Our first experience was easily 5 stars, while our second left us questioning whether we'd return. That said, because our first visit was so impressive, I'm willing to believe this may have simply been an off night. Social Hall clearly has the potential to deliver an excellent dining experience. I'm hopeful our second visit was the exception rather than the rule, and I would consider giving them another chance in the future.
