The smoke flavor permeated throughout. The sauce (Rick's Sweet Sauce) was just what I needed to balance the flavor. I think I could almost eat this every day and be satisfied. The hash brown casserole was very good, but as compared to the generous portion of ribs, you get maybe a couple of bites of the casserole. I just wish I'd had more.
