Medium iced coffee was so so. What gets me was the waiting for almost 25 minutes, while the one cashier tht was left to take orders kept messing up. Timbits were delicious, they weren't dry, very fresh. But, the service in the airport sucked!! Took forever in line, the workers were so slow at everything they did. For my first experience outside of the Canadian stores, this was terrible. I was taken back by their lack of customer service and non-dairy options. I arrived there around 2pm on 6/30/18... the cashier seems like she didn't want to be there and was very rude. She didn't even have knowledge of how to make their own drinks... I asked for soy or almond milk but, unfortunately they didn't have any of those as options. I ended up ordering a regular hot latte... while I was waiting and saw the barista he was about to make my drink, I asked the barista if he could please make my drink extra hot. He looked at me, rolled his eyes and proceeded to do the next order and one more after that... when I got my drink: the cup was a little over half full, it had very little milk and a decent amount of foam. Still didn't make the cup look full. The drink was not even your average hot temperature. The temperature felt like the drink had been sitting there for hours. Very disappointed with my experience. I don't come to the Buffalo airport often, but next time I do I'll make sure not to provide my business to this location. read more

Horrible experience. Arrived around 640pm i am a flight attendant for a carrier that services BUF and have arrived later than this but was never met with such attitude or sass before. I walked through the line, as i approached the register that 3 employees stood infront of i greeted them with a smile as i was in my FA uniform and stepped up to order, the woman got aggressive and shouted at me "why are you here?? Go over there! Damn man we will never close with these dumb asses continuing to come order" i stepped to the side to the register she pointed at and looked to see if other people were coming into line, i was the only one there so was a bit baffled to be addressed as the dumbasses ordering.. i saw they had a plethora of bagels so asked for a bagel toasted with butter to which the woman responded "yeah no, youre not going to get that" i said "excuse me? What?" She said "yep, the food station is already cleaned up and closed, choose something else or go someplace else entirely" i said "oh wow, i see the bagels and i see yall are making a few sandwiches im sorry, so all thats available are the baked goods in the display?" "Yeah that would be obvious" so i said "can i just have a bagel not toasted and no butter then? Just a plain bagel cut in half please" she grabbed one and another dropped to the floor, another employee said "should give her that one" indiciating the one on the floor. The woman grabbed the bagel without gloves or utensils and wrapped it and put it on the counter. She then said "there you go, what else is there" i said "is there any way to have the bagel sliced in half since it doesnt require toasting or condiments and may i also have a medium coffee with 2 creams" she ignored the first part and another employee slides the coffee onto the counter and when i asked to have the bagel sliced again the original employee shouts "oh my god there is a plastic knife over there cut it in half" she had rung me up not giving me an employee discount and i am fairly sure double charging me for the bagel since the total was far larger than it normally would be. I asked for a receipt and she said it was too late she couldnt print one and i had no problem demanding for a sliced bagel i should have had the same energy for a receipt when i had the chance. I was appalled. Another employee at an outlet next door saw me stirring my coffee whicj was mainly cream and saw the look on my face and literally said "they have been out of control rotten lately.. you should make them give you another coffee" i could not be bothered. Attitudes and customer service absolutely disgusting. Thankfully i am aviation so can bring outside coffee through with me but its not as convenient for days i an unable to stop on my way into the airport. Do better tim hortons. This outlet touches so manh travelers through the buffalo airport and leaves a bad taste, literally, in the mouths of patrons. read more

This is by far the worst customer service I've experienced.. No one knew what was going on. Everything was broken. Workers were walking around without a care in the world. Nobody cared about anyone's order. All you would hear is people constantly talking to one another about what was going on and I could just tell it was about my family and I. Everyone there made us feel like we were the stupid ones yet no one even cared to try to talk to us. Everyone in line was confused. Plenty of selection early. After going to a Tims the day before late in the day and not having much of a Timbits selection, I hit the Timbits lottery here. Busy but efficient and Lewquan (spelling) was pleasant and courteous. I'll be back next year for the annual Timbits run. read more

There's no molasses in the donuts but there's a heavy concentration in the service. I come through the airport frequently and tried this location several times. Regardless if the line is long or short, expect a very long wait. Workers are very inefficient. They often times have 5 people working and only 1 person helping customers. This has to be the slowest tims in the world. read more

Worst customer service of any Tim Hortons. Kid at the register didnt know breakfast meal combos. Ordered a #2 and #4 one with hash brown and one with a donut. Ended up getting two #2's and had to go back to the counter three times to even get that and got charged 17.35 before tax for what should have been 14.50. read more

On February 7 l was flying out of the Buffalo Airport I had the worst experience I've ever had at a Tim Hortons and I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years now. The airport was empty due to the winter weather Buffalo was experiencing. Absolutely terrible service. I had paid for two breakfast sandwiches and ten Timbits. Behind me in line was an Airport employee. The Tim Hortons employee making the sandwiches asked the airport worker who was behind me in line if she wanted to "cut the line" the airport worker sad yes so the Tim Hortons employee made her breakfast sandwich first. She took so long making her sandwich and socializing that I almost missed my flight. After waiting about fifteen minutes I had to leave without my food. I attempted to get the employees attention too ask how much longer it was going to be but she ignored me. I left without the two breakfast sandwiches I paid for all because the employee decided that she was going to let an airport employee "cut the line" and get her food first. I've never experienced such slow service at a Tim Hortons before. read more

Hands down THE WORST service I have ever received at a coffee shop. Upon arriving at the register, we were promptly told to "Hold on" while the cashier disappeared for 5 minutes before finally taking our order. We then proceeded to wait for 25 MINUTES for our 2 coffees, which we did not receive until we prompted the barista about our order, to which the woman said, "I made them". When we replied that this was not true since we did not have our coffee for which we've been waiting for for almost half an hour, she rudely replied "I know what I made! But I'll make them again". We ended up waiting an extra 5 to 10 minutes while she remade our coffees, which turned out to be the worst coffee I've ever had. Overall, TERRIBLE STAFF, TERRIBLE SERVICE, and TERRIBLE PRODUCT. I wish there were negative rating option on Yelp. If yes this place would get one. We were returning from a great vacation in Canada where we enjoyed Tim Horton so much & thought of them as a genuine competition to Starbucks. We were so excited to see a Tim Horton's in USA at the buffalo airport & this morning at 5 AM went to get a coffee & some snacks. Their espresso machines were not working which is ok because sometimes machine fails & im good with that. In this case the humans failed us. I had asked for a cold vanilla latte & when the drink was kept on the table the Asian looking lady said it was a mocha latte. I clarified with the person who took my order & she confirmed it was vanilla latte. When I tasted it it turned out to be Mocha! I went back to them & was appalled at lack of customer service. The lady who made our drink gave me 2 samples of the syrup in a cup & asks me to taste it & smell it to figure out the difference! Wow I am not a master chef or iron chef competition. I know how vanilla tastes n it's supposed to taste sweet. If I went back to Starbucks they always redo my coffee to my specifications. Here there is no specifications but give me what I ordered! I told them I didn't need the coffee & she asked me to throw my coffee myself! Nowadays great coffee is not made through Skills but through Smile & Service. Hope the staff here understands it & the owner of this establishment re looks at who they employed & how they are trained! read more
