The people are nice enough who work there but you can tell ownership does not care about operations or the upkeep of the building. The floor looked like it had not been mopped in weeks. Tables had not been wiped down. They give heavy preference serving the drive-thru line over the inside the building orders. I placed an order for pickup through the app. When I went to pick it up, they did not have any of the items including coffee! The staff said they couldn't refund me as I needed to go through the app. Contacted the app people and they said that as it was a pickup order, the store had to do it. I called the manager and they said that it had to go through the app. Contacted customer service again and they told me the store had to do it as it was a pickup order and sent a message to the management team twice. I don't even know where to start other than to say I don't expect much from a drive through breakfast place; however, I would think handing someone their order in an actual bag might be a good starting point. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and two coffees and I was handed two barely wrapped breakfast sandwiches that had just come "fresh" out of the microwave with no bag. Upon asking for a bag I received one, but c'mon! That's baseline isn't it? This is one of many issues I've had here, but I'll refrain and just go elsewhere from now on. Wah! I love Timmy's, but this one continues to disappoint me time and time again. After looking at their low star rating, it looks like I'm not the only disappointed customer! Good things - -The staff is usually pretty kind and friendly. - Our timbit orders have never been incorrect...they may have been stale, but never incorrect. Needs improvement - (Here is my feedback just from today). - Forgot to give me my toasted bagel with cream cheese. Oh, and only one side of my bagel had cream cheese? This seems to happen a lot which I don't understand. Aren't both sides supposed to be spread? - Hot peppermint mocha latte was not hot and tasted like black coffee. TIP - Avoid ordering this drink altogether! This is my second time ordering it. Both times have been a disappointment as it just tastes like a weak black coffee - there's no peppermint flavor to the drink at all. - Hashbrown was burnt and hard as a rock. - Although I had over four food items - not a single napkin was provided in any of my bags. It seems that napkins are never provided at this locations and I ALWAYS have to ask for them. Why do we have to ask for napkins? The irony in all of this is that my daughter and I have never had a poor experience when we actually have time to order inside or dine in. The coffee is generally better than McDonald's, Wendy's, Arbys, and Taco Bell. But that's not saying much. They recently started offering a new release of Tim Hortons Vanilla Crème Cold Brew with Foam. 1: cold brew should not have foam. 2. this is the absolute worst tim hortons I have ever been to. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches, and two iced coffees. When I got to the window I was only handed one of the two breakfast sandwiches and no iced coffee, I also wasn't given a bag. Keep in mind they were not busy at all as I was the only car in the drive through. How long can it take to make a cup of tea and a medium latte. Well at this location clearly way longer than I've ever experienced. The poor girl serving had no clue what was doing, I wanted hot tea with skim milk, it was served with the frothy milk usually used for coffee so the cup was literally half tea and half frothy hot milk .... ewww. I went back to the counter and it was remade by the other server who said she's new , sorry about that . This restaurant is horrible. Ordered a value meal and after 15 minutes and a reminder received a sandwich. When asked about the coffee they said we never ordered it but would give it for free (it's part of the value meal). No hash brown ever showed up. Terrible customer service! I came inside to order a coffee and was told we don't have any coffee. I asked them if they were closed and if that was why there was no coffee and the employee said "We close at 10" and I looked at my watch and it was 9:25. I said you aren't closed, so why don't you have coffee? He said, "Well we can make some more but you will have to wait and I don't know how long." There were 5 people in the drive-thru, so how was it that at 9:25 there was no coffee and no plans to make any at a coffee shop? And the website does not say that it closes at 10 pm on a Friday night. This was my second time here. The first time I never got waited on as no one came to the counter and after 12 minutes I walked over to the Wendys and they said, "I don't know, I haven't seen them." I finally left. This is a nice, clean restaurant and shares its seating and restrooms with Wendy's. It made a nice place to stop for a family. The food at Tim Hortons was just ok. They were sold out of Mac and cheese and the grilled cheese wasn't a hit with our toddlers. (They're no food critics, but rarely find a cheese sandwich they don't like.) Very dissatisfied with service. Cashier was extremely short and rude. As she was getting the order ready, she was talking with a co-worker about applying for another job. Very immature and unprofessional. To top it off, they got the order incorrect. I ordered a Turkey Swiss Bacon Club. She said they don't have Swiss. I used to frequent this establishment twice a day morning on my to work and at night on my way home from work. My Husband would even joke that I should own stock. I got away from it for a while. Stopped in on Saturday 6/18/16. I have to say that this establishment is absolutely filthy from the front of the service island to behind the serving counter floors sticky tables were smeary. Horrible customer service. It will make money in spite of itself due to its location.
