I have been wanting to try Tim Hortons for years so when the opportunity came up on a road trip, my husband and I couldn't resist stopping. I got a hot chocolate and cinnamon croissant muffin. My husband got a 10 pack of Timbits (chocolate and birthday cake flavored) and a chipotle chicken bacon wrap. The hot chocolate was way too sweet in my opinion, but everything else was really good. The croissant muffin was a delicious and flaky combo. My absolute favorite were the Timbits. These are comparable to Dunkin' munchkins, but better. This may sound crazy but this was my first ever stop to a Tim Horton's and I pass them all the time. I didn't realize it was sort of like Mr Donut or Krispy Crème Donuts but with more selections. Nothing really fancy about it and I couldn't believe the price of a can of coffee $17.99. That's quite a lot!!! I had to try a cup and I was not very impressed so I didn't buy an expensive can to go!!! I got a Everything bagel with cream cheese and they were very liberal with the cheese it was very thick and smeared everywhere!! Tony went with a breakfast sandwich of egg, sausage and cheese on a biscuit and it was very dry. Everything looked fresh in the show case but just wasn't that fresh tasting. There was a lot of workers but no one really working, more just gathered talking about things..maybe work? who knows but it wasn't a great first impression. Will I stop again? Probably not! nothing fancy nothing lousy. just a middle of the road Tim Hortons for Ohio coffee was a nice and fresh. Donuts weren't though apparently that's why it looks like it's nice and fresh cuz they didn't sell any today..one of my timbits was nice and soft and the other was hard and you can tell it's been out for a while starting to dry.. but it is what it is. the coffee's good that's mainly what I wanted anyway so hell with it. dining room was clean for the most part surprisingly not a pigsty which one has been notoriously for that wanted to clean their tables after customers leave. but the fact you can walk right across the street from the pilot here in Chillicothe Ohio is a good deal read more

I had no issues with this place. We stopped and went in for a coffee and a donut. Restrooms and restaurant was clean. The cashier process is a bit tedious as the person ringing you up makes the coffee and grabs your food. It seemed a bit slow and caused a line for the entire, albeit brief, time that we were in there. Coffee was good. Donuts were fine. read more

If you have never been to Tim Horton's, please don't let this one persuade you they're bad. I consider the place a staple for coffee and usually the food I get is decent. This one, though, had about the worst customer service I've had. I waited forever, in line, just to have one of the staff come up...and help the old guy behind me! What?!? I can understand helping regulars, but since when do you ignore someone who has been in line a long time and help the guy behind him? Reading the reviews below, I'm not surprised at my experience. Don't bother - go to the Pilot across the street and pour your own, and look for another Tim Horton's to try down the road. read more

I'm a truck driver, and I was stopped at the truck stop across the street till I delivered. I came here for breakfast, and I'm so glad I did! We don't have these in Texas where I'm from, so I was excited to try something new. I had the Bagel Belt, a pumpkin muffin, and their Coffee Mocha. Everything was so delicious! I've always wanted to hit up one of these places so I tried it on the way home from Indiana. I travel NY so I've seen the lines but I'm a Starbucks guy. I walked into this establishment and right away thought...you can still back out. I stood firm and wanted to see this through. It was 10am so I was between bfast and lunch items and could order either. I went lunch avocado blt, chips and water. Got it to go and rolled out to the car to keep good time. Opened the sandwich and the bread was burned, bacon was half cooked and avocado spread was HEAVY. Got through half and said nope I'm done here. The chips were decent and the only reason for the one star is my son said the custard donut was ok. I was about to hit the new Moes in the Pilot station across the street when I got gas but my son wanted to try something new. Best advice I could give ya is stick to Moes as it looked clean. read more

We have visited here before and it's always been good. Today, the person taking our order avoided my yes/no question that I asked Twice and just rang my order up. I asked if the sauce could be put on the side. She wouldn't answer me. She did put it as sauce on the side, even if she didn't answer me. I asked for yogurt. She said vanilla or strawberry. I said strawberry. False advertising, as it also has blackberries and blueberries in it. The grilled steak wrap, with sauce on the side, was super salty. Make sure you have - order plenty of water to wash it down with. My husband ordered a panini and said his was good. We ordered it to go. The store was fairly clean. I picked up trash at the entrance to the store that someone who was near the trash, didn't make it into the garbage. read more

Went through the drive thru to order a coffee at 1855 pm on 12/30/2020. Was told the location was closed. There were no signs about the change of time the restaurant now closes which is supposed to be 7:00pm. I called the restaurant and asked for the manager who was an extremely rude witch. She has no business working in the public. I drove to the other Tim Hortons in town to get my coffee. They close at 9:00pm. Maybe put the change of closing times on the large sign in front of the store and get a new manager. read more

I find this location much better and friendly than the Bridge St. location. Usually just go through the drive thru for an iced cap or coffee. Never had any problems with customer service. The Bridge St. store often gets my order wrong and the workers seldom say thank you as they're shoving your order to you. Main St. Tim Horton's keep up the great work! read more

Stopped by this place for some bfast before moving on down the highway, the worst customer service ever I think. They hate their jobs and one even said oh brother there's another customer!? This whole town is kinda creepy after spending the night in our rv at the pilot across the street from this place. Load cars and ppl walking around all night long. We had the breakfast sandwiches. None of the sandwiches had toasted bread. They simply put the egg cheese and meat on cold soft bagels and English muffins. I've been to Tim Hortons before and I have to say this was one of the crappier ones. I feel that the ones closers to the Canadian border, like northern Ohio and New York, have better service, food, and selection. I got the cookies and cream iced coffee and wasn't really that impressed. I know they just use the Monin flavor shots, but I really couldn't taste the cookies and cream. Food wise, I ordered a Tuscan chicken panini and waited about 5 minutes for it. When I got it, it was soggy and falling apart. However, it had a decent flavor, despite one half having too much sauce and the other not having enough. They weren't that busy at all, we were the only ones in the store and there was one car in drive thru, so I'm not sure what the issue was. Despite that, the cashier was friendly. read more
