Parking in back, big signs for that, and exit through the skinny alley. Inside it's a nice old brick building, but airy and bright. They have a few lunch items, and they do have hot dog buns on the day coneys are their special, but didn't have them on a Saturday. And by the time I got there most of the donuts were gone. If you're local, you know to get here early. Service was friendly, prices were decent.

We got a white chocolate cake with raspberry filling and buttercream frosting and we enjoyed every bite of that cake! The hot chocolate bombs I got recently were fantastic as well. They had flavors like milk chocolate, white chocolate, cookies n cream, s'mores, salted caramel, and more. I gifted some to my niece and nephews and they were a huge hit. I think the pricing is fair as well, considering it's a local small business and made by hand, fresh, etc. The anniversary cake I got was a 6" round cake for $35. This cake was tall too, with several layers, so I feel like it was still a lot of cake! I think it certainly was worth the price I paid. Highly recommend checking it out if you get a chance. They have a little coffee shop in there as well, so you can grab a coffee while you get some baked goods

The cake was rather expensive at $56 for 16 servings. It was beautifully decorated in a fall theme, And the carrot cake itself was very moist although not at all carrot tasting. The icing was clawingly sweet and had a strong coffee taste. I don't think the icing was flavored in any way but there are such a strong coffee aroma in the shop it permeates everything. I am a woman who loves coffee but it's very very strong and that little shop. The cake was so bad none of us finished our pieces. I have half a cake on my counter that no one will eat, and I will probably end up tossing. I am so disappointed .

Upon arriving to Crumble at 830 on a Friday night, there were 2 other customers at the kiosk attempting to order. It was noted on the screen when you first walk in that they were out of all the cookies. When I arrived to the pickup counter, there were 4 women up front, 1 in the back by the ovens. The 4 up front, 1 women was weighing cookie dough, 1 mixing up dough & the other 2 were chit chatting by the front counter putting together boxes & would not acknowledge that I was even standing there. Finally after clearing my voice a few times and the woman weighing cookies finally saying something, I had to loudly say "hello I'm here for a pickup." After they seemed annoyed I was even there, they got my name & then snickered to each other and 1 walked over to the woman on the other side mixing the dough. One of the women finally came up to talk to me (this was after being there for 10-12 mins already) and told me although I was able to order the cookies online their system is "screwed up" and the they didn't have the toffee cakes I ordered, they were out of all the cookies but 1. Obviously I was aggravated & asked about a refund because they were already paid for. She did something on the computer & said "we're sorry, you should be refunded sometime soon." The other woman whom was making the cookie dough apologized & sent me on my way.... No receipt, no nothing & after telling me I should have a refund soon, they just walked away from me." I will for sure never return to this, I will drive a fair distance if I even decide to try crumble again!!!
