Needed an afternoon snack so we decided to stop by Tim Hortons. To be honest, I wanted to check it out because I love Justin Bieber and I know he has a partnership with Tim Hortons. I wanted to try the tim biebs! This TH is attached to a Cold Stone Creamery. We parked and walked over to the entrance only to realize the doors are locked and they're only taking orders through the drive-thru. We were a little annoyed at first because we've never been to a TH before the kids also wanted to go inside and pick out their ice cream from Cold Stone. We hopped back in the car and went to the drive-thru. Having never been to a TH before, it took us a while to decide on what to order. Fortunately, the drive-thru staff was very patient and helpful. They answered all of our questions and waited until each of us made up our minds. They didn't make us feel rushed at all. They were just as nice and friendly when we interacted with them at the window. Unfortunately for me, they didn't carry tim biebs, so I ordered the closest thing, the timbits and an oat milk latte. I was pleasantly surprised by the donut holes. They had great consistency and taste. The flavors were good, but the sprinkle one was my favorite. The coffee was also pretty decent. We all liked TH so much, we stopped at another one before leaving Dearborn! read more

Probably the most busiest Tim Horton's in the area but they get you thru the line and drive thru with speed and efficiency. You can tell it's hectic for the employees but they always have a smile when you come up to the register. And I love it that the have enough employees for the morning shift. I just wish the parking lot was a little bit bigger!! Coffee always hot and fresh pots made constantly. Donuts are also fresh and abundant here in the morning. I've been to other Tim Hortons and could tell that the donuts have been sitting around too long... one place, their donuts tasted a day old! But this location is one of my favorites! I always come the morning but the few times I've been here in the afternoon, I get the same service. read more

This place is bad had to get my sandwich remade. Did not offer anything for replacement. Tomatoes were frozen. No mayonnaise on the sandwich, do you? Even offer a free resale of soda. This Tim Hortons's location tends to disappoint more times than not. For being such a high volume store they should constantly have everything fresh. In my case it wasn't, I bought the kids Timbits (their favorite when fresh) but they wouldn't even eat them. A lot of their machinery are always down from past experience. I do have to say you get better quality products in the AM than later on in the day. So perhaps once must go early to get and enjoy the goods. I will still pass by if requested by someone and they usually seem to enjoy what they get. I just am very selective with my coffees and I like to drink something I know I will enjoy. read more

I do love all things canadian, so Tim Hortons screams great things. We stopped in for breakfast. I ordered a variety of timbits and a coffee. My friend ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee. They had birthday cake and salted carmel timbits, so I had to try those. Let me tell you YUM! I should have gotten a bunch to go! The coffee at Tim Hortons is amazing so I was very happy! My friend ordered his breakfast sandwich and waited and waited. To find out they placed it in this weird spot then threw it away. They need to get a bit better organization in regards to the ordering and pickup, maybe even some signage because this location was confusing. The staff at this location was not overly friendly, but this could be just cause they know they are in detroit and not canada? read more

We went through the drive thru this morning on our way to the airport. The iced tea was delicious and even though the first couple of donuts we wanted were not available, they took good care of us. Even though it was 2:00 a.m., the employee working the drive thru was friendly and cheerful. I will definitely stop by again the next time I am in town. read more

I had a HAIR in my ice cream. I wanted them to make it over the guy gave me attitude. Did not give me a refund.

They have given me terrible coffee/lattes time after time. I gave them chance after chance but they ruin my beverage about 60% of the time. Lattes taste like watered down hot milk with no flavor or espresso taste whatsoever. The location is convenient for me but It's sad when I try another location and there is a major difference in taste. You guys suck!!! read more

The absolutely worst tim hortons I've ever patroned. Most of the employees lack proper training and customer service skills. Theyake their food item sloppily and the bagel has been burned several times. They are really rude and take forever when most people are stopping in before work and are on a time crunch. They also do not give u any napkins with your food or a sleeve with your coffee. They are cheap and bamboozle you out of what you're paying for when purchasing items. They also are not participating in the roll up the rim like everyone should be. THE WORST TIMS! read more

Patronized this location on April 23 at approximately 6:50pm. It was a lovely day and I decided to venture to Tim Hortons to pick up a light meal to enjoy at the park. Ordered the Tuscan Chicken Panini meal with a chocolate chip muffin and sweetened tea - yummy, right? WRONG. Typically when you order a Panini inside Tim Hortons or through the drive-thru, the wait is at least 4 minutes to allow them to make it fresh. I should have known something would be off when no sooner did I order my food and pull up to the window (roughly 1 minute) my food was ready. Usually, that is the sign of prompt fast food service; yet, do not mistake this occurrence as such. I stopped being the "check-the-bag" kind of personbefore pulling off when I stopped patronizing less respected restaurant chains. BOY WAS I WRONG!   So I arrived to the park and I'm enjoying my chocolate chip muffin while sipping my tea (yes, I'm a dessert before the main course person) waiting to devour my Tuscan chicken Panini. I reached over into the passenger seat to retrieve the Panini from the bag, where it was carelessly stuffed with my muffin, to reveal a scorched sandwich sack. No, I am not embellishing when I say the bag was scorched. Please see the picture evidence below. The sandwich sack was so badly burned that you could see clear through on both sides. Upon removing the sandwich from the bag, I discovered a charcoal covered sandwich so badly toasted the smell still lingers in my car. As I mentioned, the day was nice and the car windows were down when I drove to the park, so I did not immediately notice the charred smell at first.   Disappointed with the level of disrespect someone must have had to take my nearly $8 dollars and provide me with an inedible attempt at a Tuscan chicken Panini, I packed my bags (literally, I packed the sandwich bag) and decided to journey back to Tim Hortons.  I walked inside and was greeted by the cashier and I immediately demanded a manager. After she finally became available, I showed her what one of her "trained" associates attempt to pass off to me as a Panini and her reaction assured me that I was probably under-reacting to the situation. She offered to remake the item or refund the money - I accepted the latter -but not before asking for the owner's information.   I returned to my car and IMMEDIATELY began composing a complaint to the owner from the parking lot of Tim Hortons.  I attached photographic evidence of the issue and fired the email off to him accordingly. Less than an hour later, the owner replied to my email with an apology and an offer to meet or discuss things further. I politely declined and advised him that I would be making this review and posting it here.   Why did I decline his offer? I am not so forgiving for repeat offenders. LAST SUMMER this same restaurant served me a large iced coffee with a long strand of hair underneath the lid of my cup. So I just got called stupid by one of their employees while picking up a mobile order at this location. To top it off the "manager" had the audacity to start talking about me, before I left, about how I am the problem, but they are the ones that NEVER have a mobile order ready for pick up. They went on to claim that they don't start the mobile order until you show up to pick it up. What is the point then? I'd just stand in line and place my order which is generally what happens anyway since every time I go in there I have to tell the same girl my order about five times while it's right there on the mobile order. My order is always wrong and takes extremely long to finish. Workers are rather rude, no one is ever at the register, keeping people waiting till someone decides to help. Got a medium hot chocolate and it was filled 50 percent of the way, I kid you not. I also ordered two donuts which they placed in one bag over each other ruining them, with no clear distinction of which was which (vanilla cream or Boston cream), not to mention the sitting area is always dirty. This location is always busy. The line takes forever, and I seldom have time to waste in it. The reason for the one star, is that I waited in the line for 15 minutes, for them to tell me at the window, not the speaker that they are only accepting cash. For a chain bakery, the donuts are usually pretty good, it's the employers that knocked off that one star. Maybe it's not always like that, but they were just kind of slow and seemed like they didn't want to be there. They had a nice selection of donuts, but I prefer Donutville USA more. I like how they have some seating, a tv, and a cold stone. I'd recommend this place for a quick dessert. read more

Service is miserable and they always getbmy order erong. When confronted they gave me a bad attitude. They need to train their staff better. I dont mind the wait whrn they are busy but not when they make mustakes on my order. Their double doublesvare alot sweeter than other tim hortons too. I would rate lower if I could. I visited this location this morning at 7am. I ordered and iced coffee with one cream one sugar and a shot of Carmel also an everything bagel with sausage and cheese-no egg. When they gave me my order the sandwich had egg and the drink had Carmel on the lid and splattered across the top. I requested a new sandwich, like I ordered. The lady in the drive threw literally stated "why couldn't I peel off the egg "and "if we make the drink again it's going to taste the same." All with complete attitude talking amongst each other with total disregard that I was standing right there. Total disrespect. I asked to speak to a manager and stated I wanted a refund. I also told the manager what just happened and sure enough she was part of the conversation. After the new owners took over the place went completely down hill. I will never go back!
