Surprised in the low ratings here. Traveled from Denver to Dundee with my boyfriends family for an unfortunate event. This was right across the stree from our hotel. We were starving coming off our flight from Denver and stopped here for a snack. I got the chicken cesear wrap with chips. WoW , not only does it taste fresh, but the cesear dressing was the way cesear dressing should be made. Creamy and delicious. The parmesan chips were warm, crisp and cheesy. Tasted almost homemade. Plus you can't go wrong with Tim Horton's donuts. Service was quick also. Def better than any fast food I've had in Denver! Would come back here anyday! read more

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a medium Oreo ice Capp and a small red velvet cold brew. The cold brew was awful. It was extremely bitter and tasted like soap. The ice Capp was good until it was about half gone then I realized there was something in my drink. It was a large piece of plastic (picture attached). It was absolutely disgusting. Now I wonder how they make the drinks because how does someone not notice a large piece of plastic when preparing an order. read more

Not the friendly professional service TH is known for. Employee with attitude talked about going to quit. Since I was on a long trip, ordered an iced macchiato which was totally flat so I poured it out. The men's restroom was so dirty it bordered on unsanitary in every respect. We stopped to grab doughnuts and drinks on our way through town. Every Tim Hortons is pretty much the same as far as food and drink go, so no surprises there. There were three employees working the drive thru, and none of them seemed to know what they were doing. They questioned why we wanted straws for our drinks. They forgot to give us one of our muffins. Then when we went to eat a few minutes after leaving the drive thru, we discovered they gave us the wrong kind of muffin. This was after clarifying twice which muffin was missing. By then there was a line backed up to the gas station parking lot, so we opted to eat the wrong muffin. The muffins and doughnuts were good (though I like doughnuts at every other doughnut shop better than Tim Hortons). Their cold brew is decent, especially considering the low price point compared to coffee shops. My youngest daughter really enjoys the salted caramel iced cap. I'm just grateful for the caffeine. :) read more

They offer $2 lattes via their app and then when a peppermint mocha latte is ordered doing everything they tell me to do to get the special price, it gets charged to my account for $4.76. RIP OFF!! Kids and I travel to Michigan every August and one of the traditions is to get breakfast at TH on the way up to Northern Mi. The breakfast chow is clearly more fresh than most but honestly? One word, people: Donuts! There is no wrong choice. They are head and shoulders above any donut you'll find on the road except maybe for the occasional local spot with fresh quality donuts made on site. Today this store lost a long time customer for good. Granted these stores are average but they typically have easy access locations. My local store is one of very few options open when I travel to work at 5am. (Sort of the best of the bad choices) Apparently the staff thinks its funny to joke in front of customers if you dare to ask if the baked goods a freshly made. As a point of reference 75% of the items I received like donuts or bagels are either the wrong thing or old. I try to limit my orders to coffee most days. Hard to mess up a Medium Coffee. I have politely expressed my concern to the management before. Never once requested any type of compensation. Only asked if they have newer staff to please verify their orders. Evidently basic customer service expectations are comical to the Dundee Michigan location. Stop if you want. If you get what you order and pay for then count yourself fortunate. I will not return. If anyone opens a morning place with real service; these guys will go under in a month. read more

If you're in a hurry, avoid the drive through here. It consistently has long lines, especially around morning commute time. I go inside to get my to-go order and always get out quickly. My experiences with the service here have been good, hence two stars. The coffee is good, as it is at Hortons everywhere. But the edibles at this location? Not so much. They often seem to be out of at least one variety of donut, usually the one I came in with a taste for. And I have had a couple (including a pumpkin spice one this morning) that were stale and/or just bland and doughy. Though I don't think Horton's donuts in general are the best, this franchise isn't helping the brand at all. At least it's giving me a great reason to quit eating donuts. I always go through the drive-thru and pick up 2 dozen donuts. I always request that they do not give me all plain donuts. The girls are wonderful who work here and will tell me what they have available and make my 2 boxes awesome. Today, the manager/owner (of all people) prepares my boxes and when I arrived to work I opened the boxes to all plain donuts. When I called to discuss this with him he said, "you told her, not me" I asked him if he could have just told me that he was giving me all plain donuts before making me pay for what I specifically did not want. I love Tim Hortons coffee. And this location is no exception. I get a doughnut with my coffee and have noticed that this location the donuts are not as fresh as I would like at times. I have ordered nothing else off the menu. The staff is friendly and the drive-thru is quick. Although on YELP it says this location is open 24 hours it is not. I'm gonna be this guy... Starbucks won me over. Generally I go to Tim Hortons because it's right by my work and it's also cheaper, but, and I promise you, I'll never do that again. Starbucks has always been very friendly, very helpful and just all around proactive with their service. They greet you with a smile and if you go through the drive through, you can TELL they're still greeting you with a smile. They offer creative flavor combinations, they have great patients and they just have genuinely good customer service. The price AND the distance is no longer an issue by any means for me after the last few experiences I've had at Tim Hortons. Worse costumer service I've ever seen given to the staff by the manager and or the owner himself. Keep it up Starbucks, I genuinely love visiting your coffee shop, for more than just the coffee. And then when you send your boyfriend in to get what you actually ordered, they will purposely do it wrong again because following simple directions is a HUGE inconvenience for them. Worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Every single one of the workers are rude and usually mess up your order. If you order a black coffee expect them to just make it a double double or triple triple for that matter. The drive through is about a 10-15minute wait...just go in... avoid this place all you can and just spend your money elsewhere. The staff here is very friendly. They helped me navigate the menu and figure out what types of sandwiches I could have with no meat. I am a vegetarian and the girl taking my order informed me they could "make anything without meat in it". I truly appreciated their understanding and kind treatment towards me and my family. We also got a coffee, an ice capp and smoothie. All of these were very good. The donuts seemed very fresh. One of the workers even made us a fresh vanilla cream because they did not have one in the showcase. The inside of this particular Tim Hortons seemed a lot bigger than most of the ones i have been to; it also seemed a lot cleaner as well. I would definitely come back to this place again.
