Multiple times they are not open during posted hours. This morning we swung through at 7:30AM on the way to my son's baseball practice. Lights on, employees are there and nobody answers the drive thru. I drive up the the window to ask what's up and an unsavory lady stood inside shaking her head no. I will never understand why this place is so packed. I only go through to get a Diet Coke, but if you go at certain times, there are 15 or more cars in line. This is the slowest drive-thru line ever. I'm local so I've been there a few times before I finally gave up. The Speedway down the road has pre-made chicken sandwiches that kill this place. Really sad went there one time and it was spotless today I go with the husband and the kids the lay area was filthy labels were dirty chairs were all over there were fry on the floor and it was before 8am when we got there. We were the only ones in the play area. We may have not been the first this morning however I am sure the frys were not from today. When arriving to this McDonald's you will notice the unclean tables and floors. There are tons of employees and yet it still takes forever. I don't understand how you can have all that staff and still have the place dirty. I watched as the manager compact the trash bins with some kind of tool instead of just changing the trash. The food tastes like it has been sitting under a heat lamp all day. The drink fill station is a complete disaster. This McDonald's has a play pen for the kids which is the dirtiest thing imaginable. Stopped at this McDonald's twice in 4 days while on a vacation. They messed up both orders. First time, they tried to have me pay for a Big Kid's chicken nugget meal when I said twice I only wanted a Happy meal. The server seemed annoyed.
