For the record I actually like this place. My problem is the prices- they're outrageous. I just paid seven dollars for four shots of espresso. That's absurd. I pay 5 everywhere else I go in town to get four shots of espresso over ice. then let's talk about the brisket egg burrito, which is good but not worth the $10 I spent on it. $7 $7.50 sure I could understand but $10 is crazy. I've visited this cafe probably ten different times. I love the bagel sandwiches - they taste home made and the bacon is always perfectly cooked. For whatever reason, I just do not like their coffee. I find it too milky and the flavorings are overly artificial, even when I add extra shots of espresso. I do love that they support local businesses with items for sale! Staff is always very friendly. I really like the atmosphere. Very comfortable. Service was great. They also have a bbq joint in the same building, though it's never been open while I'm there. I've been here twice and unfortunately the iced lattes are not that great. They do have a wide selection of flavors. I got the 32oz and my daughter got the 20oz. I was told it had 4 shots of espresso but all I tasted was milk and sugar from the flavoring. No coffee flavor at all. Sane result for both of my visits. Same with my daughter's drink as well. I had high hopes. I gave it 2 shots but it failed to hit the spot. What a bummer! read more

He disparaged my business on ND cuz I said something he didn't like. Specifically, I told him that if someone runs a B&M store, they need to live the rest of their life around the business if they want the business to succeed. So the owner used a fake profile on ND and disparaged my business. Now the owner had never used my business, but he had the AUDACITY to talk smack about it. Quite juvenile. Something I'd expect from a 15YO boy. Or . . . is this just how grown men now act? Again, I will give an honest review once I try the place. But the owner owes me a BIG apology (cuz as you know, when drama happens on SM, there's a pile-on. And boy did I get the pile-on from all his cronies) before I give him a ***** review. Bad Service.... We sat at the window waiting for 10+mins for an employee to take our order and nobody ever came to the window. Don't go through the drive through! I guess you have to go inside. Multiple cars were sitting at the drive through waiting and then just leaving with no coffee read more

Space is OPEN with LOTS of room to roam. Food, food and even flavored coffee are GREAT! Only complaint I have is they only provide 3 types of cheese for their breakfast sandwiches. I prefer provolone or Swiss cheeses on my sandwiches. They do have drive-through but not like the traditional ones at common fast food restaurants. read more

If this is the best coffee in the county there must be a lot of bad coffee in Jackson. Service good and friendly. Restrooms very clean. Lots of to-go orders while we were there and restaurant has plenty of space to eat inside. Owner should consider expanding and improving food menu. They have ice and they have espresso but they refused to pour espresso over ice to make an americano because it comes out too bitter! Then the owner told me they could do a cold brew and pour extra espresso in it. That was the icing on the cake they turned me away and gave Tim hortons more business. Embarrassing!!! Next time just pour the espresso over ice and charge more if you wish! I would've been happy to pay a premium for the inconvenience read more

C'nerr till I tell ye about a grete coffee shop in the Irish Hills! Tim Hortons is good! McDonald's is a burger joint - don't forget! . It is finally nice to have good Irish (really Michigan) toasted coffee I the Hills. The outside is deceptive - old Irish Pub! The inside has been renovated to allow for plenty of Covid 19 and 20 social distancing. The service is friendly - albeit a bit slow - but why rush in the Irish Hills lad and lassie! Some good breakfast sandwiches are served - however would be nice is they made everything on site. I look forward to continuing to have my morning cuppa Joe here when we I can.
