This Tim Hortons location is pretty terrible. Not going to lie. I ordered from the app and gave them an appropriate amount of time to put together the order (half an hour) and when I went to pick up my order...crickets. Nothing was ready. It was like they never even saw my online order!!!! It took me an extra half an hour just to get the damn food and I had kids waiting at home. Not to mention, the latte I ordered was horrendously sweet. Will never go back to this one. read more

I'm being kind because after returning to the store and showing the employee the picture, he gave me a full refund and apologized. It seems that Timmy Ho's on the eastside are I frequently out of necessary items to deliver products, so in this case I got a sandwich without some components. See my pic. I ordered a turkey bacon club to go. It was pathetic. No lettuce, one soggy piece of bacon, and the turkey slices stuck together right out of the package. Nothing like the picture in the ads. But I was hungry so I did eat it. Later I went back to the store and showed the picture to the server and he admitted they were out of lettuce and offered a full refund. I felt that was a good gesture so did not ask him about the quality or quantity of the bacon or the overall sandwich construction. However, I politely did suggest that next time he just tell the customer that he's out of whatever, rather than turn out a bad product. First, though this says it is a Tim Horton's and Cold Stone Ice Cream combo store, the Ice Cream counter was dark and did not look to be operational. However, I was not there for ice cream. I just wanted an iced coffee or latte of some sort--something on the sweeter side, and it had to be decaf, since I'm expecting and I've cut back on my caffeine intake. When I walked up to the counter, there was no one there for a good two minutes. Finally, a woman came up to take my order, so I asked if any of the iced drinks could be made decaf, such as the caramel latte. She said "yes", but then proceeded to ask the guy working in the kitchen behind her. He very rudely and loudly stated, "No! This isn't Starbucks! We don't do that here. A latte means there's coffee in it!" I go, "Oh, ok, I'm pregnant. Is there anything iced that does not contain caffeine?" Their online menu includes an array of other iced options. Based on the menu they had on display in this store, their options are much more limited. The woman goes, "Umm...we have iced tea? Oh, but that is caffeinated I guess." So I say "Ok, thank you." And I leave. As I am leaving, I hear the guy loudly saying something about how they "Aren't Starbucks." Yeah, no kidding. I have a feeling this location won't be around much longer. read more

I have been a long time fan of The Coldstone Creamery part of Tim Hortons. I love nothing more than to go there for my favorite coffee ice cream. Its always so smooth and delicious... until today! First we went in and stood by the ice cream area to order our tasty treats. There were a couple cars in the drive thru but two employees looked directly at us and completely ignored us more than once. Another customer came in and was immediately greeted and helped with his Tim Hortons order other than the fact that they were out of the soup he wanted. Clearly they don't care for ice cream orders because once the gentleman was served we were back to being ignored. I had already commented about the other gentleman being served first when we had been waiting for five minutes before he arrived. So we went over and got the attention of one of the people that was trying to ignore our existence. We were finally allowed to order our ice creams... one "gotta have it coffee" and a "like it" creme brulee. I paid and we were handed two of the same size containers and the person waiting on us had no idea which was which. Upon arriving home we sat down to watch Netflix and enjoy our desserts. It tasted as delicious as I remember but after one spoonful I noticed there was a gummy substance I had to chew... I've never had to chew ice cream before. A couple of spoonfuls later there was another such "chunk" of gummy substance. As I got to the bottom of the container there was a whole glob of this gunk. I spit it out and was thoroughly disgusted. I can only describe it like this... imagine a bowl of gravy or paint. As you leave them out a skin forms on the surface. Only this skin is four times thicker than the skin on gravy or paint. I'm not sure if the ice cream wasn't made or mixed properly or if was severely out of date. I do know that if I ever go back to coldstone it will NOT be to Fairport Road! read more

It's very sad, I've gone here and have had the same problem before. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with double egg and they didn't even put 1 on. I get charged for 2 as well so I just want them to work on listening more clear to customers. I have never had the problem at any other location so I will be avoiding that one from now on. read more

Adam and I decided that since we are adults we can have ice cream for dinner whenever we want. We needed to go grocery shopping so we decided to go to the Wegmans across the ways from here and come here for cold stone. It was very quiet. There were only 1 or 2 other people who came in the entire time we were there to eat. There were 2 staff members, 1 in the front and 1 in the back. Since it was so slow they were technically well staffed. The staff member was very friendly while getting us our ice cream. My order game out fine but the staff member forgot Adam's waffle bowl for his. When Adam said something they promptly corrected the issue and provided him with extra ice cream as an apology. There are a good amount of table and chairs on the inside and it is fairly clean inside. Overall, this location is A-Okay. If we are in this area and would like some cold stone we will stop here. read more

Seems like a well run Tim Horton's (spoilers). This seems to be a well run Tim Hortons location. If you do a Yelp search, youll be amazed at how many TH's there are. Frankly, Im impressed by how well they handle the morning rush, drive thru and inside. The lines really go pretty quick. Good for coffee and as a last resort if you need something in your belly. Im not much of a sweet eater, so for my tastes, most of the food at Tim Hortons in general is too sweet or carb-y for me. (Spoiler alert) Note that TH is very fast food. You could get fresher, less processed food to go from the Wegmans across the street, including good breakfast sandwiches. I have heard, second hand, that at Tim's: -None of the donuts, muffins, and bake shop items are made on site, though some donuts are glazed on site. -The chicken noodle soup comes to the store dehydrated. -The other soups arrive in bags and are just heated on site. -The kettle chips are not housemade, but arrive in large bags, and heated. -Sandwich products (processed egg patty products, etc.) arrive frozen and are heated on site. However, the coffee is safe and brewed on site. :-) read more

I don't know what's going on with Tim hortons lately but they need to pull it together. This is the second day in a row I had to leave the commercial street location and drive to this one on Fairport rd and both days they messed everything up. My iced Capp, is now never made properly which is a real bummer. It lacks a good amount of flavoring and is always halfway melted. This is also the second time in a row they gave me the wrong sandwich. And then they didn't have the one that I originally ordered! Also didn't have both kinds of donuts that I wanted and didn't tell me that until after I paid.. and it was cash only.. Like WOW. Ugh very annoyed and I'm probably going to stop going to both of these locations until they fix the damn iced Capp machine and get everything else back in order! read more

One of the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been too. Waited forever despite being the only ones there. Staff was rude and it was dirty. They didn't have cubed ice for iced coffee which defeats the purpose of iced coffee. Never going back to this one. read more

I have given this location so so so many chances. I've probably been here 25 times. The service is ALWAYS horrendous. Stood there with 2 other customers for a good five minutes while several employees passed us a dozen times with their head in the air refusing to even acknowledge us and tell us someone would be right with us. Finally one shouted in the back and someone came out obviously angry she had been summoned because we got the brunt of it. I think today was my last straw. I went to leave a comment card but. I go to Tim Horton's a lot. The staff at this one is a bit lazy. They've screwed up my order on three occasions. I only complained once because I had time to. I also, in a fairly groggy state, ordered some coffee and asked if they had an espresso shot, not remembering if I'd had it there or at a Dunkin Donuts. The guy at the drive through mic said, "an espresso shot?" neither confirming nor denying that they had it. So I was like, "yeah, do you guys have those?" He didn't respond for a moment, then he said "An espresso shot?" again like he didn't know what I was talking about. So I said, "Yeah, just looking for some extra caffeine today." Then there was silence for about 3 seconds, then I said, "I'm not going crazy, right? You guys do have that, right?" To which he responded, "Yeah, I just sold it to you." Like I was some kind of idiot. Now I deal with idiot customer all the time, but I treat them with respect. Every other Tim Horton's seems to have great service, just not this one. I should have gotten a name and spoken to a manager. Its one of those things that's not a big deal and should have politely been handled. And it happened so fast it barely even registered until after I was pulling away. At any rate, that guy is a jerk and the staff there is sub par. read more

This Tim Hortons isn't very good. I love Tim Hortons but this location is just not as good as the other locations. My iced coffee tasted horrible! I recommend going to the penfield location because they have amazing service and their food is even better. They make everything so much better there. Don't waste your time and money here. I don't usually post bad reviews. but I cant get anyone to answer the phone ( yep, believe it) or get info. on owner. This is the , consistantly, worse service, and quality donuts, food, etc. EVER I've given this place several chances, because I live close. I really don't think owner cares. It must be a right off. lol NEVER AGAIN, When returning mistakes, instead of being accommadating, they make it seem like it's your fault. I recently visited this location and I was definitely impressed. I took recommendations from the cashier as far as what to order, and I enjoyed my coffee and muffin he recommended. I will say, my coffee did take a while to be made, but in their defense it was early in the morning and there was a huge drive through line, so I could understand it. I also noticed that some of the tables were not the cleanest, but with that being said I was able to find a spot that was doable. I would recommend this place to a friend for no other reason than the cashier I had, who turned out to be the manager, Phil. He was very friendly, incredibly helpful, and very sympathetic when he found out I had not received my drink. He took matters into his own hands and make my coffee for me! This is probably the worst run Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The employees are miserable, always slacking off and rude. The coffee is never made right. Tonight I was given my coffee with a mountain of napkins on top of it because it had spilled. First off: if the girl working knew which lid to use this wouldn't have happened; secondly, if this thing happens you typically pour a new one. Service is also extremely SLOW! I haven't had a good experience here in over two years. I'm not sure what happened but they need to go back to the way it was. I won't be returning to this location again. read more

This was a nice location and my son and I had great times there. Slowly I've noticed a lack of care. The last time my son and I went, the mens bathroom was neglected and if you looked close at the tables and floor, they were dirty too. that's a red flag big time! There nice kids but I think they cut corners and don't have a tight running manager there. I love how they stack a large donut order in a thin tall paper bag. Who else does that? By far the worst Tim Hortons. Out of 6 donuts four were wrong even after I had repeated the order three times. Every time I order a twice toasted Bagel they don't bother to do that. The attitude at that Tim Hortons is one of we don't care. And yet these are the fast food workers that think that they deserve $15 per hour. Give me a break read more
