Drive through service is the fastest if that is what you need. Inside is slower because they are thinking you are eating in. This is common among all Tim Hortons. Coffee is good and hot. Sandwiches are put together very well. When they run out of ingredients, it usually is not their fault. Supply chain is not the best for any food industry right now. Remember it is a chain and if you want more from a coffee shop, go somewhere else. Most of the workers are busy going through the orders the way the orders come through the line. Prettiest Tim's we've ever seen. The service is horrendous! Honestly, we stood there for almost 19 minutes before anyone came to the register. Then it was easily another 15 waiting for our coffee. We asked about it, thinking they forgot?! Three is the workers just looked at each other. Then about another 5 minutes this this young guy started to make the two cups. I think it took him an entire 3 minutes just to pot the coffee, we think he was trying to figure out the creamer and sugar machine. I was disappointed in the service but the food was good. I got the chicken noodle soup and an Oreo ice Capp and they were both delicious. Oh plus I got a 20 pack of Tim bits-also Yums! I stood at the register waiting to be taken care of for a long time before anyone walked up to help me. There was actually some at the register at one pint and didn't even acknowledge me. The dinning room wasn't busy, though I know the drive thru was so usually I understand but once someone did help me she wasn't very friendly. Don't come down often but when I do and head back to buffalo in the morning, I like to order my coffee and also a fajita wrap, unfortunately this time around apparently they didn't have it because it was breakfast time still, never had that issue in the past and they always made it with out question, so a little disappointed knowing that after I told the guy that I always get it no matter the time of the day, he still reply that "we are still in breakfast not lunch" comments. Probably the worst customer experience in any Tim Hortons. Two people were in the location wearing vests and joking with the staff while they took care of drive through and myself and two people stood in line. When they came to actually help, they were still engaged in the conversation with the other people and the customer interaction was awful. The owner probably has proximity rights in the area preventing another Tim Horton's and therefore has no incentive to provide a better experience. read more

I have to say when it comes to Tim Hortons, this location consistently lets me down every single time when it comes to service. Generally I use the drive through as it is conveniently located on the 219 just outside of "Downtown Elicottville" I have been to the drive thru with 1 car ahead of me and 4 cars ahead of me. It really doesn't seem to matter how busy they are you always wait a very long time at the drive thru. How is this possible? don't the employees get "graded" on drive thru wait time like it seems they do at every other location I've ever been to?? Apparently not at this location. The other day I drove by wanting a coffee. I saw the drive thru like was about 10 cars deep so I elected to go inside to place my order. With one person in front of me I still waited almost 10 full minutes to place my order for 1 coffee and receive it. So you may be asking yourself reading this......"maybe the 1 person in front of me ordered a lot??" NOPE!!! They ordered 1 iced coffee and 1 regular coffee. I know this because I thought to myself how could this possibly take as long as it did?? I do have to say everything I have ever ordered here has always been good when ordered from the drive thru and dining room. The dining room is very large so if you plan on sticking around after you wait a million years for your coffee to socialize with some friends this is a great place to go. read more

Really, should be no stars for abusive service. Went inside to get a few drinks and food on Sunday at 11am. Waited patiently in line and paid for the items, then waited for 20 minutes for a grilled cheese and chips that never materialized. We told the cashier who told the prep staff to make my son's order, but they said it wasn't on their screen so we would have to wait our turn. Really!?!?! We waited while others who paid after us got their food. That is not right and I asked the cashier about this and she told them to make his sandwich. They said they couldn't and were very rude. Just a shout out that I got bamboozled by a high school kid (HSK). While passing through we stopped for coffee and a comfort break. I asked for a small, but this HSK said that their smalls didn't have the roll top that lets you win prizes. Well, I of course went for more than I needed and got the medium so I could win a prize! Turns out, medium cups don't have roll tops either! well done, did not directly lie. so I think that's a worth an extra star. So, keep your eye on this place. Through travels I've probably been to three dozen Timmy's in the US/Canada. This is the most high end location I've ever seen. Located seemingly in the middle of nowhere (in relation to Buffalo) we went here on the way to and from the St Bonnie basketball game; twice in a 5-hour span and were able to experience two shifts. This location has a fire pit outside and a spotless, luxurious looking (for a Timmys) interior. There's even a fireplace inside. The food tasted like at Horton's. And, both shifts provided good service and were efficient. What more could one ask for? read more

The customer service in this establishment is TERRIBLE. When I entered the building it took the staff 5 minutes or more to even acknowledge that I was there and there were no other customers in the restaurant. There was a worker that had two lip piercings and an eyebrow piercing that definitely do his job. When I ordered my food, I wanted to add an ice capp to my order and he said "oh yeah thats not working right now" with no explanation or "can I get your something different". When I paid for my order the worker did not offer me a receipt or even give me my change back.
