I got off work and was STARVING. Got food for me and my husband. His sub looked so good, tons of meat and filling! Meanwhile, my tuna sub had barely anything in it. We compared cross sections and it was a complete joke. I'm talking thinner than my pinky finger. I couldn't even eat it since it was all bread and so dry that it was hard to swallow. I got scammed out of my money and I am still starving. Never coming back here again. read more

Was craving an assorted sub. Tried the New Jersey mikes hot Italian. It did not disappoint. The flavor of the meats chopped up and cooked on the grill top was perfect at first bite. The pepper relish was the topping to end all toppings. Hope they make this a permanent menu item. read more

I just need to share: my granddaughter has celiac and wanted to try Jersey Mike's subs. They advertise Udis rolls and cookies. She loved her sub but the roll did still fall apart while she ate it. Now for that cookie. OMG so good. I would buy them weather I has celiac or not. We tried the snicker doodle. It was a this moist, soft cookie leaving me wanting to try all their other flavors. The girl working changed her gloves and washed down the counter before she prepared her sub too. We will be back. It is a basic sub shop but very clean. Oh how I love Jersey Mikes... meat sliced per order, fresh bread, and the oil/vinegar combo. YUM. They also have GREAT gluten free sub rolls from Udi's. Decided to try this place definitely didn't know we had one in the area and I gotta say it was quite good. I ended up with the number #8 which was a club sandwich on a four cheese roll with extra oil& vinegar with added hot relish and let's not forget a side of chipotle aioli. Never tried Jersey Mike's so decided to stop for a sub I got the Jersey Mikes special the Jersey Mikes way! 1st I didn't get the cappacola just ham on the sandwich like I was supposed to I didn't like the wine vinegar and the JUICE and sprinkled spices on it too sour and the spices were raw tasting not my style! By the time I got home the bottom of the roll was so soggy it was mushy I got home 15 minutes after buying the sub! I'll stick to pizzeria oil and mayo sub thank you. Warning, be careful not to fall for Jersey Mike's promotions. $25 promo for purchase of $25 w/chips and a pepsi. The Gift Card is for Fanatics?? (A NFL Store) I thought it was for more subs etc. How are people to know what Fanatics is? Worse, when I called customer service, they said Fanatics has control of the gift card and I needed to pursue it with them. Jersey Mike's refused to be of any help. NEVER again! read more

The staff were so friendly and welcoming.  I definitely felt that my business was appreciated. They slice the deli meat and cheese to order.  I enjoyed my Club Supreme and had it made "Mike's Way" with mustard instead of mayo.  The "juice" made the sub - be sure to get it added to yours. read more

My wife picked up subs at Jersey Mike's after shopping. She had no issues with the service. The subs were good. Not great, but good. I'm not going to compare them against local establishments because it really is a different animal. I'll compare them to Subway. The meat, lettuce, tomato, oil/vinegar dressing - all better than Subway. Fresh sliced meats, more legit than Subway in that regard. I'll give Subway the edge on the sub rolls. The Subway multigrain roll is better than Jersey Mike's wheat roll, which is a little more dry/crumbly. I'd pick Jersey Mike's over Subway overall, but Subway does send out coupons frequently so you do have chances for better value at Subway. Jersey Mike's is also comparable to Firehouse Subs. However, DiBella's is hands down the best chain sub shop in the area. I wish there was a DiBella's in the Southtowns. But Jersey Mike's is acceptable. read more

I've been to Jersey Mikes twice so far and I must say I do enjoy their subs ! They slice their meat fresh to order, their bacon is crisp, the hot subs are cooked on a flat top (not microwaved) and they offer gluten free rolls. Also, the prices quite reasonable in relation to the quality. The service does need some work though. The first time I dined there, I received my deli sub 20 minutes sooner than my father's Cajun steak Philly sub. Other customers arrived , ordered and left before he got his. And once he did inquire about his order, the cashier said it was on its way (still another 5-7 minutes) and asked him if he already paid (he paid this very same cashier earlier) . I think they have to come up with a better process behind the counter because it seemed like everyone was bouncing around with no particular task they were in charge of. The second time I came in things went a bit smoother but I was the only customer and just got a turkey roast beef and bacon club (very delicious) . If you plan on ordering a hot sub, perhaps you should pre order or maybe the service is slow only for now because they are fairly new? I hope they get the kinks worked out, cause the subs are quite delicious! read more

I've been addicted to this place and had it for lunch 3 times this week. And its a 15-18 drive from my office. Keep in mind I pass many pizzerias, Wegman's and Subways en-route. Something that stands out to me is the staff. There are probably three times the amount of people working here compared to your average Subway and they all seem pleasant and very hardworking. The establishment is clean and well maintained. The ingredients are super fresh and delicious. I could lay and take a nap on the roll. I love the deli meat carved in front of me. Its nice and thin and flavorful. My favorite thus far is the #13 Italian Mike's Way. They also have a root beer made by Stubborn that I find myself getting more of from the soda machine. My new go to for lunch even though its costing me gas $. read more

OK I had no idea what to expect walking into this place other than they obviously sell subs. Let me tell you - these are the freshest best tasting subs around. Other reviewers say it's just another sub place... but NO OTHER place slices the meats and cheeses per order that I know of !! I usually get the turkey bacon and it's fantastic they are not skimpy on the meats at all. The hot subs like the Philly cheesesteak could use more meat though. My favorite part is that they offer gluten free sub rolls (we have a family member allergic). They wipe down the utensils and cutting machine before making the sub if it's due to allergy. The gluten free rolls are fantastic. They also have gluten free snickerdoodle cookies which is so nice to have a dessert option. We are now regulars and will continue going here. Best sandwich shop hands down. The sandwiches we choose were extremely fresh and tasted fantastic! We ordered off the app and glad we did because when we showed up the line was out the door! The line was long which gave us the opportunity to grab an empty table and eat on site. The staff was extremely helpful and apologetic to the customers that had to wait in line. I had the buffalo chicken sub, and it wasn't anything special. The sub was hastily made, as it fell apart while I was eating it. The flavor was bland, and it seemed like it was swimming in hot sauce. I am normally very satisfied with service and food quality. Today I purchased 3 subs @ $48.00 (takeout), all with oil and vinegar. By the time I reached my lunch destination and opened the subs approximately (15 minutes away from the restaurant) the bottom of the sub rolls were so saturated and soggy from the amount of oil and vinegar on the subs, they weren't eatable. We removed the rolls, plated the guts of the subs and at that way ... not a favorable visit especially for the price. read more

This was my first time trying a Jersey Mikes and unfortunately it did not live up to the expectations that a lot of people set for me. It was just ok and I do not feel like need to go out of my way (again) to get it. It's nice that the meat is freshly sliced but there isn't much meat on the sub for the price (the bulk comes from a ton of lettuce). The oil and seasoning is comparable to the oil at DiBella's or Wegmans. The bread is fresh but it's also flaky which makes it a messy meal. I tried the cheese steak as well and that was awful and again really lacking on the meat. Ordered a sub over the phone for curb side pick up. It was $9 so I'm expecting a normal sized sub like what you get from a pizza place or subway. Finally pick it up and its the size of about 1/4 a normal sub. And all I ordered was a regular ham sub! It tasted good, but for that price it is NOT worth it. When we found out a few weeks ago that there was a actual Jersey Mike's store here my husband flipped his lid as we can normally Only get this in airports ... so it's been on our to do list for a while it's located on McKinley parkway tucked in the king crab plaza , which is far from my house but we happened to be in the area. The store was clean , employees were friendly, food was good and fresh, the serve 6in, 12in and giant we both of course got the giant , mines on rosemary/cheese bread it was good wit a nice little crunch but I believe if it was warmed just a little it would have been so much better, if you stop here make sure you get the spicy cherry relish it's DELICIOUS read more

A few visits with a wide differences in quality of the same type of sub on different visits. The first roast beef sub wasa perfect an near perfect sub. The taste and quanity of items were great. The results on the second visit were quite the opposite. The roll was more assembled like a bell curve, very sparse at the ends and much larger at the middle. The roast beef on the second sub had almost no taste and a bit dry. I have to go with 3 stars. The second sub was so disappointing I had to drop my 5 star rating down to a 3 star. Came here at 3:15 on a Thursday with my friends for a bag of chips. Friend ordered the #55, of which he said was deliciously prepped. Other friend had a small chocolate chip cookie of which he said was exquisite. I had the miss vickies Salt and Vinegar chips. When I opened the bag I had the immediate desire to cry as the immaculate teal bag mixed with the flaky, light potato chips presented a truly amazing dining experience. I truly appreciate that there are no artificial preservatives or flavors in the chips. I quickly devoured the chips and felt Amazing afterwards. I had a discussion with management about the quality of the chips and he affirmed their unmatched quality. I truly appreciate that there is such an amazing sub shop with perfect chips in my own backyard. The attention to detail from the employees is astounding, and they are very friendly. I have to say Jersey Mike's has ruined cold subs for me from anywhere else. These are so fantastic and fresh with the cold cuts being sliced right in front of you. I even enjoy the oil and vinegar that comes with it Mike's way and I've never liked oil on my subs before. You can even make any sun into a wrap or bowl (salad) - which my husband is trying today. Also today when we went in the staff was so friendly and helpful when we were trying to decide on options and what to do with reward points. Ordered a giant "Jersey Shore" sub , which was decent but nothing to rave about. The online ordering process was easy in addition to the pick up. Prices are higher than your local pizza/sub places. Wegmans and Dibellas subs are much better. Sub roll was like a Kaiser roll and the meat was a bit skimpy. Ordering via phone was simple (I did not use the App), and I was given a time to come in for my order ... which was not ready for a good 15 minutes after that. (Thus no 5 star rating) I ordered a tuna sub and it was delicious - you can customize toppings but apparently their signature is adding salt and oregano on top (I opted out). The tuna was fresh and good tasting, and the roll was very fresh as well. I felt there was too much shredded lettuce on top - but that's a personal preference.
