There is something about seeing someone pour your milk and add sweet-n-low by hand in a Canadian Brazilian American coffee shop chain that warms the cockles of your heart! Or it's just nice to be in an off the beaten path chain... and the coffee was pretty good, but the donut was so sweet I could not eat it. I had to get a bagel somewhere else. The coffee was better than your average- dare I say it- coffee shop's. I think it ties with Dunkin' Donuts. But Dunkin's wins on the donut front. Clean. Point for the logo!!! read more

This location is really hit or miss for me and I wish that wasn't so. Half the time my drinks and food are made wrong even with the order taker repeating my order to me. Half the time it is perfect and gives me hope that things will turn around as when it is done right then this place kicks much ass. New leadership maybe? read more

Whatever you do, don't ask for a refund when they state they can't make the food you paid for using the mobile app. I ordered a bacon snack wrapper at 1:01pm via the app and after waiting around for more than 15 minutes was told they couldn't make it because breakfast ended at 11am. I said if they couldn't make it, to just refund me. "Paul" the manager on duty said I had to do it myself in the app. When I told him no, that I couldn't refund myself, he said there was nothing he could do and walked away. I stood there and said that they either needed to refund me or make me a sandwich. Paul came back out and told me again that I had to do it myself. He then told me it was my fault because I ordered a breakfast item after 11am. I said it wasn't my fault since the app let me order it and he proceeded to tell me it was and I needed to refund myself through the app. I said to show me and he said he didn't know how to do it and would make a phone call. 5 minutes later he hands me a piece of paper with a phone number and tells me to call the number. When I told him this was terrible customer service and I had been there for over 20 minutes, he began mocking me and again telling me it was my fault and not his problem. I started to leave and said "this is F-ing ridiculous" to which he responded with "get the F out" "you're F-ing banned", "Don't ever F-ing come back" and then one of the other employees chimed in and said "we don't want your f-ing business", and more "Get the F-out" "you're f-ing not welcome here". At this point, I still haven't received a refund because Tim Hortons has stated that the only refund can be done at the store, and offered me 800 points. How am I to use 800 points when I have been banned from the store for asking for a refund? Avoid this place unless you want to be stolen from, mocked and cursed out by multiple employees. read more

We were traveling back from PEI and stopped at this Tim Hortons for a quick bite to eat. We had the chili which was very good and it came with a huge roll with butter, but the best thing is the personal service. I sew in the car and my cherished non-replaceable Cutco mini snips fell out of the car only to be realized as we were far down the road. A couple calls later I reached the store manager named Mercedes and I explained these were not replaceable as Cutco doesn't make these scissors anymore and she promptly volunteered to send them to me and wouldn't let me pay her to do so! I usually love Tim's but the location in Houlton has been less than stellar lately. I like the chipotle chicken wraps... I like them hot, and I don't always get them hot. The visit before my last, I ordered an iced coffee, and found a hair inside my lid! I also payed for a bottle of water and didn't receive it, and wasn't able to get an employees attention. I went again today and was completely appalled at having to first wait longer than I ever have at a Tim's store. It took nearly 5 minutes for the employee to take our order, then we waited longer while they conversed with the car ahead of us after handing them their food. Very unprofessional. I ordered a wrap, and received it cold. I got my drink, but without a straw... They are also frequently out of items, such as lemonade, flavors, and certain foods. The cherry on top of this sundae is the driveway... it's Pothole central. It has been this way for years and only gotten worse. You have to drive on the wrong side of the road to avoid wrecking the chassis of your car. Do better. read more

Love my Iced Capp Supremes with caramel! These guys make the best, occasionally my order gets messed up and they put chocolate instead of caramel but I love chocolate too so win win! Super fast and friendly service. read more

Tim Hortens has the best coffee I've ever tasted. I go there every day with my dog , he loves a plain timbit. I have also eaten the panini sandwiches, they are absolutely delicious. When they closed for a couple of days for renovations, I bought a coffee from another place in town and put it in a Tim cup hoping it would taste better ...........I'm hooked! read more
