"Paul" the manager on duty said I had to do it myself in the app. When I told him no, that I couldn't refund myself, he said there was nothing he could do and walked away. I stood there and said that they either needed to refund me or make me a sandwich. Paul came back out and told me again that I had to do it myself. He then told me it was my fault because I ordered a breakfast item after 11am. I said it wasn't my fault since the app let me order it and he proceeded to tell me it was and I needed to refund myself through the app. I said to show me and he said he didn't know how to do it and would make a phone call. 5 minutes later he hands me a piece of paper with a phone number and tells me to call the number. When I told him this was terrible customer service and I had been there for over 20 minutes, he began mocking me and again telling me it was my fault and not his problem. I started to leave and said "this is F-ing ridiculous" to which he responded with "get the F out" "you're F-ing banned", "Don't ever F-ing come back" and then one of the other employees chimed in and said "we don't want your f-ing business", and more "Get the F-out" "you're f-ing not welcome here". At this point, I still haven't received a refund because Tim Hortons has stated that the only refund can be done at the store, and offered me 800 points. How am I to use 800 points when I have been banned from the store for asking for a refund? Avoid this place unless you want to be stolen from, mocked and cursed out by multiple employees.
