I was happy with the amount of ice to coffee - More coffee than ice, I was a very happy guy! I did see their food menu but had already grabbed (free) breakfast at the hotel I was staying at, but I would love to try one of their sandwiches if, when I'm in Jamestown again. Inside was spacious and clean, with several tables & chairs as well as a long table along the exterior window, perfect for people watching. The other drink I ordered actually came in the Venti cup but the quad shot latte only had one or two shots of espresso at most. I ordered "No Foam" and "No Room" and of course it had foam and only filled to about an inch & 1/2 to the top. This location consistently gets my order wrong and today is the last day I will give my business to this incompetent excuse of the Starbucks brand.
