One of the Best and Cleanest Tim Hortons I have ever been too. This is a very busy location and they only had 4-5 employees and they were so well organized and managing lines very friendly and efficiently. Coffee and breakfast was fresh and nicely packed. Tim Hortons for me in New York is just like Dunkin... Most store features are the same except for a different donut formula. Another group of shops that all follow the same model. My reviews won't change much except for the location. This shop in Jasper, AB and is pretty much the same as the Tim Hortons by me, except for size, and seating in New York. They are on a man street with a bus stop right in front of the store. Very convenient. Usually every time I have walked into or visited a Tim Hortons I am greeted well and served quickly. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I drink my coffee black so any backup by the sugar and other add-ons doesn't usually affect me, and I see this type of slow down no matter where the coffee comes from. Their food was fresh and I assume they get it delivered or created multiple times during the day. There is nothing worse than eating an old donut, bagel or muffin. Kudos to this team for keeping their location up to the standards of the other "Tim Horton " locations, and keeping the line flowing so well. read more

In Jasper for 2 days and this is one of the few places that are opened by 6 am! Their coffee is good and they have dairy alternatives and gluten free options! The egg white omelet bites and scrambled eggs were so delicious and such a treat in the midst of all the yummy looking breakfast sandwiches and pastries and donuts. Their English muffin and hashb browns are not as good as the US big M counterparts but good enough; especially when we were looking for an early breakfast with good proteins for an early start! I hope Tim Horton will come to the US one day... Servers were efficient and friendly and very nice The restaurant was very clean except for a customer who decided to let her very cute but very big dog sit on the outside picnic table. The shop was very busy but clean. The staff was overly friendly and helpful. Hot chocolate and Chai latte were delicious too. Coming from the US our doughnuts are very different in my opinion and the glaze was definitely not for me. Definitely give it a try. read more

How can we visit Canada without a stop at Tim Horton's, right? The Jasper location was spacious and clean, with modern decoration and red accents. We arrived around 8am and the line was already quite long (all the way to the entrance) but it moved relatively quickly. To our disappointment, their maple donuts were sold out so we opted for a breakfast sandwich instead.  The coffee was decent and the sandwiches were delicious. Overall we liked it and were happy to pay a visit to such a Canadian institution. PS. If you don't want to wait in line. You can place an in-app order and skip the line. read more

First Tim Hortons I've been to and it was a great experience! I've heard so much about it and was excited to stumble across one after exploring Jasper National Park. Came with my family and our cashier was very patient on helping us each decide on what to order. Forgot to catch her name but she was the sweetest little lady. The service was quick, tables were clean and the environment was great and well-lit. The only bad thing was that we came close to closing time so they ran out of the fries that come with the meals. Not sure if they just didn't want to cook more or if this is normal for a popular place but make sure to come earlier in the day if there's something you really want to try. read more

I would not classify it as a bakery or coffee shop, they are a bit of a mixed basket. The coffee and donuts are pretty good but might not be for the coffee connoisseur or someone who frequents gourmet donut shops. The staff was super helpful and fast. On our most recent visit, we had Cruellers and TimBits which went so well with Tim's Dark Roast coffee. This is a great Tim Horton's location. It's in a central location right on the main street in Jasper, it's big, and there is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The crowd is a mix of grumpy old men reading the morning paper, locals with macbooks, tourists, and backpacking hippies. Service was fast and they had plenty of doughnuts in stock, including the new oreo doughnut I saw advertised on TV last night. read more

They made a wrong meal for me after I told her a couple of times, a customer next to me had to wait for 25 minutes for his coffee because they made it wrong for two times, another customer had to describe how to make a tee haha. Best "fast" breakfast I've ever had! Great service and great selection. We had breakfast here two days in a row. Way better than Dunkin Donuts (ew) and great quality coffee for the price. This is the second time I was in his Tim Horton in 3 months. First time was very busy, service was slow, people behind me in line got their food before me. This time there was only three tables with patrons. Had a coffee and muffin. The store smelled awful. The sidewalk on the treshhold on the east side was covered in ice, very dangerous. Service was good but the place was dirty. Every empty table was dirty, trash cans full to spilling over and the glass between the tables atop the short walls was smeared and dirty. will probably not return to this Tim Hortons read more
