Awesome selection of ice cream! Refreshing on a hot summer day. I tried the banana chocolate and my husband had the orange licorice. The orange one was awesome although banana chocolate wasn't bad either not too strong of banana taste which I preferred. The maple walnut on another occasion was great too! read more

Alright so everyone's complaints are accurate. Their tasting policy is dumb. You should be able to sample more than one flavor. That being said, the ice cream is good and there's a lot of variety. If you don't like the first thing you sample, hopefully you're good at guessing on the second try. I got white chocolate raspberry as a sundae with caramel and butterscotch sauce and my husband got caramel cashew toffee as a sundae with caramel and butterscotch sauce. Both were delicious. Mine had almost a cheesecake taste. I probably wouldn't do a sundae next time because I don't think a couple squirts of sauce is worth $1.50. 26 degrees calls for ice cream! I went in for one scoop of mint chocolate chip and one scoop of vanilla. Both in cups. The ice cream tasted good. The employee that scooped my ice cream greeted me with a smile and the cashier that rung me up smiled goodbye. Service was good. The only thing that was a turn off was the pricing on additional spoons. From what I remember, they charge an additional 10 cents per spoon. read more

Ice cream spot on the Main Street of the town of jasper. With that in mind, would expect the atmosphere to be friendly and upbeat. However our stop during the Labor Day weekend was subpar. Ordered a moose track cone and a espresso cone. Luckily their scoops were a decent size and they have a ton of flavors. We didn't receive bad service per say but it definitely was just transactional. After a lousy dinner at The Raven, we flew the coup and got an ice cream. It hit the spot.

This place was the only one open for ice cream past 9 pm and we stopped in to check out the selection. A family of four was ahead of us and were sampling various flavors. We stepped up for our first taste and were denied the ability to sample. The rude employee told us we would have to pay first before we sample. What a ridiculous business practice! How can we decide what flavor we want unless we try it? We walked right out, went to the corner store and bought a carton to enjoy back at the cabin. Someone should teach the owner/employees of this store about better business practices and friendly service. Avoid this place completely! read more

My daughter and I went to get a cone each and 2 soft serve cones for our dogs. My daughter took a bite out of her cone on the way out of store and realized it was not what she ordered so went back in and informed the clerk it was the wrong type of ice cream. The young lady apologized and dumped the scoop BACK INTO THE ICE CREAM CONTAINER and scooped the correct kind. Worst management staff in an ice cream parlour ever. The language barrier was amazing, they got all of our orders wrong, on top of that they charged us extra for ice creams which we did not even ordered. An Asian lady rudely pushed us to hastily pick our ice cream flavours and strategists duelling at us to go back in line if we don't have our ice cream flavours decided yet. To our surprise they didn't had ice cream flavours listed outsides and very trying to send us back in the massive line up. If I could take away any starts I would , HIGHLY recommend to not to ever go to this place. Jasper is very good town with very nice ice cream parlour. I thought this ice cream was so good, had to go back the second night. People we're friendly working at store. First night we had a small wait but second night not so. I'm from CA and never get rum raisin which along with hazelnut is my favorite ice cream. Theirs is delicious. The mocha is ok but the coffee is fabulous as well! Good thing I don't live in jasper.
