I would give it a negative one if I could. I was on speakerphone with my husband when he ordered me some food... A grilled cheese sandwich with Swiss and cheddar... What I got was a sort of sandwich with unmelted Swiss and no cheddar whatever. When I called to speak to the manager, she hung up on me . I admit that I was a bit grumpy at the beginning of speaking to her, but I got much nicer... And then she just hung up. I called corporate. I hope she gets fired. Has to be the SLOWEST Tim Horton's in America! Just AWFUL. Been in drive-thru line 30 minutes, and we would have left long ago if we hadn't ordered a mobile order. Not sure what is causing the slow service. NOT recommended. This gets an AVOID AT ALL COSTS and NEVER AGAIN. Should I give them a pass for maybe having a bad day? No way. Tim Horton's has been in business too long for this poor performance on a busy weekend around the holidays. This is poor management and training (my guess). Can't believe how many cars are still in line. But, just as many customers have left for more fertile corporate coffee grounds (like that... )! One caveat... when we got to the window, the server was smiling, professional and courteous. Way to keep your cool under such a crush of customers. Horrible, horrible service. All over a single cup of coffee. Made coffee incorrectly, then argued with me and refused to reemburse me. After about a half of an hour I ended up with a shitty cup of coffee, stress, and no apologies. You would think a customer that came to your restaurant 5-6 a week would get a little better service. Consistently horrible! Unless you want to wait in line for an extremely long time in order to the worst customer service & food quality possible, there is no reason to go there. Despite letters and comments to the owner, by myself and other frustrated customer, nothing ever improves. I would rather drive to Tim's, in Canal Winchester, than go to either of the 2 in Lancaster. I refuse to waste any more time and extra money to get very poor service and cold coffee and food. A great example if how to not manage a business. read more

Nearly $5.00 for what is supposed to be a loaded bagel. This has been an issue at this location. The only reason I come back is because this location makes the best specialty drinks of any Tim Horton's around. read more

I took my two year old daughter to Tim Hortons for breakfast this morning. Twenty minute wait to order, only two customers in line in front of me. Only one counter staff working one register and she was making beverages and collecting baked items. There were seven people working the drive thru window. Seems drive thru has priority over dining room. She moved with the speed of swamp water. One customer, I assume he is a "regular" simply walked in and served himself. The sandwich maker is the fastest person in the restaurant. There is trash on the floor everywhere and the tables are dirty, food served to us on a dirty sticky tray which actually came in handy when our iced mocha cappuccino was placed on the outer edge of the tray and kept sliding around as I picked up the tray with one hand while holding my daughter in my other arm. The sticky spot held the cup in place until I found a table. There are no high chairs or booster seats for young children or toddlers. It also appears it's time to restock the service area, no one can find straws or paper cup sleeves. Some of the employees could use a new uniform shirt and hat, it's rather revolting to be handed food or beverages prepared by someone wearing a filthy uniform. Food was fine, milk from cooler not cold, iced mocha cappuccino was meh. I found the high chairs on the way out, they were stacked in a corner behind a small brick wall. read more

I am so tired of going to the Memorial Drive location in Lancaster Ohio waiting in their long line to find out that they can't make ice caps because the machines aren't cold enough or there were too many orders before me. I'm not sure who at corporate needs to see this but every time I go across town to Main Street their machine seems to be working fine. I waited in the drive thru line for 20 mins only to get up to the speaker and have them tell me their system was down and if I wanted to order I had to come in. So, I came inside to order and they refused to give my a discount for the trouble. The "Manager" or whoever he was, was very rude and did not have any customer service skills. My food took forever, and finally on of the workers came up to me and said they couldn't make the new sandwich I ordered and I would have to get something else. Got a big order. They were very quick with it. It took 4 minutes for them to get us two large drinks, mac and cheese, two sandwiches, two soups and four donuts. I have lived here for a year and every time I go through the drive thru and order just a bagel with cream cheese I pay at the window and then they tell me to pull around the front and wait!
