I can't believe I didn't know about this location. Driven way out of my way for far too long. That ends today. All coffees were right in line. The donuts up to snuff, too. My cousin ordered a breakfast sandwich, which I never recommend. But it all came out great. It was hot. Looked just like the picture and tasted great. I would suggest you don't order more than 3 or 4 items. Their very good, but I think it would get complicated in a hurry if you make the order too big. Everybody was super friendly and pretty fast. I don't know if it was just the shift that was in there when I came but they could not figure out how to make a simple french vanilla cap. I've never had this issue at any other tim hortons and it was a super disappointing experience for me when then were very rude trying to remake it. Please go elsewhere for good coffee read more

Honestly, this is probably my favorite Tim Hortons right now. I would give it five stars, but their driveway is so ridiculous, that you get trapped in it sometimes. Otherwise, they are fast, accurate and really nice. read more

We love Tim Hortons donuts and decided to get some before running errands. Our coffee was piping hot and the Boston Creme donut was as good as I remember! We were a little bummed that they didn't have jelly filled Tim Bits, but it's been quite some time since we last had those so we figured they maybe stopped making them. We were also bummed that our 20 assorted Tim Bits only had one plain donut hole. We usually get a more even distribution in an assorted box but they must have been running low or sold out. If you are ordering up to 2 items you should be fine. However, if you are making a bigger order, don't leave the drive thru unless you double check it. They have messed up my larger orders 100% of the time. And they cannot refund your card over the phone, you have to go back in person every time. Nice staff for the most part. First time using the Tim Hortons app to get a reward. Did not really understand how to use it correctly ordered a breakfast meal and didn't get my free donut. But the manager explained the proper way to go about it end it was so easy and rewarding at the same time LOL thank you so much for your time and giving this old man a sweet treat. Had my receipt for a FREE iced cappuccino and it sounded great after the gym today. Pulled in through the drive thru and noted 3 cars in front of me. At the same time I was hoping "please don't let this take forever", the cars quickly placed their orders and pulled ahead to the window. Before I knew it, I was placing my order at the speaker. I asked for a small iced cappuccino and told them I had my receipt for a free one. I was told to pull ahead. At the window I was given a total, but informed Austin, the friendly employee that I had a free one and handed him my receipt. He said great and stepped away from a brief moment before handing me my drink. The iced cappuccino was perfectly made, nice and icy frozen and filled to the top! Sometimes when you get them, they skimp out and fall well below the full line- not this one. I wasn't handed any napkins, which I could always use and the drive thru menu needed repair and you couldn't read some of the menu. I'll return. This is by far the worse customer service ever. I always go through the drive through. I said "hello" She says "$7.17" Takes my card and charges me another persons order She hands me 2 coffees I said I didn't order any coffee She turns and starts clicking on the computer so I said what did u charge me for? she said their order was $7.70 do you want ur change back? in a rude manner I said no. Gives me my correct order and didn't even say sorry or have a nice day or anything Just fucking complete silence like it was my fault that she rung up the wrong order. I rented a cambro filled with their coffee for a business meeting. They failed to tell me the cambro was missing one latch on the top so it spilled all over my car and my white lace blouse. Had to buy a new blouse before the meeting. When I returned the cambro I mentioned to the supervisor what happened. He knew already about the missing latch, but didn't even say sorry!!! Not only did I ruin my shirt and car interior, I could have burned myself on the hot coffee. Also, the cambro was very dirty (hair and dust on the lid). This store needs to update their menu. I had tried to order one of the salads on the menu online to find out that they weren't serving salads. The same thing happened to me a year ago again but with a sandwich. All I can say is that sometimes they're not going to have what you want and that is disappointing for the company. Just watched a guy neatly place twenty TimBits in a box wearing gloves which is great because of what we're dealing with right now. I then watched him take my cash and give me change with the same gloved hands. The gloves appeared to be well worn due to the different colors of frosting on them. So today I visited Tim Hortons on hall road and hayes. This is what I found. The food was pretty dank. They have a confused Mexican migrant worker running around the back however. This kid looks very confused, perhaps get him out of there. I asked for the 2 for 4 special on breakfast sandwiches hold the bones and a plain bagel toasted, with light sriracha on the side. That's not what I received however. I got a chocolate donut with a hole in it and tons of bones! If that wasn't bad enough, I got a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with Nutella....ON THE BAGEL! To be honest I almost called Mike on his day off. Like bro beans, this place was falling apart.
