The coffee is always acceptable and pretty good for the most part but their breakfast sandwiches are just not great. I hesitated to say too much about how I feel about things like that because I'm not trying to discourage people from trying new things, but I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and it was not edible. Spending time in Springfield, Ohio and not stop at Tim's? Sacrilege! Not the nicest kid at the window. He almost sounded exactly like the bartender at the Purple Pit in the original Nutty Professor (remember? With Jerry Lewis), "What'll it be? What'll it be?" It's funny in the movies, annoying IRL. Awful service, rude employees, it took them 4-5 times of repeating myself to finally get my order right. they were "out" of pretty much every single thing i tried to order. genuinely wondering how a coffee shop can run out of espresso?! i order a cinnamon caramel apple latte and go up to the window and suddenly they're out of espresso. no apple cider tim bits, only blueberry and birthday cake, get em and they're dryer than hell, and not to mention our cups weren't even filled all the way. awful place! if i could give 0 stars i would read more

Traveling and we were at a Tim Horton's off 70. It is in a building with a Wendy's. My husband and I both used the restroom.Neither look like they have been cleaned in well over a month. it took too long to order the food.We were the only one in there and when the food finally came out it came Food first, wair, then coffee, wait, then my drink we had to look for a clean table. I always go thru the drive thru at E Main location. I've never had an experience like this morning. I ordered an iced capp and they were out of large cups and after I paid, they told me they were out of whipped topping. When I suggested that maybe they should offer some kind of discount or maybe a free donut for this kind of issue, the girl at the window said "well there are 2 other Tim Hortons in Springfield".... like wtf? E. Main location, I went through drive-thru and got 2 bagels and hot chocolate. One bagel was a charred brick and the other one is stone cold and rubbery. I was impressed with this location when they first opened up but it's setting to concern me a bit. Usually the staff is friendly and gets my order perfect but today was a different story- not too friendly, didn't repeat my order to me or tell me the total while I was in the drive thru and no receipt was offered. I don't know why I keep trying to come back here for lunch. They are never ready for lunch and it's past 12:30. Once I went and the menu wasn't flipped and it was still showing breakfast, at 12:30. Then they told me no kettle chips for days. So I got a potato soup. Nope, got back to work and it was chicken noodle which was basically just broth and a couple noodles. Went back today, pop machine down AND the panini machine not "warmed up" all the way...it's 12:30. So I had to get a sweet tea and a more expensive sandwich. Just a heads up to people complaining about the flow of the local Tim Horton's now a days, there are new owners that took over about 2 years ago I would say. I live rather close to this location, so having them open so close was awesome, at first. The crew was nice and the product was outstanding. So paying nearly 4$ for a latte was acceptable.. However, as of late both the service and product you get "IF IT IS EVEN AVAILABLE" are just awful!!! I just sent my son over and he brought back a latte that is just gross to say the least...nearly a 4$ product that is worthy of a trash can!! There's no whipped topping on it and the doughnuts have to be left over from the previous day!! ALWAYS FRESH???? yeah right!!
